From start to finish, the team at American Air Heating & Air Conditioning did a fantastic job! Jordan, Omar, Ryan and Jose went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience installing a mini split — including dropping off a portable AC unit to get us through some hot days prior to our appointment. Manuel, Omar and Juan did a great job. Manuel was super in getting my needs met and making sure my backup ac was good. Omar and Juan were very meticulous about my ac install. When there was an issue, they quickly discussed the situation with ther coworkers and resolved it. They were friendly and polite.

Jordan did an excellent job of presenting the relative information about the HVAC options and also following up while the project was being finalized. Clayton and his colleague did a nice installation job, while explaining pertinent details. And Parker commissioned the system and took the time to answer all questions - very knowledgeable. Office personnel were also very helpful when having to contact. Strongly recommend this group.

American air replaced our A/C and furnace and they were a pleasure to work with, Jordan was very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining what we needed. Anthony and Jose were our installers and they worked hard for two days to install our new A/C and furnace. Ashley was our install coordinator and helped get our project scheduled. All in all it was a very good experience and I would recommend American air to anyone needing HVAC work done.

I want to share some quick thoughts about my recent home project and experience with American Air. The one word description is "Outstanding" from start to finish. Manuel, the project manager, was fantastic at understanding our goals and matching the equipment to meet our needs. I solicited bids from six contractors for the identical equipment I was seeking. My project involved replacing a gas furnace with a cold climate Lennox heat pump and replacing gas water heat with an electric heat pump water heater. Also installed was an Aprilaire steam humidifier. Manuel worked with us to get a very competitive bid for the work, but more importantly, American Air gave me the confidence I had picked the best team for my project. The install team, led by Anthony and his crew were exemplary. Professional knowledge of the equipment and obvious installation experience made the project actually enjoyable. I asked a lot of questions throughout the process and by completion I felt very comfortable about how the new systems were supposed to operate. The office crew was excellent and filed all the paperwork to take advantage of the numerous rebates and tax credits for my new system. I highly recommend American Air for your HVAC needs in Northern Colorado. Great community minded company. Thanks to all involved, great job.

We had a great experience with American Air! Their services were scheduled through our Property Management group, and they gave me a courtesy call a few days in advance to make sure that we have availability for them to come by and service our air conditioner and were flexible scheduling an appointment. They then gave us a call the morning of the appointment to ensure that we were still available. Our technician, Dylan Rauscher, was incredible. He introduced himself, took time to explain what services he was not the house to do, and helped educate me on how to do preventative measures to ensure longevity in our HVAC system. He was respectful of our home, our animals, and I enjoyed talking to him. I will be recommending American Air to those in my personal life as I don't think I've ever experienced a seamless appointment like this, and if all technicians are as energetic and positive like Dylan, I think that reflects greatly back towards the company!
