Christi Guias did an amazing job installed a new reversed osmosis unit in our home, replacing an older one! Very thorough, very professional and friendly. He explained and clarified everything about the new unit. Thank you Ben Franklin Plumbing for hiring such competent plumbers.

Andrew Duff did an excellent job at explaining an helping me understand what was going on with my drain issue and how he would go about helping clear things up so we could establish a good flow again. Andrew has a calm an friendly demeanor which we really appreciated especially since we had an animal who wanted to help participate an put her verbal two sense in. The job was a success he took his time an efficiently cleared the path an double checked the line to make sure it didn't fake unclog which we all know that can happen. Danny did an excellent job cleaning out my sink drain. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained the issue, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when he was finished. The drain is flowing perfectly now. Great service overall—I’d definitely recommend Danny and would call him again for any future plumbing needs.

Had my sewer line backing up out of nowhere. Danny Spiecher arrived at the early end of the time window I was given. The problem was quickly identified and fixed. Danny was a a professional. It’s my second time using Benjamin Franklin and both times have been excellent work.

Jhonatan was here to clean my water heater and check the overall plumbing of the home, inside and out.He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He was also very thorough and did and excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Great job!!!

We recently had our sewer line repaired and lined, and our technician, Daniel Speicher, was outstanding. He was incredibly proactive, working directly with the city to get our lining approved and keeping us informed every single step of the way. He didn't consider the job done until everything was perfect, including coordinating repairs for some residual damage near our back gate. Danny made a difficult home repair much easier on our family. Five stars!

Terrible experience. All the tech was focused on was upselling us to additional services and visits. He was unable to clear the drain (for which I don’t fault him), but Benjamin Franklin plumbing charges for everything and then they try to sell you a monthly subscription membership which entitles you to a small discount on future services. Prices were high and they even wanted to charge $250 to remove and reinstall the toilet to access the sewer line (old house with no cleanouts). That would have resulted in a $600 charge and the line was still clogged. Instead, we pulled the toilet while the tech was on site and then reinstalled after he left. Still paid close to $350 for no results. Absolutely would not call them again.

Highly recommend Alex. He came to my house with no parts due to the previous person not ordering them. He stated this up front, openly honest, and said he would look at everything to see if anything could be done that day to repair my boiler that might have been overlooked. Boiler is >25+ years old. He went through all components and testing thoroughly, explained everything in detail to me so I could understand. He was able to get my boiler running due to his knowledge and diligence of troubleshooting. Can't thank him enough! He provided much needed feedback for the future of my boiler. Alex is definitely the guy to trust and rely on!!

Christian from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was absolutely outstanding. He fixed both our garbage disposal and toilet today with professionalism, efficiency, and a great attitude. He arrived on time, clearly explained what was going on, and walked us through our options without any pressure.

Christian worked quickly but thoroughly, left everything clean, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such excellent customer service.

The hot water tank was installed in an extremely tight space. They navigated the puzzle with out a problem. Work was well done and complete

Both Ilija and Dylan were great! Ilija first came as we did not have hot water. He handled that problem efficiently and then checked all 4 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Ilija identified quite a number of items that needed replacement and since our home is older it was very good to be made aware of those issues. Dylan then came a couple of days later and fixed all of the problems in one day! He worked all day and did an excellent job while treating our home with respect and went above and beyond to help us.

Had an emergency with our water heater springing a major leak. All three service technicians (Christian, Tony, & Dylan) did a great job! Super fast response, very friendly, and professional. My wife really appreciateed the use of shoe covers as they entered the house and the care they took to keep everything as clean as possible. Great higher grade products, service, warranty, and very competitive pricing as confirmed by our son who is also in the same industry but outside of our area.

One of our main pipe was rusted downstairs was leaking grey water into our foundation.

When my upstairs bathtub drained into my downstairs linen closet, I chose MyBuddy because they billed by "the job" not "by the hour."

The crew ( Day 2 ) headed by Paul ( solo on Day 1) were personable, prompt and knowledgeable. Paul had scoured my home to locate the problem, with incredible attention to detail and kept me informed of the process, the mounting costs and his discoveries.

Once the actual problem was located the crew set to work, putting in a 13 hour ( and night! ) to finish the job. I was not charged for any of the exploration on Day 1, and am totally satisfied with the excellence of the repair. I learned a lot about plumbing and am grateful for their meticulous work, expertise, and good humour. I felt like I was in good hands the whole way.

BEWARE!

We were taken advantage of severely overcharged for work by this company. I complained to the owner and he wouldn’t resolve our complaint unfortunately. It’s unfortunate when this happens with contractors and I feel embarrassed 😞

he checked the sewer system, there was no problem, they didn’t charge me anything, definitely i will call them for any plumbing problems.

They seemed to be very professional. Excellent communication as to when the tech would arrive. However, the quote to repair a broken sprinkler line was outrageously expensive (> $5,000). Apparently their bids are set according to categories. I had another company do the repair for$1,042.
