Wonderful service rep! He was incredibly thorough. He took his time and went beyond to make sure all was in order with the furnace. Best service ever!!!! He was very nice and explained everything too.

Affordable now incorporates an outfit we'd used before, Peak Plumbing. Their work was excellent then and it was excellent today. Aaron did a thorough job diagnosing the problem and fixed it quickly. He also had an apprentice with him. I appreciate a business that both does good work and takes on and trains apprentices. It means there will continue to be folks in the trade that we can call and trust!

Hot water heater was drained; Dale explained the process and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Advised me of the need for an expansion tank for which I prepaid and made arrangements to have installed.

Shane came out and inspected our furnace as part of our membership. He found cracks in our heat exchanger. He personally showed me where the cracks are and explained everything. He is thorough and really knows his trade. I really trust him!! AWESOME service. We avoided a carbon monoxide disaster. And caught this early enough to meet the parts warranty.

Shane was awesome! He let me watch over his shoulder and gave me an HVAC in-service! He explained the advantages and costs of your maintenance plan and the cost of various options for improvements to my heating system. He also did an inspection of my water heater. He was a very nice young man and very thorough in his work!

Affordable Home Services is legit, Curran came and tuned up our old furnace and wasn't pushy on sales. He simply laid out our options and was very informative on rebates and how to get the most bang for our buck. I will be calling AHS and asking for Curran in the very near future as we are happy with their business. Thank you!

Moved into a new-to-me manufactured home, and finally tried out the AC on the first 90-degree day to find it did not function. August came out the next morning, on time, and quickly identified disconnected wiring, missing fuses, but sufficient refrigerant. A quick trip to a local family-owned hardware store (thanks for that tip!) and the output was a cool 53 degrees at the register. Washed down the area around the condenser, wore shoe covers even while just in the mudroom, everything back in its place. Took an hour, with friendly, courteous conversation throughout the visit including a few tips to keep things running smooth, and the bottom line price was so reasonable! Can't beat service like this, highly recommend.

So thankful August could get to my office so quickly yesterday to investigate and fix our AC at my chiro office!
