I work for a plumbing company in California and my elderly grandmother lives in Colorado, she got taken advantage by other plumbers like blue sky and I called my buddy the plumber and they were professional, gave fair pricing, and quickly got a new water heater installed and fixed previous repairs that were not done up to code.

I just wanted to share how impressed I was with the service from Elite Rotor. They were fantastic! The technician did a thorough job, was super friendly, and even went the extra mile to clean up my bathtub, which had been full of gross sewer water.

It’s rare to find such excellent service, and I really appreciate the care and attention they provided. I’ll definitely be recommending them to others!

David did a great job, he unclogged my sewer line and then he showed me what my pipe look like and asked if I wanted the turbo jet cleaning because of all the grease in the pipes. The price was reasonable compared to other companies so I told them to do it.

Great service, Joel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful; scheduled an appointment with fast response. Would highly recommend using Elite Rooter, will use them again with future plumbing issues.

Make sure to take pictures before and after service. Had them look at my sink, when they left the cold water gasket was damaged and water began to drip. Not typical for the old water gasket to go out, especially after they were under there. When I took a look to see the progress the chubby guy looked back startled. I ended up shutting off the water. Replacing the entire water line with a new gasket just in case and used some drain clog cleaner to fix the issue. Maybe they’re positive reviews are people who were ripped off and don’t know or they’re fake reviews. Don’t trust this company.

If the owners read this review, I think you know what those techs are doing. I heard orkin does something similar with service calls. They cause more damage and charge with scare tactics, with termites or something, when they’re the ones who bring the termites. Very underhanded and unprofessional. We all have to be judged one day, remember that.

Cleaned my drain ( not clogged ), offered a Free Camera Inspection, coming in 2 hours, I called them after 24 hours and No Show, I called them after 48 hours and the came out. I could then reinstall the toilet. They said they would email the video results—and nothing after 48 hours later.
They said that I need pipe scaling and hydro jetting that would cost $5,469. They must be crazy. I hope nobody falls for that scam.

Interior work? No problem. Don't let these guys touch your yard if you need the main sewer line replaced though. They will subcontract it out and the people they get won't backfill it properly and then once your yard sinks they will yell you to get lost. "We didn't do that work, so we aren't responsible for it". Nice how you took my money but claimed no responsibility for the job i paid you for. DO BETTER!

Initially rated 5 stars for good service until our sewer backed up the next day after they charged us $2,200 for a chain machine that did not clear out blockage leading us to have it cleared successfully by another company.

Isaiah and Augie with Elite Rooter were both great to work with! Very responsive and patient with me as I dealt with a major sewer issue that required immediate attention. They got the issue fixed promptly, were very communicative, and worked with me to get finances / insurance in order without delays.

They came to clear a simple clog, ran a camera, and tried to sell a $4,500 pipe replacement. Before the price estimate, they promised they would still clear the clog even if we didn’t replace the pipe. But the moment we said no, they refused to finish the job and left the blockage still there. One of the workers was actually willing to continue clearing it, but the one who gave the price quote stopped him and wouldn’t let him finish.

We’ve lived here 5 years with no issues. This clog only happened because family member flushed “flushable” wipes. Another company came after, cleared it fully, showed us the camera footage and confirmed there was absolutely no need to replace the pipe — it wasn’t “backwards” at all.

Elite Rooter’s technician was clearly more interested in upselling than doing the actual work. Total waste of money， They didn’t even send me an invoice，they just took the cash and left. Not recommended.

Don't trust this company. Lied and said they'd get the job done guaranteed. They still charged even after failed attempt to clean drain. They often don't have a jetter, which they usually rent from home depot or lowes, and charge you way more compared to how much they rent it. I'm fairly certain the positive reviews are fake. My guess is they have someone on staff writing fake reviews to fool people. Very shady company.

The team did a great job. They worked very professionally. They were very honest. They explained to me all the options they helped me. Choose the Best option to fix my main drain from the kitchen sink

If I could give a negative star I would!

1. Their communication is poor, at best. The contractors wouldn't tell you when they are arriving or leaving for the day. They left all the light on and windows opens at night. They told me they finished the project and showed up at my house the next day when no one was home.

2. They make you sign a form that they will charge you a 3.75% surcharge for credit cards. Request a copy of that form because Colorado law only allows 3% surcharge. I would call your credit card company and dispute that fee if you are charged that.

3. When the inspector came to review the work that was done it was noted that the pipe had a pitch, which means it does not have a proper slope but a section with a "V" slope. That means water will pool in the dent and guess where my next plumbing problem will be! They said I would have to pay more in piping and labor to fix their sloppy craftsmanship.

4. This repair was covered under an insurance claim. They said they would have a breakdown report ready in two weeks to submit to my insurance company for reimbursement. I called at 3 weeks and they said I would have it by the end of the week. Another 2 weeks later I called everyday for six days straight requesting the report. I asked for a manager to call me back to see why there was such a delay. I finally received my report at the seventh week but have yet to get a call back from anyone!

Do not use this company!

Very friendly staff, extremely thorough and on time. Did a very good job. Isaiah was so nice and professional as were the others who assisted him. Worked with me on the price which was really a plus. I would definitely refer Elite Rooter to others. Great crew and company! 5 STARS!

Carlos was so great. Extremely communicative and made it easy for me to understand what the problem actually was. He was fast, tidy, and had good jokes. Carlos made up for my weird experience with the AI “Dane” who picked up some phone calls and was quite unnerving to talk to.

The tech arrived a little later then promised by dispatch, but once there Junior was quick, polute, and professional. He did a great job, and his service rates are 5, giving a 4 due to his late arrival, which wasn't his fault. Thanks Junior!
