The experience we had with my buddy the plumber was absolutely amazing. Issac and his apprentice were awesome, and did an amazing job replacing our water heater. Thank you so much to the both of you. We'll definitely be using this company for anything in the future.

We have a commercial property and had a drainline clog. Someone referred me to these guys and said they have jet service. It was 7pm on a saturday. They wanted a a $100 payment up front which I paid and said they would dispatch their sewer jey service. Guys calls me and did not even really know the company name, so I could tell he was jsut an after hours "sub". I have ahd to do this many times over the eyars, and it usually is $400-$800 and takes about an hour. This guys wanted $3900. total predator. Shame on you My Buddy, and shame on the predator.

Overall disappointed with this plumber. While I was away, he quoted my wife a large number for a basic job that clearly didn’t warrant that kind of price. When I returned and questioned the quote, I was able to talk him down to a much lower price — which says a lot about the original price. It felt like an attempt to take advantage of someone who wasn’t familiar with typical costs. Quality of work was good, but be cautious and make sure you’re getting a fair deal.

Needed some work done to the piping of my sprinkler system. Went on Angi’s and Buddys was the first company to reach out. Iris was very friendly and accommodating.

We were disappointed during the first appointment, as they were busy and missed the target time of 3-5pm. We waited that night until 8:20pm and decided to reschedule. (We left a wedding early to see to this)

The following appointment was for 8-10am and Paul showed up at 9am, was very professional and gave a very fair quote off the bat. We agreed to the work and he got on it right away. The finished work was flawless and he made sure everything looked great before he left, even how the sprinklers worked.

This was not going to be a five star review but because of Paul, it was.

The technicians showed up at the expected time. They gave a VERY GOOD blowout of the sprinkler system and told me of each step they took in doing so.

Very professional service, a bit pricey but they got my toilet flowing quickly whereas the other quotes would not have been able to make it until the morning.

My experience with My Buddy the Plumber was good. They took the time to explain what all they were going to do. After the technician was done he explained and showed pictures of what was going on. Both technician were very professional. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

These guys quoted me $998 to inspect a gas leak lol. Not to repair the leak... to inspect the leak. They said it was going to take 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete the inspection. Talk about trying to take advantage of people!

These men worked so hard into the middle of the night to keep my kids and I from smelling sewage all night very reasonable in price also went the extra mile to get good flow in all pipes without hiking the price I really appreciate your time and business would definitely recommend if your looking for good customer service good price and great work if I could give 10 stars I would!

Paul and Derek were extremely communicative, punctual, courteous, and explained everything to me that they were doing. I do like that they were able to give me a complete price upfront and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. I was unfortunately unable to use Buddy the Plumber because of dwelling in an apartment, but I will say that their customer service is top-notch and they're advertising. through Facebook, which made it easy to find them.

TJ, the service rep who came out, was prompt, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue and gave honest recommendations without any pressure. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and he left the area clean and tidy.

I would strongly recommend not using My Buddy the Plumber. I had three separate appointments with them to get my sprinkler system winterized, and each one they called the day of to tell me they couldn't service me that day any more, and rescheduled. It's now been multiple weeks of them rescheduling me and delaying again, and temperatures have now gone below freezing, likely damaging my sprinkler system. Avoid this company at all costs.

Paul from My Buddy The Plumber, can to my house to unclog a toilet. He charged $199 just to get there and look at the problem. After walking around for 25 minutes and doing nothing. He said it would cost me another $900 to fix the problem. I told him to leave my house, because that is a ridiculous price to pay!! I had someone else come over and rotor the toilet out, which took about 5 to 10 minutes and he only charged me $200 total. It was New Year's eve and I know it was going to cost more, but $1,100 total is a rip off!!! PAUL AT MY BUDDY THE PLUMBER IS A SCAM!!!!!

We called them for a second opinion and they arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the problem. Their customer service and communication were top notch. I would highly recommend their services for anyone who is in need and doesn't understand plumbing.
