They ripped off my father. They told him he needed a new water heater, which he did not. Then proceeded to also sell him a RO water system AND garbage disposal at the cost of over $8000!!!!
He is 90 years old with dementia and and on a fixed income. When we called them they did nothing. I don't know how they can live with themselves knowing they are stealing from the elderly.
Shame on you!!

He didn’t implement it with great dexterity and Fidelity. If I need a plumber again anytime soon, I would most certainly like to have him back to do the work.

Daniel did a good job unplugging my toilet He was very patient with us explaining about our toilet. We decided to replace the toilet because the seal was torn. .However, when Daniel left I went into to clean up and found the cover on the floor should have been replaced. The charge was over $600.00. The final detail concerns me.

My boiler stopped working and was making a buzzing sound when I tried to raise thermostat. When I contacted this company Ilija soon notified me he was on his way. He explained that my boiler was installed decades ago and can no longer be repaired. The water heater was still working but could fail anytime because it was also pretty old. Bottom line, Ilija took the time to explain the new system that combines both into one component. Ilija was kind enough to return the next day, a Sunday, to answer more of my questions. The job was scheduled right away and everything is working very smoothly after a long day by a team of hard working professionals. We have Heat again without noise and nice new thermostats included! It was a big project because the old boiler and water heater were removed and a new Combi was installed. So yes it was expensive but I think that can depend on the size of the house also.
