I don’t post reviews often but sometimes outstanding service work need to be documented. I wanted to give a shoutout to Curran, this guy will be leading his own fleet before too long. Extremely professional, respectful, and represented his company with true professionalism. He walked me through the work in detail, explaining things in a way that made sense without talking over my head. His knowledge of AC systems was impressive, and it was clear he cared about getting the job done right the first time. It’s rare to see someone combine skill, respect, and customer service so naturally. I’d gladly recommend Curran to anyone looking for AC work. His team is lucky to have him representing them.

We have used Affordable heating and air a few times now, and they’ve been great! Derrick came out this time and he was professional, explained what he did to help my A/C unit and told me what to look for if we start having issues again. Affordable heating and air is honest, which is unfortunately hard to find these days.

Had my heater serviced and the tech was pleasant, and cared about ensuring everything is in working order. He let me know everything he worked on and what I can do to help ensure it continues to work efficiently.

The technician who came to service our heating system did not appear to have any knowledge of the type of system we have and was unable to provide any useful assistance. We were still charged an $89 fee, which was never disclosed when the appointment was scheduled. Had we been informed of the charge upfront—or that the tech might not be familiar with our system—we would have reconsidered. Disappointing lack of transparency and value.

I was looking for a second opinion after a new install of a Rheem Heat Pump/AC/Modulating Furnace from another company in Fort Collins. HVAC tech Shane called me back (I was surprised) and gave me good honest information. I hadn't even contracted with this company, and yet they actually called me back. I was very impressed. Thank you Shane. I'm not sure I'll ask the other company to service my HVAC system in the future. I'll probably call Affordable Home Services and ask for Shane.

Levi was on time and very helpful. He did all the inspections of furnace and ductwork. He was very pleasant and conducted himself very professionally. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I would recommend him and your company to anyone without any hesitation. I will continue to use your company in the future.

SePeak Plumbing (part of Affordable Home Services) fixed a leaking ball-valve in our water line to the outdoor sprinkler system. Aaron & Benny were polite & courteous. They answered all our questions and even took shoes off before walking on new carpet.

Shane was awesome! He did a thorough inspection of our furnace and showed us what was wrong. He also went over all our options to repair or replace our 23 yr old furnace. We decided to replace it and Sean was out the next day as scheduled to cover our options based on the size of our house and our needs. Shane and Sean were both very thorough & professional and we knew we picked the right company to replace our furnace and our 23 yr old A/C unit as well. Highly recommend!

Graham came today to inspect & flush our water heater. He noticed a few issues with the installation over 10 yrs ago. Our heater is not up to current code. He was very kind to share details of what he found. I highly recommend him for any service you may need.

My experience with Affordable Home Services today was Amazing my thermostat was fix and I was so happy to have heat again. Afterwards Shane did a furnace diagnostic exam and discovered leaks and cracks in my furnace. We bought a Rheem cold climate heat pump and high efficiency furnace installed mid September. After getting bids from 3 companies and doing our own research, we chose to buy from Affordable Heating and AC for a few reasons. The most important reasons were our confidence working with Sean, and the quality of the Rheem product. He was helpful throughout the process answering questions and addressing any concerns we had along the way. He is very knowledgable, an excellent communicator, timely and efficient in responses, and gladly accepts feedback to improve the process and our satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with Sean and the rest of the Affordable service team.

We had a new furnace and heat pump air conditioner installed to replace our our 44 year old furnace. Spencer was lead installer and Trevor was his assistant. They were both very neat on their work practices, wearing shoe covers to putting down canvas to protect the carpet. They were both very diligent and knowledgeable for a very difficult installation, they had to build the duct work from scratch and did a professional job. It took two days to do the install but they worked hard to get us heat as soon as possible. I would not hesitate to have them back as needed or to recommend them to anyone I know.
