This is my first full heating season with Taylor. Last year I ran out of oil and they were the only company who could accommodate me same day. I decided to leave my old oil company and move forward with them. They have been a delight to work with so far. My old tank sprung a leak. The team just left after replacing it. They were such a wonderful crew. The were efficient, courteous and took the time I needed to answer questions. They made sure all items were up to code which I didn't even think about. They were wonderful and my experience so far has been wonderful. I highly recommend!

We’ve had nothing but a positive experience with Taylor Energy. They’re very professional, always on time and stand behind their work. The technician Jeff was outstanding and stayed with us after our boiler tune up to ensure all baseboards heated up properly and system was in perfect working order. Every experience with Taylor is lovely, especially our hero Jeff, who came out in the cold in an emergency. Genuinely, Taylor has the loveliest staff; every time we deal with them, no matter what service we have used them for. Recommend them constantly for any and all needs.

Professional and ethical people all around. Jeff was very thorough in cleaning my oil burner, and made recommendations that were not a sales pitch to get me to spend money needlessly, like other companies I’ve used, but rather suggestions for a plan. I had a new oil tank installed by Taylor Energy this past week, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The three technicians who completed the installation, Ryan, Eric, and Cobi, were very knowledgeable, prompt, thorough, professional, and personable. The work was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend Taylor Energy to anyone in need of oil tank installation or service.

From the initial call to the actual service I am very happy. I called with a no heat situation and other companies that I called today told me they couldn't come out and service my system until mid December (over a month away). I called Taylor Energy and wasn't even put on hold before talking to someone which is rare now adays, Jeff came out maybe 2 hours later and explained everything that was going on and fixed the issue quickly. He was very sociable and awesome to talk to/give me information related to the system I didn't know as a new home buyer. Highly recommend this company and the service techs they have on staff.

We have used Taylor energy for years. We love their service and promptness. We love the convenience of being on auto delivery as our forgetfulness is more real then we care to admit. It’s definitely 1 less thing to have to worry about to keep checking gauge/level.
Jeff is a truly nice, sincere guy who does his job effective and efficiently. It’s always a pleasure. He always answers any questions we may have and shows us what’s wrong and what he needs to do and he just gets to work. He always leaves the area clean, if not cleaner where he has been around. Due to their workmanship I have used them for annual oil and service contracts. All the office staff have been professional and engaging. They are quick to respond. Highly recommend their services.

I had a great experience with Terry. He responded quickly after I called and was able to come out sooner than expected, which I really appreciated. The work was done efficiently and professionally, and the pricing was very fair and reasonable. It’s not always easy to find someone reliable, but he definitely delivered. I would highly recommend his services and wouldn’t hesitate to call him again in the future.

I recently had an issue with my 5 year old furnace not putting out any heat in my home and I knew if I called one of the larger corporate HVAC companies i would literally be out in the cold for at least a few days, unless I wanted to pay an "emergency fee" plus a fortune to fix the issue. A friend of mine suggested that I give Terry a call at Priority Fuel LLC and before the day was over he was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the same day that I called. Not only did he fix the issue and restore my furnace back to normal but his services were reasonably priced and he also gave me a few tips on what to do in the event that something like this might happen again. Terry was extremely knowledgable and very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of HVAC services and you will not be disappointed. Connecticut winters can be harsh and unpredictable but Priority Fuel is always prompt and reliable when I call. Customer satisfaction is important and I highly recommend them.
