The customer service was top notch since the phone call I made at 8am on a Monday morning. We had the repair and our air conditioning was running again before noon the same day. Very professional and great customer service. Owen and Jared very respectful answered all questions and did an amazing job.

I called with a non-immediate issue and they were out to our home within 2 days! We explained the issue and it was remedied within 30 minutes after arrival. Owen was very nice, knew exactly what needed to be done, and took care of it. We have not had any issues since. The whole experience was easy and personable from the first phone call to the final bill. A++ business!! Highly recommend.

We worked with Owen and he was wonderful, came out same day to help us with the furnace, got it working while we waited on a new part and showed us how to redo the temporary fix he did on it through the weekend. We really appreciate the fast service, pricing, and customer service from everyone we interacted with at the company.

Valley replaced my old system with a new one, plus a water heater. Bryan is knowledgeable, thorough and honest. He has many years experience and is consistently reliable and fair. My HVAC project became complicated, but Bryan was able to address and fix all of the issues. I would give 10 stars for professionalism and customer service.

Friendliness, informative, pleasant office visit with follow up notifications and reminders of the date and time scheduled. Was notified technician in route and matched the scheduled time. Checkup and service on our Lenox unit. Technician left area clean, rolled up our garden hose and put the multi sprayer head back where it was stored.
