Robert was so helpful when I needed an emergency delivery. He didn’t have enough to get me thru the weekend so he took the time to teach me how to add more myself as well as bleeding the line, and other issues that might come up. While he was here he noticed a couple of safety issues and took care of those as well.

Bought a new house and had a problem with the heater. Saw Taylor energy service record sheet from previous owner on the heater so called them to see if they could come out and see what was wrong with it. They were very rude and called us “disloyal customers” even though we never heard of them before now and told us to go elsewhere to have it worked on.

We had an emergency situation over the weekend the response at 7AM had Jeff the technician there in 30 minutes to not only resolve the issue but follow up on Monday to ensure everything was resolved. Great Service Great Care and a Great Company that makes customer service #1 .

Tyler was very professional and an excellent communicator. He is very knowledgeable about our heating system and we feel confident that our boiler is now operating in top efficiency and dependable.

Ryan, Eric and Cobi from Taylor came out and changed our oil tank. They did really clean work, explained everything I needed to know in detail and finished in a timely manner. Would definitely hire them again.

Scott Seabaugh at Taylor energy displays great leadership as well as unmatched tutelage on a daily basis. He is beyond capable of directing his group of guys In a professional and time sensitive manner. I had Robert McCarty the past few years for servicing my oil boiler and he dose a great job and when he leaves you know your boiler is running great. Robert looks all through your boiler and repairs what needs to be cleaned and repaired, I highly recommend Robert to do the work

Jeff was here a few weeks ago to look at an oil tank leak and successfully put a patch to stop it while we scheduled tank replacement. Great service!
Yesterday, my oil tank was replaced and the team that came did a great job!

Taylor Energy replaced my old, corroded oil tank and did an outstanding job. The crew was courteous, professional, and efficient—cutting up the old tank to remove it, installing the new one, and cleaning up completely. They even recovered the oil from my old tank and pumped it into the new one, saving me hundreds of dollars since it had just been filled. Mike, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process, answering all our questions. The job was finished on time and done right. Highly recommend!

Ryan was here for the maintenance of our furnace on 11/12/25. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and explained the process of the maintenance to us. The work was done in a timely manner and cleaned up the area. Definitely a 5 stars for Ryan

Scott serviced my oil burner and did an excellent job. He certainly knows his business and was polite in answering any questions I had.

I take care of my parent's utilities (they have been with Taylor Energy for years). The office and technicians have been great to work with. Jeff (technician) is very friendly, clean and professional.

Ryan C was amazing! It was an emergency with our oil heater not working and he came and was able to fix it and tested it several times to make sure it wouldn’t shut off again. Very professional and amazing service!

We had our annual furnace tune up today. Jeff, the technician who came out was courteous, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was having trouble finding a filter for our furnace and he was able to point me in the right direction. We have always had top notch service from Taylor Energy.

The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. I had an old oil tank replaced with no problems. They were friendly, and explained everything thoroughly to me afterwards. They also cleaned up after themselves when the work was done.

Great guys. I found a hole in my oil tank and they came out immediately and patched it up. Then they sent out Cobi, Eric and Ryan to replace it with a new Roth tank with and oil line. They were very professional and did a great job replacing my tank and getting everything back up and running quickly. Would recommend them to others.

Had my annual tuneup today with Scott Hanks from Taylor Energy- he was great from start to finish! He was very personable. He worked very efficiently and left me feeling prepared for the winter ahead. Thank you so much, Scott!!

This morning I called Taylor Energy because the furnace at my brother's wasn't working. My brother has been a customer since 1998, I called at 8:01 in the morning and talked to Paul Signorello who said someone would be out sometime in the morning. 15 minutes later a technician was backing in the driveway, I was completely blown away and even more so when Scott Hanks the tech had it back up and running by replacing a sensor within 20 to 30 minutes. I cant tell you guys what that meant to me , with the weather getting colder by the day I was worried. Thanks again to the Taylor Energy Team for the outstanding customer service. Jim

Had a great experience with Jeff and another worker (sorry, didn’t catch name!) coming to service our furnace and hot water heater. (Both oil). Jeff opened the exhaust pipes entering into chimney and discovered near total blockage from debris! (House is 120 years old). Showed to me and explained the seriousness of the situation clearly and calmly. We had a chimney specialist come out the following week to inspect and address further.
