Reviews of local pros in Broad Brook, Connecticut

Very professional work, easy to work with, very friendly. Great people with state of the art equipment. Had 80ft beach nut tree trimmed and shaped, came out great. Full recommendation for the Hubbard brothers tree service.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with the Hubbard Brothers! It was refreshing to work with such a professional, friendly and reliable company. In a time when customer service has gone by the wayside, brothers Nate and Kyle stand strong in building their company with that important element. From the timely return of my initial call, to the walk thru/ reasonable estimate, to confirmation of my appointment and the day of removal of the 95+ foot oak tree in the back yard they stayed in contact. When they arrived ( early!) they walked me through the removal process and listened to concerns I had. I could see immediately how the team worked in unison, each bringing to the job their own unique skills and knowledge. Their specialized equipment and matched skills of operation resulted in a project completed with precision and done safely.I highly recommend the Hubbard Brothers ! I wish them continued success as they grow their business . Thanks for being such great guys with a great team!!

Add us to the list of extremely satisfied customers of the Hubbard Brothers. Their quote was very competitive and fair for the amount of work they did. They took down an 80' red oak tree that was within 10 feet of our house without incurring any damage to our property. They showed up right on schedule and did a great job cleaning up. I recommend them highly and would use them again without hesitation.

The Hubbard Brothers were an absolute pleasure, from quote to clean up. My wife was home originally for the quote and they were the only service that did not make her feel inferior for asking questions. They were professionals by every sense of the word, awesome with communication and setting expectations, they worked fast and safe while genuinely caring for the rest of the property (even more than I did, understanding some of the lawn might be a causality!) They did an incredible job removing several trees and cleaning up in a single afternoon, even taking away some of the brush I had previously had there, along with an additional tree that we asked about but didn’t originally quote out. The Hubbard Brothers also were pleasant to my neighbors and let them know what was going on. Offered a couple of services when asked and even educated one of my neighbors on how to resolve an issue she was having, instead of just giving a quote and taking money for an unnecessary job. These guys are genuine, hard working and absolute pleasure. I recommend them to anyone even remotely interested in tree work or any sort of clean up and yard maintenance! I actually look forward to seeing how they’re doing when they come back for stump removal because they were that awesome!

Awesome company! Quick and professional service! Great price. Cleaned up so well it doesn't look like they were even here (except for the missing hemlock tree). Nate and Gavin did a great job cutting down tree, chipping it, and removing everything! Would definitely recommend! Nice guys!

Truly wonderful to work with them. Despite a slight weather delay (snow the evening before and then while on-site) to start, they jumped right in and went to work in a very efficient manners. Their obvious forward thinking and planning made me feel very safe and comfortable while trimming and dropping trees near our buildings. All went well, and for a very reasonable price. Would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful experience with the Hubbard Brothers! From the quote, to the physical work, everything was done professionally. I was extremely impressed with their work ethic and how much they were able to get done in one day. I wouldn't have believed it if I didnt see it. No wasted time and very customer focused. They arrived promptly, worked hard, cleaned emaculately, and were easy to communicate with. Really appreciate their service and I highly recommend them to anyone. Glad to support a small local business of this caliber.

I am very satisfied with this guy's work. Thank you and I will see you soon for my other projects.

I used Derek and his son's for excavations, concrete work and demolition and I can't say enough about the professional services and quality. This company goes above and beyond for their customers.

Derek and Sons do high quality concrete work snow plowing and some Landscaping everything he does is top-notch from what I hear thru the grape vine he will be adding paving this year can't wait.

Derek & Sons Construction is great! Nice guys and easy to work with.

Derek poured a beautiful front porch for us! He was reliable, very easy to work with, professional and personable! Highly recommend

I looked for a contractor to pour a sidewalk and patio.  Derek contacted me within hours of my reach out, came to measure the job that day and provided a reasonable estimate within the range of prices suggested on the internet.  I found that Derek listened to my requirements, asked great questions and provided me with options for my job.  I hired Derek immediately and in upcoming days experienced prompt and professional communication about when he would start work.  Derek and his crew were professional, performed quality work and answered all our questions with great care.   He completed the job quickly and cleaned up the site.  He and crew did a few small extras for the original quoted price.  I recommend Derek without hesitation and will hire them again without any concerns.  Quality work!

I recently had 2 1/2 bathrooms in Windsor renovated by Cotori’s Remodeling. They provided a detailed estimate of the proposed work and addressed all questions. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, always keeping me informed of their arrival time and plans for the day. The entire Cotori team is professional, polite, and concerned about providing a result you will love. Their workmanship is beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would use them again and highly recommend Cotori’s to anyone wanting a professional, honest, and highly skilled contractor.

Very friendly family business, with terrific workmanship. Definitely recommend!

They remodeled our kitchen, helping with a lot of new changes, so far we are very happy and pleased with the quality. I highly recommend this company because of what they did, the people are also very friendly.

I had Cotori’s Remodeling do my home renovation and I was very pleased with the service! They did a wonderful job and i was very impressed with the speed and quality of their work.

They replaced two windows and repaired some concrete ceiling work in the boiler room. They fabricated their own siding because it was old aluminum siding that was hard to find. When they were done you could barely tell it wasn’t original. The work inside was spotless. Amazing work. The concrete was perfect. These guys really know what they are doing and go above and beyond to do the job right. Couldn’t be more pleased

They redid my soffit that overhangs the front part of my house. Took down rotted wood replaced it with new nailer board and new vinyl fascia. Excellent work done with fine precision and care paying attention to details and very careful every step of the way filling in gaps with caulk silicone in a neat way. They took all the debris away. They were very caring and responsive to coming back on same day to finish up the caulking the little gap areas that is to reinforce the strength of holding up the gutters. My gutters are more stronger than ever. Tight and snug. Very beautiful job. My husband and I can't stop admiring the beautiful job that these very sweet kind professionals did to make our house look so nice. These guys especially Sam are very friendly, always polite thoughful and dependable men. Very reasonable in price that met my budget and needs. Thank you Cotori's remodeling for your outstanding work. They guarantee their work. Plus they have you sign paperwork of the work being done. Very very professional. I highly recommend them. Call them today for any remodeling needs you may have.

The Cotori’s installed a new tile backsplash in our kitchen. They worked quickly and gave recommendations as to the best layout for our kitchen. It took just a few hours for them to complete the job and our new kitchen was left clean and ready to use. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and it looks exactly as we expected. We highly recommend them!

They were extremely thorough, helpful, accommodating and honest from start to finish and ensured me exactly what I wanted as a finished product!! They are also impeccably clean and neat! I am absolutely in love with my new bathroom and I am looking forward to them returning in the future when I have them refinish my basement!!
