We have had a/c issues for 5 years. The same company came out year after year and couldn’t figure out what was wrong and recommended we replace the unit for $9K -$12K. We decided to get a second opinion and called Valley Heating and Air. They diagnosed the issue in less then 30 minutes. Less then $1000 to fix AND service both of our units. Highly recommend!!!!!! They are extremely knowledgeable and service is top notch. I cannot gush enough about this fantastic company!!!!

It never fails that your AC quits when you need it the most! I received a replacement quote from another local HVAC company. When the other company inspected my AC unit, there was not much troubleshooting done before recommending a replacement unit for thousands of dollars. This didn't seem right, so I called Valley. Bryan came out the same day, he was friendly from the moment he arrived, and he asked a lot of questions to understand the issue and the prior company's thought process. He performed reasonable troubleshooting to determine what was actually wrong with my unit. With a couple of quick replacement parts, my AC was up and running. He saved me about $7,000 (and my sanity)! I am so thankful for second opinions and reputable local companies like Valley. Thank you!

Bryan came to clean and check my heater. He explained everything to me and it all made sense. I found him to be honest and felt very confident in his summation of my furnace. He didn’t try to sale me anything else which was quite refreshing.

Our experience with Valley was fantastic! Bryan was efficient and knowledgeable about both our old system and ways we could take advantage of the new, more efficient AC/Furnace system we were having installed. There was no hard sell, just friendly discussion of ways he thought he could assist us that ended with an honest and fair estimate. Scheduling and followups were handled by Michelle.

The finished project turned out great! The Trane product is so much quieter than the old unit that was removed. They cleaned up after the project and followed up with an email the following day with warranty documents and registration confirmations.

The entire process was absolutely seamless and every detail seemed to be planned out and executed. No games, no last minute charges...perfection. Nice work Valley Heating!

The owner Brian was very quick to respond to my request to set an appointment with me and was very easy to talk to about our issues. Our tech that responded was Jared. He was amazing and knew what the issue was within seconds of looking at the unit. He also preformed a check up of the system and didn't rush the process. Tiernan was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair my A/C pretty quickly.

Christopher’s Heating and air did a great job cleaning the dryer vent in our house. they were very responsive, on time and took care of the job in a professional and efficient manner. I will be calling them in the spring to clean the vents in the rest of the house! If you have any heating and air issues or vent issues i would highly recommend hiring Christoper’s Heating and Air for the job.

Our water heater went out on Friday night and we called Christopher’s at 8:30 Saturday morning. Chris , the owner was at our door 2 hours later and got us up and running. We were very pleased with the prompt and courteous service and will not hesitate to call them with any future needs

Christopher’s just put in an heating and air conditioning system for us, and these guys are fantastic. Their pricing was straight up and their service was prompt and professional. The installers Jason, Jake and Tiernan were awesome. The owner, Russell, is great to work with. And our air conditioning in this hot summer is now working fantastic!

We came to start using Christopher's Heating and Air in a roundabout way a couple years ago. Our AC was starting to struggle in the summer so we called two "big box" companies who told us we needed to replace the entire AC/Furnace. On a recommendation we called Christopher's and they said we had a slow leak in the system and they added refrigerant to keep us going. At that time I appreciated the honesty and diagnostics to keep our system limping along.

Fast forward 2 year later and the system finally gave out. We used Christopher's to replace our AC/Furnace, as well as install a secondary AC system for our 2nd floor complete with duct work, wiring etc.

I couldn't be happier with the work. The crew was extremely professional and hard working, the equipment used is high quality, and they really care about the aesthetics and happiness of their customers. I felt bad for them working in my 120 degree attic on some of the hottest days of the year.

Take it for what it's worth, but my advice is to avoid some of the perhaps more well known big box companies and trust this team to treat you honestly, fairly and with competitive pricing.
