This company is hands down the best! Great communication and follow-up overall with friendly and respectful staff. Kale took the time to investigate every possible problem area involved in our current issue and explain all of what he was seeing. He also was able to give us a solid recommendation for how to address what was going on, even though it didn't end up being a plumbing issue. To top it all off, he didn't even charge us because it didn't end up being a plumbing issue, which I totally did not expect. He went above and beyond! We are Midwest Plumbing customers for life!

I was visiting family in Colorado last month and they’re remodeling their home. During the remodel they discovered some plumbing issues. Long story short a new water heater was needed. I remembered that a plumber I had used in NC had relocated to Colorado! I wasn’t sure where but the stars aligned and sure enough Midwest Plumbing wasn’t too far away. James came out that day and laid out all of their options for water heaters. Giving all the pros and cons. My family decided to go with a tankless water heater. It was installed and we were back to taking hot showers (with endless hot water. Heaven). Reasonable price and excellent customer service.
