Great service! Terry came over for a last minute job, I had no heat and we were about to have a few days of snow. He fixed my furnace, explained everything he did in a way I’d understand, and best of all, now we have our heat back! Thanks Terry!

Terry was very efficient and worked on the furnace until it was fully up and running properly again. We will definitely use him again for future needs on our HVAC system.

I have been using this company for over 20 years. When you find a reliable and honest company you hold on to it in a world full companies that want to rip you off and overcharge for the simplest things. The owner-Terry, is a straight shooter, reliable and honest. Hes helped me out several times in the dead of winter when I had no heat and my pipes were at risk of freezing. Hands down a no-brainer to use Priority and its owner, Terry!

On the day of the big snowstorm, I woke up with no heat and quickly learned my furnace had stopped working. After contacting several companies, I was told it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced; with extremely high quotes and no one willing to even try fixing it. After a week of no heat, I was feeling very discouraged. Then someone referred me to Terry.

Terry came, acknowledged that the furnace was old and not in the best condition, but instead of leaving us without hope or heat, he worked his magic and managed to get the heat running again. Not only that, but he also provided me with a more than reasonable quote for a new furnace and installed it in lightning time.

I am beyond grateful for Terry’s help. He is empathetic, kind, professional, reasonable, hardworking, and honest. He has gained a customer for life, and I will absolutely be working with him again on future projects. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of reliable service.

I asked for immediate assistance because my Water heater was boiling over, they said no problem and they sent out Samuel Hyde their "Best Technician". This wizard of a tech triple sealed off my reverse osmosis catalytic coupler and cauterized the filter feeders from the basement to the 3rd floor... I cant even take a hot shower after work because "Sam" ransacked my apartment and neurlyzed my microwave, it doesn't beep anymore. Work was solid at the end though, Sam came back the next day a new man, because he tuned my Honda Accord for free with his work Tablet. Ngl that was tuff. I noticed the Woodford Reserve was missing from the china cabinet after Sam had left but damn did he do a good job, will be calling back!

Completely unprofessional. Multiple people on multiple days fail to show up. Then, the workers they do send, come with a bad attitude, throw equipment around in my apartment, cussing the whole time because they don't want to work. Their excuse is always, "this is the first time we have been called".. "no paperwork" exists of you "reporting any problem or ever contacting us".

A great experience. Brian and Sara at Fahrenheit Mechanical were a pleasure to work with, They are both kind and professional. My air conditioner was repaired within hours!

Beware of this company as they have very dubious business practices. They came out to check our HVAC which is under warranty for 5 years and it is not even 2 years old. They claim they spent 5 hours when they only spend 2 hours repairing it, and they charged parts and labor for it all for a total of $965. When I called them to see why the charges as this was supposed to be covered under warranty they sai they would investigate and get back to me. 9 days later I still have not heard back, and when I called there was apparently no one available to talk to me. I demanded to speak to the owner who got on the phone and had no clue regarding the invoice, warranties, or anything else. He promised to get back to me and still has not. I would highly recommend searching for a different HVAC company.

Avoid this company. They charged me $1,400 to 'repair' a leak by simply pumping R-22 into an old system without actually fixing the hole. Unsurprisingly, the refrigerant leaked out within weeks.
Not only is this environmentally irresponsible, but it’s a total rip-off. When I called for a resolution, they tried to charge me another $125 just to tell me the system is old. They knew that $1,400 was going to be wasted and didn't care. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They called a few days ahead to make an appointment and so I took half a day off of work to be home for the appointment time window (4hours) well they never showed up. No call- no show. When I called, Sara the person who made the appointment was very unprofessional on the phone. She stated that she couldn't find the ticket for my request and then said she found it and they forgot to call to cancel because of the rain. She did not apologize or offer a solution. Will find another company.

We recently had our furnace serviced and Fahrenheit did a great job!
Our technician was Zach. He was on time and we were very happy with his work.
    Thank you Fahrenheit.
    We would highly recommend.

Had a service call to test out my electrical heat pump system. The guys stayed here over 4 hours, only to tell me nothing. They said there would be a follow up call and no one ever called. I paid the bill and never heard anything. Very disappointed.

We called Fahrenheit because of a gas smell in our basement. They sent a young technician out once, who determined it was a "venting issue," ordered the wrong part, came back tried to install said wrong part, then returned again with the correct part and installed it. All for over $1000. The gas smell never went away but the tech claimed there was absolutely no leak. We called CNG who came out immediately, said there was a gas leak in a valve creating a safety issue, and charged us $300 for a simple and quick fix. A total waste of $1,000 and potential risk to our family's safety thanks to the incompetency of the Fahrenheit technicians. Based on other reviews I don't know how they are still in business. AVOID.

My house is total electric and had electric baseboard heating and window air-conditioning. Earlier this year I had Fahrenheit install a mini-split system, heat and air. Just got my November bill from Eversource and in their comparison from last year and this, I used 45.5% less electric this year!!! WOW. I am on a fixed income, so for me this is huge. The team that installed was extremely professional and knew what they were doing. When the install was done they were careful to clean everything up and except for the new units, you would not know any work had been done. Extremely pleased and feel this job is well worth the money.

Jim and his guys are absolutely fantastic. Reasonable prices and they over preform every time. I’ve used Advanced Electrical about half a dozen times and will never use another electrician again. Highly recommend them!
