The repair was done swiftly, and after completing the job, the team took extra care to ensure the space was thoroughly cleaned and left me with all the necessary instructions.

They were amazing. They were able to come within 24 hours. They fixed the valves on my washing machine. The valves were so old the new ones didn’t fit in the opening in the wall but instead of cutting into the wall for a higher service charge he added some pieces and made it fit. He took my outdoor hose off the spicket so it didn’t freeze b/c I forgot. He also taught me how to turn the water off from the street so I didn’t have to go under the house.

Jason and Disraeli are amazing master plumbers. With the two of them working together, the new plumbing additions and replacement of old pipes went very quickly. They were able to meet every request I had and kept me informed throughout the entire job. They added a new washer box in the garage, new plumbing for a basement remodel including a new full kitchen, full bathroom, and washer/dryer. They also installed the new tub/shower, and frost free hose faucets leading outside. I will be using Big Apple Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

Jason and his team are amazing! We had a leak for who knows how long because we are very rarely in the basement and I called about 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday. Monday morning Jason came and assessed the situation which was drastic enough to be a 2 day job and from start to finish Jason was super professional and made sure to educate us the whole way through. The team made sure to lay down protective things for our floor and they were very efficient. I am very pleased with the outcome and am showing before, during and after photos. Sewer Line Replacement: Jason and his team were professional, excellent with communications keeping me in the loop every step of the process. This was a huge job replacing the entire sewer line from inside the house to the main line at the city sewer. I was so impressed by their professionalism, their work, the knowledge, taking the time to help me understand the job, communicating when they would be here, the status of the project and their clean-up. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any of your needs from the really large, extensive projects like mine, to any smaller projects. What a great company and crew! Thank you guys so much. We used Big Apple Plumbing to do our sewer line replacement and we were very happy with the work that was done. Jason was very quick to respond to our initial request for a 2nd opinion and sewer scope. He talked us through all of our options and patiently answered all of our questions. The actual work to replace the sewer line was completed extremely quickly and with super minimal impact to our yard, which we really appreciated!
