Plumbing reviews in Westminster, Colorado

This company has been amazing! I have used them for my house and some of my friends have used this company as well! They are very efficient and amazing about communication, they explain everything in depth and it was very clear what the problem was and what needed to be addressed as they communicate every step of the way! I had a main line clog and it needed to be cleaned out but there was an additional problem which was causing the clog. They found the problem and fixed it! Amazing price as well! I had a company come out previously and they were 2X the amount for the same scope of work. They have been amazing from start to finish! Pricing and reliability, professionally, quality, and every aspect every person hopes to get from a company! If you need any of their services, I recommend All Sewer Solutions ALWAYS!

Eloy was amazing! He was so conscientious and professional. He showed me the video & explained each step thoroughly. I paid 2 other plumbing companies, 1 large company & 1 independent before I called All Sewer & Drain who finally cleared the clog. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you

“Westminster Plumbing saved the day! They found the damaged sewer line and repaired it at very reasonable price. Will definitely go back and use them again!”

Forgot to unhook the hose before it got cold and the pipe behind the outside faucet burst leaking water everywhere. Water was leaking inside the wall too which freaked me out. Called Westminster Plumbing this morning and Greg came out same day and fixed the burst pipe fast. Really nice guy, didn’t make me feel dumb about it. If you also live in Shaw Heights highly recommend them!

Called them for an emergency and they came out fast. Fixed the problem right away and didn’t try to sell me anything extra. Honest and professional plumbing service

“ Westminster Plumbing replaced sewer line that was damaged after using a video camera to find the problem. Greg and his crew were professional and communicated well. Definitely recommend Westminster Plumbing for future repairs”

Man these guys came in and replaced my water heater, as well as fixed up a leaky facet connection under the counter that’s had me scratching my head for months. Their speed, professional, attention to detail, and availability, is unmatched as far as I’m concerned. Westminster Plumbing will be my “go-to” plumbers and I’ll recommend them to everyone. Thank you guys!

Tankless water heater died on us last week. Greg from Westminster Plumbing came out same day and checked it out. Ended up needing a full replacement - he gave us a few options and installed the new one that afternoon. Even showed us how to adjust the temp settings. Fair price, no BS. Will use Westminster Plumbing again for sure.

I had a very difficult experience with afford a router they came out to locate a septic tank for me and I asked the tech to please send me photos of the location, the scope as well as a brief write up about how deep it was and general location. I had to call the office four or five times to get the tech to email me after her said he would do it on multiple occasions. After 2 weeks I was emailed two blurry photos. I have no further info on where the tank was located or the scope they did. My client paid $300 for two blurry photos and some paint on the ground that can get washed away in days. Not a professional service at all we have no records at all now.

Recently I was selling my home. The inspector found some sewer line issues that caused my buyers to balk. I was under extremely tight deadlines and my cash flow was tight, to say the least. If I wasn't able to meet the deadlines, my buyers were going to withdraw and, because my contract on my new home was contingent on the sale of my old place, I would lose my new place. Afford-a-Rooter came to my rescue.
Sue, Kyle and the rest of the team went far above and beyond the call of duty. They really and truly saved my contract and my sanity. The crew even took it in stride when my roommate accidentally let my Great Danes outside and they got rushed by a goofy puppy who loves everyone with a pulse. Trust me, it is intimidating to see a 100lb puppy come running at you full speed, even when he is wagging his tail and hopping around like a fool.
I don't have the words to express how much they helped me. I recommend Afford-A-Rooter to anyone with plumbing issues big and small. I wish I could give them 2000 stars. -
Definitely give these guys a call. Jason Dodge was honest and straightforward in explaining what my issue was and what options I had. He was able to come out on a Sunday and take care of my problem quickly and then took the time to answer all of my questions. In the past I have had other companies do the same work, but Jason with Afford A Rooter is by far the most knowledgeable and thorough. I will be going with them in the future.

I am happy with Afford a Rooter...I had a lot that needed to be done before guests came for Thanksgiving...first my sewer line needed replacement - Then once I had that scheduled to be replaced by Afford a Rooter, I found out my main water line to the house had burst a few months earlier - I found out with a huge water bill! They took care of that issue too! I feel like I was treated fairly and they tried to make it as stress free as possible. I worked mainly with Daniel who I respect.....he answered every question and took care of my concerns. I would recommend Afford a Rooter to anyone!

Afford-A-Rooter's crew was professional and punctual. They replaced my sewer line in one day and left the work site clean. The crew even put the fence back together for me. Trevor was especially helpful in getting me an estimate over the weekend, while I was on a tight timeframe. I would highly recommend Afford-A-Rooter in the future.

I was in a tight spot needing a repair immediately to get a use permit to sell my home. Zac and the team made it happen on time and at the quoted price. The crew worked all day to make sure the repair was done right and on time. Saved our bacon!

This was by the far the worst experience I've ever had with a septic pump and inspection. Avoid at all costs!! I scheduled a septic pump, inspection, and JeffCo use permit transfer of title in May for a real estate sale. I was told the service would be completed on a Monday and the use permit would be filed by Friday. From the get-go it was impossible to get any confirmation from the technicians about when they would actually get to the house. I kept texting random numbers that were given to me when I called, with no response. The pump technician showed up Monday evening, but the inspector refused to communicate with me in any way. He eventually showed up two days later without notice. Friday came and went while the inspector refused to respond to a dozen or so voicemails, texts and emails. Having absolutely no idea when we would get the use permit back was infuriating enough, but we had to scramble all weekend long to postpone our closing! I was out of the country at this time for family commitments and had to stay up until 2am every night to try and get ahold of the inspector; begging for any update at all as we had an entire real estate deal hinging on the septic use permit. The 6 day real estate delay cost us thousands, and cost the buyer weeks of time because of their travel plans. If the project was delayed, then that would have been manageable if the reason and the new timeline had been communicated. Without that communication, the damage they did to us was inexcusable. I had no idea if we had any repairs done to the septic system, if we were on the hook for anything, if Afford-a-Rooter was at the house....My partner and business partners and I called the central office, the Evergreen number on Google, sent emails, I even badgered the pump technician...everyone just kept sending us back to the inspector and pawning off responsibility. I finally got ahold of JeffCo directly, the next Tuesday, and they told us the use permit was good to go. The inspector texted me the same day and asked if the county had emailed me the permit. If I had heard back at ANY TIME prior to Tuesday, we could have closed our sale on time. Absolutely inexcusable. My partner then called the office and left a message requesting the invoice be sent with a discount for our immense troubles. We never heard back, as per usual with this operation, so he called again requesting the invoice and leaving all of our contact information. We didn't hear back for over a MONTH, when I got a call from the office asking why the invoice wasn't paid. They had some completely incorrect email address on file. The invoice was over $700 more than this exact same service costs with any other local septic company. They did not offer us any refunds for the garbage we had to put up with. They badgered us to pay the invoice and threatened a lein on the property. How is it that the only proactive communication they offer is when it's time to extort you for a bloated payment?? I had to move on, so I paid the invoice and put the whole experience behind me, but I'm sharing this review so that you can save yourself from this appalling, dishonest, and exorbitant company. Live a happier life by avoiding Afford-a-Rooter.

Would NOT recommend, We were out of town and so our daughter was at the house when he came. He gave us an estimate for $5000 to replace a pump and never even looked at it, My husband and I took the lid off when we got back to town and the pump was in perfect condition, they tried to charge us for something they never even looked.

Very disappointed in Afford-a-Rooter's customer service. They do not provide free estimates which they make very clear, and charge $89 to just go out - one of the top charges in the industry. Brandy was extremely confrontational with me on the phone when I was just asking whether this could be applied towards the fix. They already charged me $89 to go out originally and could not visualize the fix because we needed to remove drywall and microbial growth. So this would be a second charge. She actually started fighting with me on the phone stipulating that I was likely going to be forced to get several bids by insurance so they had to cover themselves. I actually already have the check and can choose whoever I want to work with for the repairs. The technician was also over two hours late and just waiting until another payment was collected. I won't work with them in the future. This is typical business and no one needs to treat others like this on what should be an easy customer service conversation. It was also a large potential job and a big loss for their company. Time to upgrade your customer service team and do some training on how to wrap your site fee into actual work.
