Afford-A-Rooter was very responsive as we looked into having our sewer line replaced. Their communication was excellent and they provided an estimate quickly. When we decided to work with them to replace our sewer line, they quickly handled all permits and scheduled the line replacement within a few days. I highly recommend Afford-A-Rooter.

I just wanted anyone who needs plumbing help to know what amazing service Trevor and his crew do with Afford A Rooter and what they did for me again. My drain from my kitchen sink down to the basement backed up due to the pipe under the concrete shearing, I called Afford A Rooter and again, half the price and done in a couple of days!! These guys are the best and super efficient, Sue, and Adam are also both amazing, I recommend and will only use these guys from now on. Thank you guys again!

Trevor at Afford A Rooter was a Godsend. He was punctual, got the job done immediately, his price was very reasonable (painful yes), (in the area of 1/2 of some of the other bids). His crews were timely, respectful, informative and didn't leave until the job was finished. We will be referring Trevor to our friends.

Hired these guys to do a complicated sewer line replacement that went underneath my neighbors garage, high risk project but these guys pulled it off without a hitch. Gordon and his crew really went the extra mile and took care of some other details that weren't initially intended. Great job guys.

I can’t thank Trevor, Sue, Robin and the crew enough.. They saved me a ton of money and the quality of work was excellent. Unfortunately, I had a backed-up sewer line on New Year’s Day and was a bit in a panic. I originally reached out to a company who had done work for me previously, but something just didn’t feel right this time. Bottom line, this “other” company was taking advantage of me, Trevor knew it and indicated that he wanted to help and that he did. Sue responded quickly to my questions, gave me Trevor’s direct line and he was out to my house within a few hours to assess my situation. He also provided estimates for the work already done by the previous company. This was extremely helpful for me so that I wouldn’t get overcharged for those services as well. Robin then jumped in to get “emergency permits’ filed and kept me updated the entire time.

The crew arrived on schedule (early actually) completed the work without “rushing” and cleaned up beautifully. Most of all Trevor and Sue really helped me when I was in a tight spot with a company who was going to overcharge me a ton . Thank you, Sue, Robin, Trevor and crew, for helping restore our plumbing. Unfortunately, these days it’s not always easy to know who to trust, but as soon as Sue responded I knew this was an honest company. Once I met Trevor, and talked to Robin, that sealed the deal. This is a honest, down to earth company that does great work and I will be contacting them for future plumbing issue. Thank you!

Ask yourself if you can afford to have your yard destroyed before hiring this company. See the before and after pictures of a job they did. The last picture is what a yard is supposed to look like after a repair - one clean line with a trencher. They also quoted $2,500 to repair a collapsed and guaranteed on their estimates and verbally they would ensure no other issues in the line when fixing the collapsed section. One week AFTER the repair they scooped the line, rather than doing it BEFORE they fixed it, and found another issue and charged the same price to repair.

Their “Affordable work at an affordable price” slogan is very fitting.
My sewer line was flagged during a home inspection for the sale of my home. I contacted several plumbing companies to obtain replacement estimates. Afford-a-rooter was by far the most affordable bid; coming in at less than half the price as many of the bids received.
Both the office and work staff were pleasant and professional. The onsite crew took great care to minimize damage to my custom fence and finished the job within 8 hours.

The crew that worked on my house did an amazing job, led by the foremen Rego and Andreas. I called on a Thursday and they showed up at 8 a.m. on Friday. My water line failed and they had to replace it -- 172' from the street hook up to my house. They were professional, personable and proficient. The bid I received from Trevor was reasonable. They were able to pull a new line without taking apart my deck and only digging a few holes (one in my yard, two in my neighbors). They did a great job refilling the holes and cleaning up, amazing considering the extent of the work. I would highly recommend this company and definitely ask for this team.

I contracted “Rooter Plumbing” for a complicated main water service line repair and was very satisfied with the results. The owner clearly explained the work that needed to be done, and provided a fair, transparent estimate. I hired Afford A Rooter to replace a broken sewer line, after getting a quote from a reputable plumbing company. This company that gave me a quote, wanted to actually do a partial sewer line repair to fix the problem.Contacted afford a rooter shortly afterward ,and within the same day , they came out and inspected my problem and gave me a quote to replace the entire sewer line for a little bit more than the previous price from the other company. The decision was the smartest and best choice for the problem at hand, and the price was right for me, with no extra hidden costs. Trevor and his crew were very punctual and professional. Cast iron sewer lines under my basement floor were failing and sewerage had started backing up in my floor drain. Simply cleaning it out no longer worked (I tried multiple times with companies). I checked with a big name company and got a quote to replace the failing cast iron lines. It seemed quite high. A friend recommended I contact Afford-a-Rooter, and I’m so glad I did! Trevor gave me a quote that beat the other company by more than a third. He said his crew could do it the following morning. At 8:30 the crew arrived and completed the work in a few hours. Crew was courteous and professional and left my basement cleaner than when they arrived. Highly recommend.

When you wake up to the septic alarm instead of your alarm clock, you know you’re in for a tough day. We immediately contacted Affordable Septic and they had their tech at our home a bit later that day, AND the kept us informed of when they’d be there. They were able to diagnose the problem (failed pump) and gave us some simple guidance about using our plumbing while they acquired the necessary parts. The next day the came out and did the repair. When they tested the repair, they found another issue (broken pipe before the distro valve). This type of thorough testing saved us from having another unknown problem down the road. They made that repair, and all was good in the world again. Their quick response, their excellent work, and their thoroughness, really made us comfortable with a company that we were using for the first time.
