K&K recently did an extended patio and sidewalk addition at our home. We couldn't be more happy with the results. From our first contact with Dena and Chris, the communication, timing, and delivery was spot on. Their work force is clean, efficient, and as professional as you could ask for. Both Dena and Chris are hands on and went out of their way to ensure our expectations were met. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them and will use them the next time we need cement work. They are hands down the best trade experience we've had in Colorado. Use them with confidence!

Can't say enough about K & K Construction. A family owned business who installed our heated driveway and finished just in the nick of time on Wednesday before the BIG storm. We previously struggled to find some one who would do the work and help find the electrical contractor to assist...plus who we thought would be around in the future if we had any questions. Swede Electric did the electrical and were equally as great to work with. They both were fast, cleaned up and finished in 3 days. We heated just the top part which does not get any sunshine in the winter. I highly recommend K & K Construction and Swede Electric.

We’ve had drainage issues for years. I’ve over our sidewalk, heaving and other issues. K & K had great communication, easy scheduling and great service.

They installed a chase drain to “help” with drainage. The chase drain they installed “solved” our drainage issues.

We had a true test. 20”+ of snow, warm temps and lots of runoff. The chase drain kept all the water off our driveway and sidewalk. It also helped reduce the water across our neighbor’s property too!

I loved working with K&K. To give you a detailed experience I got a quote almost a year and a half on this project and we waited that long because of hail damage draining the budget.
Fast forward to now, I sent an email requesting a new quote and wanting to prioritize this asap. They worked with me to schedule a date and were mindful of the weather in early April.
When the foreman got here he walked me through the project and I requested a few little more things, like an extra part of concrete to complete our ramp, the loop for our fire area, and they even reset our drain boxes and all of those details were handled with a professional touch.

Highly recommend them.

We had K&K Construction come out to do a driveway and back patio for us. Everyone was super easy to work with and I would definitely work with them again. They made sure we understood everything going on with the work & what to expect. The work is beautiful and was done on time and within our budget. I highly recommend them.

K & K Construction did a great job installing our heated driveway. Dena quickly responded to our inquiry for information and an estimate. She provided 3 different ones, at our request, because we weren't sure of the scope of the project. Once we signed the contract, the concrete team came out within the month to do the work. They were finished in 2 days. Kris kept us informed on the progress and how to care for our new driveway. They protected our garage doors from splatter and cleaned up the site well. We can't wait for it to snow now!

We met a representative from K&K at the Denver home show. We called several companies to give us an estimate but K&K made an initial fantastic first impression. The woman who came out was incredibly knowledgeable, was able to give us suggestions and ideas based on her experience and expertise. She was professional, friendly and we immediately felt we could trust her. She was patient with us as we changed our mind several times and she had to re-do the bid.
The bid came in pretty much in the middle of all the bids, but based on our experience with the woman who gave the estimate, we felt most comfortable with K&K.
We were given a date to start and approximately two weeks to finish. They completed our entire backyard in that timeframe. Due to unforeseeable hail storms the day they finished the yard, the concrete had some damage. They worked with us, giving us several options and suggestions, and worked relentlessly to meet our expectations. We are completely satisfied with the look of our new backyard and have had nothing but compliments from anyone who has seen it.
I would most definitely, without reservation or hesitation, recommend K&K.

I had K&K Construction pour a back patio in July of this year (2025). After the job was complete, I noticed the slope was way more than the normal concrete slope should be. Normal is 1% to 2% slope, mine is 3.5% to 4%. When you sit in a chair, you definitely feel like you are leaning away from the house because the slope is so steep. I voiced my concerns with the owner, and he was very rude about it. The first time I tried to speak to him about it, he hung up on me. When he did come to look at the job, he was argumentative, insulting, and even told me it was my fault because I didn’t check the forms they had laid. When I asked him if he would be happy if his personal patio was laid like mine, he threatened me with his lawyer and left. He would have the upper hand in small-claims court because I had signed his contract before the concrete had dried, not knowing about the steep slope, so I didn’t press the matter any further. I thought I would become more numb to the slope as time went on. It’s now November, and it still makes me angry every time I go out to my patio.

Plus, the final finish was sloppy (several control joints do not go to the end of the pour, the brush finish is messy/wavy in spots, etc). Finally, there was a massive stain that showed up right in the middle of the patio that no one from the company could explain. It looked as though someone spilled something on it. It was making the concrete spall, so they had to hire another company to come fix it.

I do not recommend this company. There are dozens of concrete companies out there, find yourself one that is more professional and has better customer service than this one.

Response: Your statement, “The homeowner had his own laser level and helped set the grade,”... this simply isn’t true. I never used my laser level to help set the grade. I trusted you to make sure the slope was correct, and I only used it after the fact to show you how badly sloped it was. When I could finally walk on the pour is really when I noticed the steep slope. When the company owner came back to look at the job per my request, this is when I used my level and told him I was unhappy with the slope. It was at this time the company owner became argumentative, insulting, and left after he threatened me with his lawyer. So your statement, “There was no mention of the slope being too extreme until this review,” is also not true. Finally your statement about the stain, “The homeowner brought it to our attention overnight, and we agreed to look at it.” is not true either. I pointed out the discoloration during our walkthrough, and I was assured it was normal and only looked weird because it was drying. I can see the stain in your photos on Facebook (which you edited 5 days ago). Yes, you paid for a separate company to fix the problem, but that means the finished photos on your Facebook page are from their work.

Twenty years ago, I made the decision to level my two-story brick home, which was 2,000 square feet, after it tilted approximately 7 inches from the high side to the low. The process was extremely chaotic. There were delays due to equipment shortages, inadequate supervision, and limited communication. I was deeply concerned when, during a recent inspection, the foundation was discovered to be off again by about 5 inches. My “lifetime warranty” was at risk, and I was bracing myself for the worst. However, to my surprise, they responded promptly, measured everything accurately, acknowledged the issue, and honored my warranty. They were fully staffed, equipped with the necessary tools, and had a well-defined plan. Remarkably, they completed the entire project within just 7 days, including weekends. Their onsite supervisor, Andrew, maintained a strict schedule and ensured that no one inadvertently damaged the holes they excavated. Thanks to his composed and effective supervision, minimal damage was incurred. The only significant issues were attributable to the original work and the inadequate records maintained after its completion. In my opinion, Olshan has gained valuable experience over the past two decades and has transformed into a significantly better company with a more competent workforce.

I called Olshan to ask about getting a drip irrigation line around the house, after giving them the address they were able to go back into their system and determine they had done work on my property before and passed along the lifetime warranty to me. The expert they sent out was very knowledgeable and shared his honest opinions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with foundation issues.

Jared was fantastic! He gave us a thorough inspection of our entire house, talked us through every element, and helped us with getting a quote. He wasn’t pushy but educated us on our home and improvements needed. We will use this company and Jared specifically again and recommend to family and friends!

Had some issues with my foundation and called olshan to come out and perform and inspection. My inspector was Jared D. He was very professional and took time to look at my house and explain what he was noticing. Would recommend company .

Honest and detailed! Jared Dodds was fantastic. I am buying a new home and the inspector said the foundation was off and that I should get another opinion from a foundation expert. Olshan was out within a couple of days and gave me the pure relief that nothing needed to be done at this point, and what was happening was common for a 27 year old home. I honestly thought I would get sold up and that was not the case at all. Thank you, Jared. I look forward to seeing you at my housewarming party.

Had an amazing experience with Sara from Olshan on 8/13/25. She was communicative and on time. She was extremely friendly and listened to our concerns, took notes down and photos when walking the property to document the issues we are experiencing. We initially met with Jared who did an inspection of our home then sat down with us to discuss our situation, several options for repairs and cost. Jared answered all our questions and explained everything. He didn’t rush us and encouraged us to ask all of our questions. We signed the contract, arranged financing that Olshan helped us secure and we scheduled our project.

We worked with Victor’s crew. The entire crew was professional, efficient, and answered additional questions that came up during the work. They were extremely patient with nervous homeowners (my husband and I), educating us on the process and how things were going as needed. They were also respectful of our property and belongings. The work was timely completed and the crew did a terrific job with cleaning up and all they could to restore our landscaping. It is great having doors we can again easily open and close.

If you need foundation work, this is your company. They made the entire process as painless and easy for us as they could. I am happy we made the decision to use Olshan for our foundation needs.

5/5 stars for Sara from Olshan. Sara came our home and was professional, courteous, and friendly. Sara did an inspection of our home for foundation issues and was thorough and respectful. She gave a concise break down of what the issues were and how to address them. We never felt rushed or being pushed into saying ‘yes’ on the spot.
Overall, just a great interaction - Sara is a delight :-)

Second project with Olshan, and both resulted in significant site damage. Excavation destroyed plants, damaged irrigation, and left concrete debris buried in my beds. I requested reimbursement and was told it wasn’t covered under warranty, despite being basic site restoration issues.

Les H. came to our house to prepare a quote for solution to drainage problem we’ve been having after heavy rains. After taking some elevation readings off our side and back yard he suggested an easier fix I could do myself by regrading just a small portion of the yard. I appreciated the good advice and will definitely call Olshan back if I ever need any foundation work.

We contacted Olshan because of their number of years in business. Richard came and did our evaluation. His friendly and professional demeanor, and his tremendous knowledge made us feel that this company was the one to trust.

Dani did an excellent job of determining & explaining the structural repair needed for my home after completing measurements inside and outside of the house and provided several options to consider. She is really knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk with, I would certainly recommend Olshan-Foundation Repair for all foundation problems and to request Dani.
