August did a full furnace and A/C replacement for our home. He is so good! We got several estimates, and nobody even came close to Triple Point for making us feel comfortable. He is so knowledgeable, honest, responsive, professional, etc. The list of positives goes on and on. He answered all of our questions before, during, and after the install (and I asked a lot of questions)! He has continued to very responsive after the install; didn't just take the money and forget us. He even got himself certified with Xcel after we asked about it just so we could qualify for their rebates!

He was so much more respectful with our home than the usual tech, always putting on booties (and not wearing them outside like so many do), left no mess, etc.

August not only stands out the best choice for HVAC, but is easily the best of any home service technician I have ever dealt with (electricians, plumbers, installers, etc.)!

He also has very reasonable charges especially when compared with some of the bigger names around here. May not be the lowest price, but it is fair and with his knowledge and skill, you're still getting a good value.

You will not be disappointed if you choose August.

Triple Point is a class act. I would refer anyone to them without reservation. I have been in the construction industry for over 40 years with much of my time devoted to monitoring construction for Owners and/or Lenders so have observed and interacted with innumerable tradespeople, contractors and their business practices, as well as performance. August is a full disclosurist, good and thorough communicator, fair and honest, as well as what we in the industry term “a good and able mechanic”. Fair in pricing and reliable in performance. Again, I can recommend enjoining his services without hesitation or reservation.

My A/C unit took a nose dive at the most inconvenient time of the cooling season.
I called several companies and left messages to no avail..
I like to stay local (Windsor) and gave Triple Point a call to see how soon they could look at the problem. They were here within a few hours and had the unit up running until they could have the necessary parts ordered, which was the next day. He was here first thing in the morning and had the job completed!

My furnace stopped heating yesterday with below zero temperature I was pressed to find someone to get my system running. August is a great technician and very knowledgeable he was able to diagnose an intermittent issue and get my 28 year old furnace run more reliable. I would 100% recommend and I am going to use them again next time I have HVAC issues. I feel like the service was above expectation and professional !!!

Days before Thanksgiving we had smoke in our vents. The fire department located the issue as our heater fan motor had seized. The fire department left our house 445pm. We asked our community site for a referral to a responsive HVAC company and within minutes Triple Point was mentioned. Several others were mentioned but only Triple point had 5 star rating on Google AND was open until 8pm. The Triple Point owner answered the phone at 530pm, notably after many places has closed for the night. When I explained the situation and that we were without heat he offered to come and help me that night. We opted to have him come first thing the next morning. He arrived on time and kept in communication with me about his ETA. He was VERY transparent about the best and worst case scenarios and pricing. He also did my requested seasonal service on my humidifier on the spot. We were very pleased with Triple Points service, professionalism and pricing. Thank you so much August (Triple Point Owner). We will absolutely be using Triple Point again for our seasonal services and will be recommending his services to friends and family.

We highly recommend Triple Point!! Our AC stopped functioning properly on Saturday night. We called August on Sunday morning and he was at our house 1 hour later and repaired our unit for us! Our AC system was blowing warm in the middle of a heat wave. I called August with Triple Point based on the recommendation from a neighbor and he did not disappoint.

He was able to come out same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the system up and running in the matter of 30 minutes. He could have easily gouged me on the price, and recommended my 11 year old system be replaced but he did not. He was honest, efficient and fair. We will continue to use him for any of our service needs.

While he was here we both heard a strange sound coming from my neighbors AC and was able to fix her system too preventing a likely expensive future repair.

I couldn't be happier with the service he provided.

I called Triple Point Heating & Air a couple days ago to inquire about repairing my humidifier. Four hours later it was fixed! August came out, diagnosed the problem, explained what the issue was, picked up the replacement part at his supplier, returned and replaced it.

I asked him about my 22 year old furnace and A/C and he took time to explain what my replacement options will be when the time comes and the pros and cons of each. I will not hesitate to call him when the time comes.

August from Triple Point was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly when he replaced our water heater. He was available very soon after we called him to come out and examine our old one to see what replacing it would entail. He did not try to upsell us with extras, just stuck to the basics. August was very flexible, patient and transparent through the process of us selecting a water heater, and he picked it up for us at Home Depot, installed it, and took the old one away, making it very convenient and quick for us. His prices are very fair and reasonable, which was very helpful to us. Everything was very transparent and smooth with August, no surprises, a very pleasant experience collaborating with him. I can’t recommend August more! He is honest, professional, and knowledgeable. August provided an estimate for a whole house humidifier and explained everything clearly, all without pressure to make an immediate decision.

August was great. He got us on his schedule quickly, which was huge. He was super friendly and explained everything/walked me through it. He fixed something that’s been a minor issue for years that we thought we were stuck with, and cleaned and repaired our AC. He was fast but thorough with everything, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable with him doing things and was upfront with costs/cleared everything with me. He seems incredibly trustworthy and reasonable price-wise, which is such an important thing when you hear the horror stories about HVAC services from others. We will definitely be calling him for future maintenance and issues with our AC/Furnace and would recommend him to others!

When you have a 5.4-lb. kitten named Benny trapped deep inside of your home's air ducts, a lot of scenarios flock through your mind. Most of those scenarios are not fun.
I have no idea how Benny pried the register away from the opening in the upstairs loft, or what he was thinking as he crawled deeper and deeper into our home's ventilation system around 6:30 the other evening. After first taking every common-sensical measure to get him out independently, I started making calls.
I called SO many people: animal control, HVAC companies, and private pest control companies. NOBODY had ever heard of this happening, and nobody was able, or willing, to help. I also learned that because of the acoustics of air ducts, it is virtually impossible to triangulate the position of a cat meowing at you from inside.
Finally, I made my way down the list on the search engine results page to Triple Point Heating & Air. A half an hour later, August, the proprietor, is at my house. For the next 2 1/2 hours, this guy troubleshoots the situation with a combination of tools and cat psychology and the same level of care he'd show if it were his own house and his own cat.
Benny had been trapped for over 12 hours by the time Triple Point arrived, and had probably traversed at least 35 percent of the air ducts in our 2-story home. There's a lot of detail I won't go into about the complications that arose because of a poorly configured HVAC system and cat psychology. But August at last caught sight of two little eyes peering up at him through a fiber optic scope, from one of the most inconvenient and difficult to access spots possible.
From our utility room, August removed the ductwork and other impediments with the minimum possible amount of damage. He contorted his body into an extremely uncomfortable-looking position and patiently coaxed Benny, who was trapped on the wrong side of a narrow damper (a series of parallel metal slats).
I didn't think the cat would fit through. I offered to get olive oil. I thought we might have to cut a gaping hold in the upstairs wall or rip out the damper to get the furry little psycho free.
But two minutes later, August had coaxed Benny far enough along that he was able to safely pull him the rest of the way out.
The cat was completely unharmed, unphased, and ungrateful after more than 14 hours in the dark, cold respiratory system of my home. Judging by his demeanor, you'd have thought he had just been sunning himself on a windowsill.
Cats are sociopaths.
August would not bill me for full amount of time he spent on this. I even argued with him a little because he underbilled me by at least an hour. I ended up paying about half of what I expected to pay, and I got my no-good kitten back.
Triple Point went above and beyond in every way, bringing a very unusual and challenging situation to a happy resolution. I am extremely grateful.

Augie is THE BEST!! Amazing response time, we called him this morning and he had our problem fixed by that same afternoon! This was our second time having him come out to fix something for us and he did an incredible job! You can’t beat the expertise or the price. 10/10 recommend

August was amazing to work with! He got back to our call for help quickly, came out and got everything back up and running. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a trustworthy hand, fixing their furnace (or AC). He is very knowledgeable and was quick to diagnose and fix the problem.

American was amazing when my AC wasn’t working. Dylan came out within an hour and diagnosed the problem right away. He walked me through what needed to be done and was extremely professional the whole time. Can’t recommend Dylan enough.
