I called Elite Rooter for an urgent need with my boiler. Melissa was great and informed me there was no charge to evaluate. She told me if they couldn’t do it they would recommend someone who could. Marley and Jerome arrived. They called five minutes ahead, introduced themselves and even put on shoe coverings which I very much appreciated! (They did this as part of their arrival without my asking) The two were very courteous, very patient, great conversationalists, talked with me through the whole troubleshooting process, and even called the manufacturer for further details, a thirty minute hold and conversation. In the end, they told me they couldn’t help with my situation and did not charge me. I felt they genuinely cared about my issue and wanted to help. Still, thanks to their efforts I learned about a recall of which I was not aware and the manufacturer is taking care of it.

Zay was professional, communicative, timely, and solution oriented. He was able to clean my drain and diagnose a tile blockage in the pipe likely from a prior contractor. I did not qualify for the $79 deal but he was clear on the cost before proceeding.

This company also had an actual person doing their customer service calls for scheduling that was nice and professional.

Joel did a very good job for me. He was polite and courteous. He was very careful to not damage anything . He also cleaned up very good before he left. He also scoped my sewer line for free and everything was done for a very fare price. I would recommend this company to everybody including my family.

I called Elite Rooter on Saturday morning because Imy toilet was leaking. I needed a new wax ring under the toilet and to replace the shutoff valve from the water line on the wall. Luckily Isaiah was able to come give me an estimate within 4 hours. He gave me a reasonable estimate and was able to fix everything. I highly recommend Elite Rooter.

Realy great service, Isaiah, was realy professional and great communication. The appointment windows were open for same day, A realy fair price for the work done.
I will recommend them to friends and family.

The price that I got was for drain cleaning and a camera scope with a video.

The technician was prompt and on time. He even called me when he was 20 minutes out to let me know his arrival time. He did an excellent job and made sure to lay out floor covers for any mess. He left the place clean and the line cleaned. We will definitely use Elite in the future and I will happily refer them to any who ask.

Very fast and professional. Came out 2 hours after I called and after clearing my drain they sent a scope down the pipe to discover that roots from my tree had destroyed a section of the sewer line. By end of the day they had an excavation crew at work. I have a basement so they had to dig almost 12 feet deep. Day 2 they had completed the repair and day 3 it was inspected and backfilled. The price was a little on the high end, but it was all done in accordance with codes, utility locates performed, permit pulled, inspected, and properly compacted. Not to mention fast. As a construction project manager, I know this isn't the type of work that you cut any corners on and Elite didn't disappoint. The 10 year warranty lets me flush with confidence. My technician (David) was prompt, courteous, professional and communicative. Their customers are in good hands.

Isaiah, our technician was fantastic. He was easy to talk to and explain things really well. We had a pretty good clog so he needed to take the toilet off and made a video and showed us and explained every step of the way. Super nice guy really appreciate him.

I contacted Elite Rooter for a sewer line backup in my basement. A technician arrived within the two-hour window, cleared the clog, and showed me what he claimed was a broken section of my sewer line. I paid for the service, expecting the issue to be resolved.
Less than a week later, my sewer backed up again. When I called Elite Rooter, the representative told me someone would call me back shortly since it was a repeat issue. Almost immediately after hanging up, I received a call from a man who claimed to be a manager.
Instead of taking responsibility or discussing any type of warranty or accountability for their previous work, he told me they would charge more than the first visit to come back. He was extremely unprofessional, argumentative, and repeatedly said, “Clearly you don’t understand plumbing.” When I asked about Elite Rooter standing behind their work, he continued to argue rather than help.
At that point, I had no confidence in this company. I ended up calling a different rooter company, which actually addressed the problem professionally.
I would not recommend Elite Rooter based on their poor follow-up, lack of accountability, and unprofessional management behavior.
