Dennis, the owner, came out to address my concerns. Turns out, my foundation is fine. Thanks for the honesty. Dennis informed me as to what I should do around my home to prevent any future issues. I thank him for this and alleviating my worries. If the time comes, my first call will be Guaranteed Foundation Repair.

From start to finish I was not then impressed. Let me start by saying I don’t write reviews often, I now feel compelled to. I’ve been a home owner for 27 years and have loved in the metroplex for 15 of them. About 10 years ago I came into the idea that I should get in the real estate Business and purchased 4 rental properties. And over these 10 years I have had foundation issues on everyone including my personal home and daughters. I reached out to Dennis with Guaranteed foundation and have never looked back. Anytime I have a issue I will always use them. A family owned company that cares and respects their clients and their clients property. If you want your foundation repaired, then look no further and use them. Very respectful, responsible and honest.

My house is 103 years old with a rock exterior and when I learned it would have to be partially removed to make the necessary repairs to my sinking foundation, I was really worried about making sure its historical integrity was maintained. Called to get quotes on repairs for a sinking patio foundation and Benny was out here within a day or two to quote. Repairs were done the following week. I also had them repair, or should I say replace a retaining wall that was giving out. Pretty straight forward people to deal with and I'm happy with the work. All my needs were met and anytime I had a question or concern, Benny or Dennis answered. Not to mention, they didn't ask for a dime until all work was completed and I was satisfied.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They are honest, ensuring we knew all the options and what would work best for our situation. We had a drainage problem on the side of our home causing standing water and other issues. They came out and quickly assessed the situation without any high-pressure sales tactics. The crew, consisting of William, Kenneth, Alberto, Favion, Antonio, Gabriel, and Condelario, were efficient and finished the project in one day. They cleaned up, making the area look better than it did before. It happened to rain like mad half an hour after they left, and the French drain they installed worked like a dream. It continues to perform better than expected.

My foundation repair required a total of 17 piling locations, 3 were breakthroughs in my patio and 4 in the interior of our home. The holes that they dug in hard packed dirt and through the concrete, I thought would take longer than they estimated. But this crew showed they were up to the job. They pushed through only minimal if any breaks, stopping only for lunch and end of day. They showed me a newfound respect for what hard work actually was. This crew was driven by the job at hand and with the respect they showed to me by making sure I was satisfied did not go unnoticed. I want to thank Josh, Roberto, Antonio, Luis, Edgar and the others that assisted them on occasion a heartfelt thank you. Now my back door closes and latches better than new, the cracks in the walls closed up. And the excess dirt they spread around my house where it had eroded over the years. Thank you, I can only hope and pray that the youth starting in the job market has the same work ethic this team of professional Foundation Repair Technicians showed. Olshan Foundation Solutions in San Antonio did a fantastic job repairing the foundation of my home! They used a cable lock system with a lifetime warranty – a huge relief compared to the 10-year warranty other companies were offering.

The crew was incredible! Kenneth, the supervisor, was patient and informative, answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. He even walked me through the installation of one of the pilings. Jaime, Saul, Jesus, and Eduardo worked tirelessly and efficiently. They were respectful and clearly experts at their craft.

What really impressed me was that they didn't just fix the foundation. They went above and beyond by repairing every single door in my house that had been affected by the foundation issues. This was a completely unexpected but incredibly welcome surprise!

We had water drainage issues at our house and were 100% pleaded with Olshan for the beginning to the end of our project. Ken Alic started the process explaining the service and giving us a bid. Carlos, Freddy and Patrick leveled a slab in our driveway that had been lifted by tree roots. They were on time and worked very effectively. Like any repair there are always unexpected and unknowns. The crew was prepared for those and completed the project to our satisfaction.
