After, having Olshan here for four straight days the crew above was awesome, clean up was awesome. Whatever i saw that was out of order they jumped on it immediately.
Victor Puente and Gerald Daniel's answered every question, kept me informed, and very patient with me. Patient and hard work goes a long way for me. I will need and will use them again.

So we live in the Woodlake II subdivision of San Antonio, and had to have our foundation stabilized, and Victor's crew were GREAT! Super fast, and after the clean up, the yard looked better than when they started. Six out of 5 stars.

I had the pleasure of working with Jason Martens. I had some concerns about my home and foundation. He came out and gave me his honest opinion which I really appreciated. He’s very knowledgeable at what he does and is very helpful so I highly recommend using him.

The sales rep, Jared Dodd came out in a timely fashion, gave us an estimate, and helped us through the financing part,.
The crew, led by Jose B, Josue B., and Andrew C. were professional and hard-working. They communicated every step of the way. All the doors are shutting, cracks in sheetrock closed and other floor problems fixed.

Crew from San Antonio did an awesome job leveling front and back of house. Not something anyone wants to happen to their home but to now there is a company with high standards and great employees. For now, I am reviewing on the process and what has completed so far. Olshan completed yesterday a four-day job here at our house. John Campbell was super helpful during the process, answering questions in the beginning and as they came up. I want to give Armando's crew (Luis Reza and his crew) a big thank you for ALL of their hard work. This crew really put in a lot of hard work these past several days. Not only did they have to install over 20 pilings around our home, but they also had 8 more to do on the inside. They worked from the time they got here until they left at the end of day. I found Olshan's working hours to be very convenient with our "8-5" work schedule and knowing we would have our weekend to ourselves. They completed the job well before the original week to week and a half-estimated time frame. This was a huge financial task for us as insurance did NOT cover this; however, Olshan made that even achievable by offering the option of 3rd party financing. We had a pre sewer pressure test with the recommended plumbing company and that test passed. This morning the post test was performed and unfortunately, that test did not pass which means when the foundation was leveled, it created a break somewhere in our sewer system that now we have to pay and get that repaired. We were warned this would happen and, in our case, it did. I would also recommend, if they have to dig in areas where you have landscaping, that you have professionals come in to remove the landscaping and temporarily plant it. The crew aren't landscapers, but they did their best to put the plants back. They did an awesome job of cleaning up after themselves when the job was complete, even watering down the dirt around the house that was compacted to close up the holes where they dug. The office personnel was also very helpful and polite when I had to call them with any questions. We would definitely recommend!

Ken Alic from the San Antonio Olshan location came to our home to give us a quote. After checking the settlement of our home, he gave us three quotes and we discussed which option would be best for our home. Ken wasn't pushy about scheduling at all and worked around my schedule so I could request time off from work to be available if needed. On our scheduled repair day, Adrian showed up early and explained everything that was going to happen in detail. Adrian's crew included Jerry, Josh and Will. They were all very professional and knew exactly what they were doing and were very respectful of our property. I would 100% recommend Olshan to anyone who is needing to have their foundation repaired.

The foundation inspector Michael was professional, friendly and knew what he was doing. He explained in great detail what was required to level my house. He explained several options I could consider and left me with a detailed copy of his findings. Above all, I considered him honest, especially compared with other foundation inspectors who did not provide a similar detailed evaluation.

Gerald, Joe, Jeff, Dani, William, Daniel, & Jamie, were a wonderful team. They did a great job, and we felt very confident after the repairs were completed that our foundation issues had been rectified. They cleaned up the site daily and made sure everything was taken care of before our final walk through. Thank You Team Olshan.

Olshan worked with us on what our old home needed and not what it didn’t. Our home was inspected and reviewed with professionalism and care. Victor and his crew arrived promptly and quickly started working on our home. Our old roses bushes had to be removed but were replaced in their original places upon completion of the foundation repair. Victor and his crew completed all works and clean up same day as start. I requested that the extra dirt be shored up on the sides of the foundation and it was done. Thanks to the Olshan family and crew. I will refer you to others as was done for me. Fix it with Olshan and fix it for good.

I recently requested an estimate for my driveway, which has developed a lip sag since I purchased my home in 2017. I would like to take a moment to commend Ms. Scarlett Jenkins for her outstanding service during this process.

I would like to thank Danielle Holdsworth out of the San Antonio office of Olshan. She was very pleasant and informative. I needed an estimate, and after she looked my project over, taking measurements, and showing me a graph of my house, she gave me a reasonable estimate. She advised that the room I was concerned about had not sunk very much at all and helped me to conclude I did not need to worry about taking action to raise or stabilize my project. There were no hard sales ploys suggesting I go ahead and throw money at it. She was a breath of fresh air! Her honesty, at the cost of losing a sale, was indeed a selfless and kind gesture that made me realize how wonderful it is that people like her are in the world, truly helping people to understand their concerns with no strings attached. Outstanding service from Scarlett Jenkins. She arrived on time to our scheduled appointment. She listened to our concerns and then she began her assessment explaining what she was doing. After her review of our foundation she gave us the wonderful news that we had no issues with the foundation. Truly a good feeling that she was so honest. Jason Martens came out and did an inspection and review of what needed to be done. He explained everything so well and made sure I understood what was needed and what will happen. Jared Dodds came out for a foundation inspection and quote for raising our foundation. He was on time, very professional and gave us all options with pros and cons of each. I requested to book “my free evaluation now” online and received a response right away. Edwin (Dusti) Heriford came out and provided us with that evaluation and quotes for repair. Dusti was very professional. He answered all of our questions and provided additional information to help us make our final decision. It has been a pleasure working with Dusti and all staff that we have had interactions with us thus far. Our repairs will start next week.

Hiring Olshan Foundation Solutions for our foundation repair was absolutely the best decision we made. We were so blessed to have Victor’s crews (Gerald, Victor, Rey, Fernardo, Darwin, Miguel, and Lalo) assigned to complete the work to our house. They were very respectful and professional and answered additional questions we had with installing 27 Exterior Pilings. They started on Monday and were done on Thursday afternoon. They worked very fast and effectively. We are so pleased with the completion of this installation.

The last part of our project with Olshan was for the Concrete Repair – PolyLift of the driveway and entrance way to be completed. We were so glad to have Alferdo Aleman and Joseph Clay complete this work for us. While they were here, we were able to add a crack repair to our back patio to our contract for them to complete. They were very respectful, professional and worked very diligently.

Dusti came by to look at our foundation as we’ve had some warning signs at our house, along with multiple houses in the neighborhood already doing foundation repairs on their homes over the last couple of years. He took pictures and measurements both inside and outside the house and actually recommended that we wait to do anything to our foundation, as we’re still well within our tolerance for passing inspection. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything easily. It was refreshing to have someone not try to sell us something just because. It was very much appreciated and we’ll definitely be giving them a call when it’s time for us to repair.

The Olshan Foundation Repair Crew that was assigned to my house in Del Valle, Texas, was absolutely extraordinary. The crew chief, Carlos Cruz, led an exceptionally diligent team including Josh Garcia, Carlos Soto, Jose Sais, Luis Martinez, Antonio, and Roberto. Their mission, to dig and place supports in 15 spots around my house, was executed with incredible speed and precision. They accomplished this mammoth task in just three days of relentless, almost non-stop effort.

Carlos Cruz, the original crew chief and the subsequent chief Josh, took the time to meticulously explain how the pilings were placed, educating me on the entire process and providing much-needed reassurance throughout. On the final day, an independent inspector came to certify the job and privately commended the crew's exceptional workmanship, signing off without a hitch.

While the process of digging created a considerable amount of dirt and debris, the team's cleanup efforts left my yard looking astonishingly well-preserved. Witnessing their dedication was truly impressive.

Although this project was a significant investment, the peace of mind that comes with knowing my home's foundation is now stabilized is invaluable. The lifetime guarantee offered by the company is a testament to their confidence in their work. I am now assured that my home will remain safe and secure for years to come.

Jarred Peeples came out to my home as I had some concerns regarding some cracks I observed in my siding. Mr. Peeples explained what may have caused the cracking and reassured me my home was in no need of any major repairs rather than try to force me to pay for repairs that were not necessary.
