Justin did a great job of informing me of my options and scheduling. He replaced all toilets in a timely fashion and didn't leave anything to clean up! Super appreciative of his work and time spent replacing our toilets!!

If I could give 10 star's I would, They were quick to come out and see our problem, they were on time, very polite and professional, addressed the problem, came up with a very cost effective solution, quoted a fair price, showed up on time the next day to preform the repair, fixed it as discussed on time with no hidden cost, left no mess. Cannot stress enough how amazing Junior was tonight - we had a blockage at the entry to our septic system and he cleared it in no time. They were the only company able to get out to us same day and we are so glad we found them!

The various teams were very prompt with completing each step of our repair and communicated why different steps had to be completed. They were very good about wearing foot covers while indoors and also did a great job of clean up after the repair was done.

Amazing service! Junior knew exactly what needed to be done and worked diligently to clear a decade-long kitchen drain blockage into the sewer. I’m so grateful for his immediate availability, especially the day before Thanksgiving. Highly recommend!

Joe came and worked on our problem. He was pleasant and professional. The blockage was more serious than we first thought. The new fee was fair and handled promptly. Joe cleaned as he went and was very careful as he worked.

Louis was excellent! He was here very quickly after I booked my appointment the same day! He was thorough and very knowledgeable and left everything repaired well and clean! I would definitely recommend this company!

Nice to get quick service. However price gouging. I was quoted $400 to change a shut off valve to the toilet. When I said that was crazy he offered 199.00 for the service call. I sis do myself! He also suggested changing the guts to the toilet tank, quoted $600 for both. What a con job.
I changed the valve and the toilet for $200 and it took me 1.5 hours. That’s it

For my birthday this year, I discovered I had at least 1 leak under my kitchen sink, I thought it was more than 1 leak. Junior was amazing. He showed up an hour after I called Elite Rooter. He diagnosed my problem right away and provided free estimates before starting any work. He went above and beyond to show me exactly what was happening down there just to help me feel confident and stop worrying that I had a worse problem than I thought. I got a brand new faucet for my birthday and Junior was exceptional. Professional. A very good listener. Knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend Elite Rooter for all things plumbing!

The plumber was under a tight deadline because where I live they will only shut the water off for a short time. He was very efficient and patient. The work was excellent.

Luis was very kind, capable, and helpful. Brooks (?) was also super knowledgeable. Came right away. Worked as fast as they could. Aimed at the most cost-effective repairs first but warned me of possible next steps if first steps didn't work. Fortunately, the worst case scenario wasn't necessary.

I recently had Augie, Junior, and Jamie out for a major plumbing project, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish. Augie gave me a clear and reasonable quote, no surprises. Junior came out first to clean the drain, but when it turned out to be a bigger issue, they scoped the line to show me exactly what was going on—super transparent. My basement already had a broken floor drain, and unfortunately, the problem had escalated to a full main line replacement. The team handled it all, start to finish.

Jamie and the concrete crew were fast, efficient, and didn’t cut corners. They even repoured the concrete themselves—no subcontractors—so everything stayed on schedule and under their control. Pricing was fair, the work was solid, and overall I’m very pleased. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing serious plumbing work done!

I had to call Elite Rooter again another one of my properties for a plumbing issue. Unfortunately this is twice in 2 weeks I've had plumbing failures at 2 of my buildings. I was happy to see Junior again, as he was so helpful and thorough last time I utilized their services. Junior threw everything he had at my issue and then some (snake, hydro jet, different hoses....etc) In the end we discovered that we are going to have to dig up a pipe at a later date.
