Jared from Olshan came out and did a great job of helping me understand what to look for in the foundation of my new home. I was impressed that he did not try to sell me on unneeded services, but gave suggestions of what Olshan could do, if needed, as we monitor the home in the future.

I have consulted with Ken of Olshan Foundation Services, and found him to be very friendly, thorough, and educational about the repairs I need on my home. I will be having a cable lock foundation repair on my home as well as newly poured concrete replacement for damaged porches, etc. Ken made the process as painless as possible and was upfront about my options. He went over several options and explained each one. He told me what he thought would be best for our situation, and I agreed. He was also kind, considering the messy state of the home right now., which I appreciated. In addition he explained my financing options, and went over the cost of the repairs. They will work with you as needed and I found the entire experience convenient, and Ken compassionate, as well. In addition I'd like to say, that I truly appreciate that Olshan sends out Certified Engineers to evaluate your home. I didn't feel pressured to choose Olshan at any point, or feel that I was being sold services that I don't need. Thank You!

I was concerned about the foundation of my home, as it is an older build. I called Olshan and had the privilege of meeting Dani, who was very thorough and informative. She put my mind at ease along with providing a comprehensive solution for my property.

Stabilized the side of the garage where a crack had been growing for a few months big enough to put my finger in. The crack has now closed almost completely. I may be needing topsoil delivered after it settles. They hauled away rock and soil. Now to repaint and fill in the new cracks on the inside and find a mortar repair person to fill in the slight crack now where the mortar and brick split. They tossed the cornerstone that had been repaired previously by my husband otherwise they would have received 5 stars. Otherwise very pleased.

Ken Alic showed up on time and quickly did his inspection of our foundation. We had a small crack in the exterior vertical grout on the front porch and were concerned it was a foundation issue but his inspection showed we’re in great shape and didn’t need to have any work done! And it was a free inspection! This is the kind of integrity the world needs more of. Thanks Ken and Olshan!

Our experience with Olshan was great! Our house in east Austin has shifted so much due the soil and needed to be repaired before we put in a pergola and front deck. The inspection person was very authentic, normal, and did not give the normal sales pitch. He also gave us several options on what we could do to the house depending on how much we wanted to spend. Jose Guerrero's Crew came out and did a great job! The crew were all very nice and respectful. Jose was very good with communicating with me throughout the process and keeping us informed. The CST Jared Dodds came to our property in Austin appeared as a well seasoned professional. His performance was quick, effective to the point. He wasted no time to point out problems and suggested necessary solutions. He took time to explain cause and effect as well. We also learned the excellent way to treat our foundation cracking situation and all extra services available for estate property repairs.

When we lived in Austin, we hired RR Foundation repair to lift the NW corner of the house. Soil movement had caused the house to shift a lot there. 5 underground lifts and the house was level again. They backfilled and repaired the work area. So happy for the work done! Great job! I would post fotos but they were lost when my cellphone was lost.

Overall, simply a great overall experience given the bummer it is when your home needs foundation repair.

All started with Sara’s open communication and patience in explaining all the details and answering my many questions when she came to check our place out when we started seeing those dreaded horizontal cracks in our walls.

Continued with Daniel and his crew as they came to do the hard work. He was kind and professional. The crew was amazingly hard-working. And it was fun to hear them laughing and singing a bit while they dug holes around our house. Just gave me a good feeling to know their work was being done with good spirits and not begrudgingly. Daniel communicated well, too. Answered my questions. Addressed my concerns. And made sure the work was done right and the crew took care of our property.

Heather was very responsive to my questions regarding financing the work. A great communicator as well.

I’m sure I’m missing a few folks. My bad!

All in all, Olshan made a stressful situation a little easier with their professionalism, communication and dedication to their craft.

Jared inspected our home for foundation issues due to a number of cracked tiles that had happened over the last few months. This was actually our second inspection after we had used another company. Best news we could get, no significant issues. Jared was very professional and so kind. He gave us some great advice on drip irrigation around the foundation. All in all a great expand would definitely recommend.

I had scheduled for Foundation inspection. Jared D arrived on time, Did a Visual inspection all around the house inside and out. He had some minor concern so he brought out his instrument and did measurements inside the house. He clearly seemed to know what he was doing. At the end, he said we do not have foundation issues at this time. Appreciate thoroughness and honesty.

Jared was great. Very upfront, honest and friendly. Gave us great news that the cracks were cosmetic surfaces and not foundation damages. No repair needed when they could have sold me a story they were honest.
