I had a backup in the basement of a rental property. John Taylor came to do the job. After a scope, he suggested a power clean of the drain. He was very professional and did a great job. The pricing was fair. He left the place clean and ready for use. I will use them again.

Cristian Giurgila came back for a follow up inspection. He needed access that was unavailable the first time. This trip, we collaborated, ran several tests, and finally found the leak! My friend came over to inspect and help, asked lots of questions, and Cristian respected me as the customer and maintained eye contact and responses with me.

He really is a smart, detailed, and respectful employee. Thank you Cristian!

Christian arrived right on time and quickly removed a large clog in our plumbing system. He was very good about taking pictures of the problem and another picture to show his work at completion. He also showed and explained the problem to us. He did an excellent job and we will certainly contact him again with any future plumbing issues.

Andrew was wonderful. I had someone else come a few days ago who didn’t find the problem and didn’t try very hard. His company wouldn’t even try to find and repair the leak, they just wanted to charge me $20,000 to re-pipe the underside of the house, which as it turns out wouldn’t even have solved the problem! Andrew just kept looking until he tracked it down and then he FIXED it. He was personable, persistent and competent, and generally a very pleasant person to have in the house. Thank you, Andrew! You’re my hero!

Leroy showed that he is very knowledgeable and experienced in the plumbing business and patiently explained how to maintain my plumbing and fixtures to reduce problems in the future. Leroy goes over and above what is required to ensure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend Leroy for all your plumbing needs.

The technician Jhonatan was awesome. He was prompt, kept things clean, and worked very efficiently. He was also a pleasure to talk to and seemed sincerely interested in making us happy. Take care Jhonatan and hope to see you again!

Jhontan Trego was so professional answered all my questions and concerns. Checked a few things twice to make sure which was awesome. He came back later to do some pipe work. both times he came to do the work he explained everything so well to us.

Llija came out assessed the issue with my sink facet. He gave me my options and I decided to have it replaced. I am happy with his work and professionalism. I will always request him specifically when I need any future plumbing issues addressed.

Cristi was very easy to work with. He was very professional and performed an excellent result. He was easy to communicate with, he took the time to explain all aspects of the work and he listened to my questions and answered clearly. I'd love to have him back if I had the need

I used them over a year ago for a job and was happy with the work and the price. I don’t remember the techs name, but I found the receipt and it lists the techs name as Kkorn. He was great. I had a new issue come up, and this time Cristi Guias came out and tried to rip me off with a disgustingly high price. I was quoted $1,600 just to replace a faucet and shut off valve. I’m beyond frustrated I wasted my time and had to pay $50 for someone to try to rip me off. I found another plumber who was willing to quote me over the phone for the job, came out same day, and charged $484 for what Cristi quoted me $1,600 for. I also asked the other plumber about replacing all of my shut off valves, and he quoted me $400 for the remaining 5. A bigger job than what I inquired Benjamin Franklin plumbing about, and still all together half the price of what Cristi quoted me. I will not use them again and do not recommend.

A great experience with Ilija, Joel and everyone involved with our tankless water heater and water filter installation! It was a big job and Joel and his assistant were super efficient in the installation.Everyone was helpful and polite, too. Thank you Ben Franklin Plumbing!

Main water supply valve failed during my attempt to change out a faucet handle cartridge. AAA plumbing ghosted us, so we went with Ben Franklin.

Andrew was our plumber - arrived when he said he would and was very jovial. Great guy, friendly, knowledgeable, and happily walked us through everything he did so we learned quite a bit.

I had a preventative maintenance cleaning. Cristian was amazing! He explained everything to me. He was thorough with his recommendation. I appreciate his work!

We had to have our sewer line repaired and lined. Our technician, Daniel Speicher, went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. Instead of just telling us that our line needed to be replaced, he took video and petitioned the city to allow us to line it. Leading up to the repairs he stayed in constant communication so we had no questions. He kept this same communication style during the service, and even after. There was residual damage in the alley by our gate and against our fence. He took it upon himself to work with the construction manager and coordinate repairs. While having our sewer repaired wasn't a fun process, Danny definitely made it a lot easier for us. I can't speak highly enough about him, and was happy that we worked with him!

I needed a tub drain cleared, and the technician who came out was great to work with. It was late in the day, but he was still patient and took the time to explain what was going on. He cleared the blockage, explained how the old galvanized piping caused the issue, and cleaned everything up when he was done. Really appreciated the help. highly recommend!

Cristian did a phenomenal job today. He had his work cut out for him. He had many mistakes to fix from previous work done (not by a plumber ) before we moved in. Changed out piping, valves etc. on water heater. Placed the exhaust on water heater correctly. He then replaced the S trap with a P trap under bathroom sink. He also had to deal with incorrect plumbing in the wall. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything before he did any work. He cleaned everything up nicely too. Very thankful he was able to finish all the work today. Would highly recommend. Thank you Cristian!!

Saw John Taylor leaving a neighbor’s house after getting notified by a dishwasher installer that I had a leak. Knocked on his window and asked for help. He was able to fix my issue expeditiously and professionally. He was knowledgeable and nice. I’d use them again.
