A great experience from start to finish. To start Jordan impressed me with his knowledge of local controlled thermostats via the new Matter protocol that allows you to control your thermostat without using the internet. Completed a new thermal load calculation on the house and found a Mitsubishi heat pump that would allow my house to finally dump natural gas. The installation and paperwork by Anthony, Juan and Ashley was very professional and very clean. Very meticulous work on the ductwork and really clean looking install. Replaced my gas water heater with a heat pump water heater as well and I as just as happy with that install.

Ditched the water heater and went tankless, I couldn't be happier with the service & help we received from American Air & Heating. Starting with Manuel - who helped us with the initial quote and plan on how to do it (had to re-do our venting system), he was extremely patient as we weighed our options.

Then when it came time for the install, Trent and Nate, and Anthony did phenomenal work... the job took well past the 6 hour estimate but never heard a complaint and they were very helpful explaining the system and making sure we were all set before leaving (well past sundown).

We love the tankless system, and feel we got a fair deal through American Air. Their service & value has made them the only company we'd use to work on our HVAC & hot water.

Dylan Rauscher did an awesome job on our furnace service. He was very thorough and took the time to walk me through his process step by step. It was helpful to see photos of all the elements checked and to get an assessment of the condition of each. Plus he was extremely respectful and friendly. American Heating and Air is an easy recommendation!

We had a great experience with American Air. Manual was very thorough, knowledgeable professional, and personable as he helped us to choose a system. He discussed rebate availability, and the company took care of the details for us, making the system much more affordable. On the day of installation, he returned to introduce us to the team and to show them specific needs of the house.
Clayton, Jose, and Juan were personable and professional. They were attentive to our needs and questions, and thoughtful regarding noise, their access to many parts of the house, and making sure their gear did not block access. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, even when they were going to return the next day. Clayton also did a great job of orienting us to the operation of the system
Ashley was terrific with answering questions and being the go between for the permit process. Always cheerful as well as informative

Manual presented and explained our options so we could make a choice. Clayton, Jose and Anthony did a wonderful job with installing. We have had a really great experience with American Air from start to finish. Our aging furnace was acting up, and they sent out a technician (Nathan?) who was able to figure out the issue and get it up and running again quickly. He was very thorough, kind, and explained everything so that I could understand it, and I never felt pressured to buy anything we didn't need. We decided on our own to look into options for a new system. So Adam came out and spent a lot of time explaining all of our options and answering any questions we had. He was very kind, personable and never pushy which we appreciated. Clayton, Jose, and Anthony were our installers and all of them were also very professional and attentive and did a great job. Thanks to the whole team for all the time spent answering our questions and helping the whole process go seamlessly!

Valley Heating, Air and Refrigeration did a great job for us! Over the weekend (of course), we noticed our furnace was blowing out cold air. Bryan graciously came on Sunday to check it out and discovered our control panel went bad. We also had trouble with our AC over the summer and did a band-aid fix on it. Knowing that both the furnace and AC were 20 years old, we asked Bryan for all the options. He was knowledgeable, friendly and quick to get us some quotes. The cost of replacing the control panel on the furnace was much higher than I anticipated. We ultimately decided to bite the bullet and get both the furnace and AC replaced. Bryan placed the order and squeezed the installation in a few days later. He and Zach showed up promptly at 9 am and were polite and answered any questions. They were very respectful of our home, they cleaned up afterwards and walked through the equipment with me. It was helpful that they offered financing as an option if needed. All in all, Valley Heating did a great job for us and we'll definitely call them first if we have any issues in the future!

We are a new customer and are very happy with their service. From the first phone call to their visit to our home. The tech was very nice and did a great job. I thought we had an issue after and I called them and they were very good about coming back out just to make me feel better. It was nothing they did. But they cared enough to make sure all was ok.

Our 24 year old HVAC system finally bit the dust and it was time for a total replacement. I called several companies for estimates and went with Valley. I'm very pleased with not only the system and quality of the work, but also the owner and the entire team. They were a pleasure to work with and had fantastic attitudes. These guys did a great job. Brian, the owner, walked me through his diagnosis of my system, and suggested repairs/replacement along with a timely estimate for the services. I shopped around and got another quote, but ended up going with Valley due to their attention to detail, honestly, and an estimate that was not the cheapest, but was the best and the most inclusive of what needed to be done to correct my issues. The techs that showed up were on time, polite, courteous, and hard workers. They paid special attention to laying down blankets to keep carpet protected, and kept a clean workspace. Final installation was very neat looking and the system works flawlessly. I wont’t use anyone but Valley in the future. Highly recommended.

I'm a typical DIY-type person who has a lot of questions, and they answered all of them patiently, thoroughly, and accurately. The owner was super helpful, and the team that came to do the install (we had both our furnace and A/C replaced) was on time, very professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. They all bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with the products, their work, as well as the information they provided. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, no question!

I highly recommend Valley Heating Air and Refrigeration. We had them install our AC, new return vents, and do annual maintenance. They go above and beyond to do quality work. Owen is very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I was referred to Valley Heating from a friend of mine. I needed both a new heater and air conditioner. I contacted them and was given a fair price so I went ahead with the bid. Jordan and Owen showed up on time on day of install. I was impressed with how smooth everything went. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Brian & his gang at Valley Heating were great! They helped me out with trouble shooting my furnace & A/C. We kept on finding more problems with the units, unfortunately, and they needed to be replaced. Valley Heating was able to get me a Trane furnace & A/C Unit for a reasonable price and really worked with me on getting it installed in short notice. These guys are the best! Great service, quality workmanship, and even better people. I would recommend these guys to anyone!
