Found water and oil in garage of our part-time condo. Called Triple Point and August came immediately, He identified the problem of the hot water tank, got one and installed it immediately. I asked if he would install a thermostat I wanted and he installed that too! He pointed out a bldg sprinkler leak in the same area as the water heater and, not only advised me that it was probably HOA, he followed up with me to make sure I got it fixed with them ok! You just don't get this kind of service anymore! August is so personable and fair. I requested business cards to pass out to everyone I know! This is the first review I have written but he deserves to be highly recommended.

August at Triple Point provides Outstanding service and with wonderful integrity. Thorough. Honest. Genuine concern for my situation. Very prompt to appointment and he answered the phone right away every time I needed to touch base. The heating unit was extensively evaluated and very detailed explanation of the broken parts were shown to me and explained. I highly recommend this company!

August replaced our HVAC system earlier this month (Sept. 2023). He was professional, neat, organized, and clearly knew his stuff. He answered all of our questions and didn't try to upsell us on items we didn't need. His service was very fairly priced. Excellent job!! I would without reservation recommend August for those seeking a trustworthy HVAC technician. When I require HVAC service in the future, August will be my first call.

Highly recommend Triple Point!! We were on a very tight schedule to get our air conditioner disconnected so we could have our new concrete patio poured. August was able to fit us in, got it disconnected and reconnected so fast, very grateful!

We were having trouble with our air conditioning and August was able to come to our home very quickly. He was prompt and professional. He found a small leak that had persisted for several years in our suction line and had not been found by any other HVAC professional throughout the years of having our AC maintained. Our motor was also not working properly and he worked with our warranty to have that part covered for us under warranty. Our AC unit is working better and more efficiently than it ever has! He was extremely thorough, honest, reasonably priced, and took his time to diagnose the problem. We highly recommend August for any of your HVAC needs!

Just had August complete annual maintenance on our furnace. Very thorough, and he walked me through everything that he was doing. He really knows his stuff! We plan to have him back in the spring for our AC unit. It’s great to have a go to resource now for anything in the future or emergencies.

Our heat stopped working during the week of sub-zero temperatures. I contacted August at Triple Point Heating and Air, and he was able to come take a look within a couple hours. He explained exactly what the issue was and provided several options for repair. He was easy to work with, professional, and fair with pricing. August got our heat up running again in a timely manner - we will definitely be using Triple Heating and Air again!

August is incredible. We just had him out to our home tonight 8-18-24 a Sunday night at 8 PM. We had water leaking out of our furnace and had no clue what was happening. He graciously offered to head right over and found the damaged air filter was allowing the coil to be covered in dirt and debris, which then clogged the primary drain of our furnace allowing water to back up in the mechanical room and under the gym floor. Not only did he fix the issue, he took the time to vacuum up all of the water as well.

Cannot say enough good things about August and his company. This is probably the 5-6th time we’ve had him out for everything from emergencies like this to new equipment installs to basement finishes.

August was timely, polite, and professional. Our family woke up to a broken heater and he was able to fit us in 1 hour after we called for help. He had parts in stock to repair our system. Great business 10 out of 10 recommend!

August was highly recommended on our neighborhood Facebook group. We called him to fix our AC and he was able to show up same day. He correctly diagnosed the issue over the phone (dead capacitor) and had the part on his truck to replace it immediately. He also refilled the refrigerant since it was low without any issue.

August was willing to explain what he was doing and why, and what preventative maintenance we could perform as homeowners. He was upfront about cost. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and I will be happy to call him in the future when we need assistance with HVAC (hopefully not too soon!)

We called on a negative degree day and he came out to us so quick and was so thorough with looking at our furnace and making sure that everything was working correctly!
