Jordan. Clayton, and Jose installed a Bosch heat pump in May of this year and I could not be more pleased with the result! My wife and I had the house built 33 years ago and thought we had provided for an easy refrigerant path to the furnace room. The intended path ended up being very challenging. The team cheerfully worked through every issue and honored the original quotation in spite of it all! The first thing we noticed was how quiet the forced air heating was with the heat pump. We never realized how much the furnace noise was due to the roar of the burner! Having AC in the house on the hot summer days has been great! The refrigerant lines are neatly tucked into metal trim that matches the metal eves on the outside of the house. Looks nice and neat! My wife was very happy that the team laid down a runner and kept the house clean and quiet during the installation. My wife also really appreciated that the install team made sure to let her know when they were starting the day's work, when the were leaving, and when they planned to come back! On the business side, American Air arranged for a deferred financing option and filed all the qualifying rebate paperwork. The first rebate check arrived this past weekend completing the last piece of the project puzzle. Many thanks to the team at American Air!

From start to finish, my experience with American Air was excellent. Manny, the Sales representative, stood out right away because he wasn’t pushy. He listened to what I needed, explained my options clearly, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. That approach made the process feel honest and straightforward, which I really appreciated. The installation itself went very smoothly without any hiccups. The crew, Clayton, Juan, and Chloe, arrived on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew what they were doing. I was impressed by how hardworking and professional they were throughout the entire job. They took care to install everything properly, kept the workspace neat, and made sure I felt confident with the system before leaving. It’s not always easy to find a company that combines professionalism, experience, and genuine customer care, but this team delivered all three. I’m very happy with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Such an amazing experience with American Air Heating & Air Conditioning. My parents had to upgrade their system since they've had it since 1997. American was quick to respond and was able to set it up right away. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to our two technicians, Bladimir and Christian. They were the primary workers to install, and were AMAZING to work with. They were extremely communicative, always keeping us up-to-date on what was going on and when they would be coming/going.

I recently had the good fortune of working with American Air Heating & Air Conditioning and cannot recommend them highly enough. Kris came out to do the initial investigation of my non-functional AC system and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and more than willing to discuss his findings as he worked his way through the diagnosis. Once we determined that the system needed to be replaced, Jordan came out and, after a thorough walk-through to identify the best options, detailed multiple replacement systems and their pros, cons, and the various offers and rebates associated with each. Anthony and Jose led the install team and I was blown away by their professionalism, work ethic, and consistently positive and cheerful attitudes. Jordan also came back to check in on the progress during the install and chat with me a bit. I’ve been in more mechanical rooms than I can remember over the years as part of my work, and I can’t say that I have ever seen a cleaner install with more attention paid to detail. It was very clear that Anthony and Jose took pride in their work. The new heat pump system works like a charm and it cools the whole home, including the upstairs that used to always stay a little too warm, evenly and efficiently. I look forward to seeing how the system performs in the winter. I’d give ten stars if I could, and I’m a customer for life.

We've used American Air for many years and are very happy with them. We just had our furnace check up for the winter and Dylan Rauscher was professional, courteous and explained everything that he did. Highly recommend him!

Nathan went above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our unit. He came for a routine maintenance and then helped us with a long term issue. Nathan and Dylan were efficient, respectful, and personable. Everything was fully explained and prices were discussed in advance.

The whole process with American Air was absolutely painless and well done. Our salesman Adam made us feel at ease with his knowledge of the system we needed, the installers Juan, Clayton, Chloe and Adam all were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the system they were installing. Just great people with great attitudes. They took the time to answer my questions and did a knock out ,clean install! I really appreciated them, they worked late into the evening just to make sure we wouldn't be without AC on a very hot day and evening. I'm impressed with this company and would have no problem referring them to anyone! In fact, I already have. Nice job, we'll done!!

The team at American Air was great in that area before, during, and after their inspection of our equipment.

Dylan, the technician they sent to our house was respectful, courteous and considerate. He called us before leaving the office, and once he was on the road. He communicated clearly with my wife once he arrived, and he helped move some things out of the way of the furnace. This was especially helpful because my wife had our baby home, and she started crying when she was put down. To help her not cry, he moved the things in the way of the furnace without complaint.

He was very respectful when communicating with my wife, explaining what was going on with the furnace and left an extra filter because ours was in good shape still.

I would highly recommend getting an annual inspection of your furnace and HVAC system through American Air.

We used American Air to replace our entire HVAC system. They quoted us a reasonable price and helped us take full advantage of available rebates for energy efficient systems. They work with Longmont Power for rebates (via Efficiency Works) which some other HVAC companies will not help with. They accommodated our schedule and finished our large job quickly which limited the disruption for my family. They were easy to communicate with and were very responsive to our requests. American Air went above and beyond to make us satisfied with the project even finding a solution to strobing light that was reflecting off of the fan blades and into my office. They also followed through with making sure everything worked properly - very patiently trouble shooting and eventually replacing my thermostat. My overall experience working with them was very positive.

American Air is as professional and excellent as any business we have done business with. The project manager explained things well to us, and the company followed through with everything he said we would be purchasing. The installers did a great job of setting up a new air conditioner and heat pump, making necessary changes to our existing furnace, and worked well into the evening to make sure it was done right. We had a concern days afterwards on a weekend expecting to hear back from them on Monday, but a tech showed up that day to see about it. Their excellence in how they run their business is an example we have shared with others. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Anthony’s attention to detail and Ashley’s seamless coordination kept things on track from start to finish. My project was a bit more complex, but they handled it without skipping a beat. They even brought out a manufacturer rep to help design a unique in-ceiling heat pump system, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend them!

We always like to have our furnace checked out in the fall in preparation for winter. Nate came to our home and tested everything thoroughly. He was enjoyable, explained everything to us, and (thankfully) didn’t try to sell us anything!

Having said that, because of the age of our furnace and air conditioner, we had Jordan come to our home to weigh our options for keeping our system or opting for new. After taking measurements of the furnace space, of the windows and other pertinent things he put together a few options for us. He was pleasant and exerted zero sales pressure. If he had done so, that would have shut the door for me. We took the weekend to consider several factors including the age of our units, rebates being offered, upcoming regulatory changes which would require the venting configuration to go out onto our patio rather than through the existing galvanized piping, etc. All factors considered, we decided that now is a good time to replace our aging system - before it breaks down in January!

By the end of the week, Ryan and Kyle showed up and spent 2 days hauling away the old and replacing the new with a fully integrated furnace, heat pump/AC unit, humidifier and smart thermostat. Consistent with our contacts with Nate and with Jordan - Ryan and Kyle were pleasant, considerate and professional in their work, their communication and the finished product.

Am air staff Nathan and Dillon identified cracks in heat exchange during regular maintenance so we decided to replace 20 year old systems. Jordan went over our options very timely and thoroughly. Ryan and Kyle did the installation promptly and competently. They were all polite and professional. With rebates the price was reasonable.

Dylan Rauscher was super friendly and professional during his visit to our home. He was fast and efficient, and took time to inform me of what is needed for our system. We appreciate his help, knowledge and friendly-ness!

American Air was the original installer of our Lennox system, and since then (2012) they have provided maintenance services on a scheduled basis. A "communications" issue developed between the thermostat and furnace, causing a shutdown. With a quick call, help was on the way. Nate arrived, and with some quick tests, determined our original computerized thermostat was, indeed, failing. "Resetting" might be a fix for now, but there was no guarantee the issue wouldn't repeat itself, and we'd be calling for service again. We elected to replace the thermostat with Lennox's latest technology, and Nate remotely created the order--noting he'd be back the next day with the new unit. Again, he arrived at the stated hour--product in--hand. In no time it was operational, and this personable young man patiently led us through the basic operational instructions.

Once again, American Air came to the rescue with their superb customer support. A review such as this would not be complete without giving praise to their "tech" staff: Nate is a gifted young man--gifted with both a caring attitude and an engaging personality. He definitely knows his "stuff" and he's a joy to be around.

Many years ago, I was the art director (advertising) on the Lennox account. I created ads & brochures that told of the benefits of their product line and "ahead-of-the-curve" research & development team. I believed in this company back then and continue to trust in it to this day.

Anyone looking for service on an existing installation could not go 'wrong' calling American Air. If you're looking to replace an aging system, the Lennox brand will serve you well, and American Air will serve you with their outstanding customer care. Take my word for it!

My wife and I moved to Windsor back in June and wanted to make sure our furnace was all ready to go for the winter months. We set up an appointment with American Air and a few days later, Dylan Rauscher came out to our home. Dylan was exceptionally detailed and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and it was clear he was passionate about his profession.

Our thermostat is new to us being that it was hooked up to wifi and I wasn't sure how everything needed to be set. Dylan went through and explained all the settings and got it dialed in perfectly.
