Patrick, Freddy and Joseph were awsome! They were friendly and professional. During the initial consult we had they weren't sure if they would be able to raise the sidewalk as high as it use to be, but they did it! This was a major thing for us since my husband uses a cane. I would definitely recommend them.

Shady people, do not do business with these people. They will threaten liens against you.

Called Prieto for a free consultation on a potential residential project the City of LA was going to require on our property (at our expense). Prieto provided valuable advice which helped us resolve the issue with the city without having to do any work. Very appreciative of their help.

My wife and I bought our first home with a septic tank and were of course worried about what that might entail. His crew showed up on time, did the work quickly and flawlessly, and cleaned up as if they were never there.

Williams bobcat has been doing sewer and water excavations for us at Chapman Plumbing. We would use no one else for our excavation, and concrete needs

I would not advise anyone to use this company. Their bobcat was very negligent when digging in our neighborhood and damaged our street. Not cooperative when asking to be repaired as it was
before damage.

We had agreed upon a scope of work and scheduled time to do the work (lot leveling). The owner, Jeff Williams, told me he would arrive between 8:00-8:30 a.m. and never showed. He would not return any of my calls and left me no message indicating when he would arrive. Save yourself some trouble and avoid Williams Bobcat Services.

Mr. Williams is nothing but professional. The quality of his work is superior. His employees were very friendly, professional and their attention to detail was over the top. I would highly recommend Williams Bobcat Services.

We had a plumbing issue that was in the driveway. Maka came right away and within a week had everything, including plumbing, make to normal. They are friendly, hard working and they did the job right!

I recently moved into my newly built house with an unfinished backyard. MAKA Concrete came out, we walked the site and they helped me with ideas for my space. I decided on a concrete walkway from the front yard to the back of the house and large back patio. I asked about landscaping and MAKA Concepts installed two large grass lawns, at the back and on one side of the house. I asked them to install a full sprinkler system for both lawns and add bark all around the sections that did not have grass or concrete. They did a fantastic job; I would hire them again without hesitation. My backyard went from dirt to a great living space with the help of MAKA Concrete's hard work.

I asked them to come back out and make a slab for a shed. Perfect dimensions and level. I recommend MAKA Concepts to everyone.

First let me say I have talked to, hired and worked with a number of "contractors" only to be disappointed and had to have their work re-done correctly by others. I somehow got a referral to contact Antonio (Tonito) by a home builder friend of a friend. When he came to the house in a non-fancy, not jacked up, work truck I was encouraged. The more I talked to him about what we were looking for (foundation and piers to support a 16' x 32' two story storage building on our sloped property) the more "we" (wife makes the $$$ decisions) felt he was more engaging in both our needs, and solutions vs cost. We felt (and discovered) he would be a "good partner" through the entire project. I can't say enough about our experience and how much Tonito's Concrete exceeded all our expectations - both in price and performance. He always did the extra things that come up on all jobs and never charged extra - even when we told him we would be very happy to pay for them - he never would charge us. We have a considerable amount of additional work (for a non-commercial customer) and Antonio will get all of it. Hiring Tonito was by far one of the best decisions we have made regarding our re-model and expansion project.

I have used Tonito’s for multiple projects over the last year. From concrete in our barn, our back patio, and a few different masonry projects such as a double bricked mailbox with planters, and a brick enclosure for our propane tank. Antonio and his crew are reliable and efficient. I will definitely continue to use him and his company for any future projects I may have. To include an outdoor kitchen he is building for us!

Antonio communicated with me promptly and he was on time for each step of our project. We had a concrete patio extended 16x25 ft with a 25" downgrade at the end and he did a fabulous job! Antonio's price was very reasonable, compared to 4 other estim ates, but his positive reviews were why we chose him to do the job. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend!!
