James is extremely good at his job and respectful the whole time. Our bathroom remodel process was made easier just with him doing the plumbing. He has such a great attitude and is so friendly every time he walks through our door. Very efficient, he’s always done with his job very quickly. Highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!!

Midwest did great work replacing my shower valve (and installing the tub/shower)! They were very responsive with communication and expedient in scheduling. They also answered questions while onsite to help me upkeep and adjust my valve if needed. Definitely have them in mind for future work.

Midwest was very professional and courteous and I really appreciate they don’t charge trip fees for the initial inspection. I hired them to fix installations of water filters that were done incorrectly by another plumber. I felt confident with their solutions and appreciated they could stay that day to deal with a surprise leak. I’m very pleased and hope to refer them to many others.

He responded the same day to address what ultimately turned out to be user error. While on site, he proactively identified a separate potential issue and spent considerable time investigating possible causes. He offered clear guidance and advice, did not charge for the visit, and did not attempt to recommend or upsell any unnecessary work. He also explained what to expect if the issue progresses and advised me to contact him for a follow-up evaluation should it become more significant.

James at Midwest Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new stainless steel sink/workstation and dog bathing tub for our new dog training location. He was able to help us last minute and finished the work all in one day. He was able to accommodate installing new FRP behind the sink and it came out great. Couldn’t be happier.
