Sam and I worked very closely on this project, from kitchen design to cabinet fixtures. With his daily communication for his plans for that day and photos at the end of day kept us involved and excited. Anytime I had a question he was available to answer happily. Sam and his family are craftsmen as well as contractors. They know how to do it all. They tackled a problematic support beam and turned it into a work of art. The walnut wood center island counter they custom made. The renovation was done to a farm house in Granby Connecticut.

After interviewing 5 contractors, we chose the Cotori Brothers to remodel our deck, kitchen and master bathroom. This family - owned business was great to work with throughout all the projects. They were able to take a difficult bathroom and meet our wishes to make it elder-friendly, increase shower space significantly and get a double vanity in place - all without taking space from the walk-in closet. I had my doubts, but they delivered beautifully. Our new deck is lovely and they made our farmhouse kitchen design come to life. We are enjoying our new spaces very much. They take pride in doing a great job, meeting our needs, are flexible with schedules and very respectful to the customer and living spaces. Their pricing is fair and reasonable. We were sad when they were finished because the brothers had become like friends and family! Thank you guys!

We recently had Cotori’s Remodeling tile our mudroom/laundry room/bathroom floor as well as our master bathroom floor, and master shower. They did exceptional work! We are extremely happy with their craftsmanship. Sam Jr, Marius, Valentine, and Sam Sr were all very kind and professional. They were helpful in the design as well. They always answered my questions and gave helpful updates. They spent extra time making sure the floors were level so that the end result would be exactly what we wanted and would be good quality. We are so glad we went with Cotori’s Remodeling, we would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again!

Horrible service for being on auto delivery. They put a note on the account to call 24 hours to confirm the need for oil when we were at 25%. They came anyways without calling (this is the second time) and dumped 61 gallons of oil in our tank. When I called and stated if there was some reason we didn’t get a call, the gentleman laughed and said “oh ya, I see the note here, oops sorry about that. Ya, you really didn’t need oil. “. I called back to argue the bill and they then blamed it on their computer system automatically putting out a tag to deliver oil as we were too new of clients. They then switched their answers to “your on automatic delivery. We’re gonna deliver oil to you”. I can’t be bothered with a company who recommended them calling us first then changing their stories. Stay away from this company as they are not honest and not trustworthy.

Ryan serviced our furnace and water heater and he did a terrific job! He was thorough and he provided very helpful information that was new to us. Thank you, Ryan!

The service technician was absolutely fantastic always polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Explained everything that he was doing and why. Answered all my questions throughly. I can always rely on this company to provide excellent service and in a timely manner. I would not call on anyone else to provide service for my HVAC system. Great people doing quality work. Jeff arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He addressed our heat pump issue and also diagnosed on issue on a different system. He brought along a second serviceman Kobi, who also polite and a hard worker. Would recommend Taylor for HVAC service.

I called Taylor Energy because my oil furnace wasn't working. I spoke with Paul who sounded annoyed that I called. He asked me a few questions that I answered. Even though I told him our oil tank was full, he told me to go check it. I'm on crutches so I said I'll call him back because it may take me a bit. Well, Paul forgot that he was supposed to hang up the phone. I immediately heard him talking so I didn't hang up. I thought he was still talking to me. I heard him telling people in the office, "what a whack job that lady was. Yeah she's calling me back but she didn't know if she had oil in the tank, where she gets her oil from, complete whack job. I swear these people are so stupid." I did tell him I had oil and who provides it. I can only imagine what he tries to get away with, with customers unknowingly trusting a person who feels that way about his clients.

When we realized on a Sunday afternoon our gauge wasn’t reading properly and we were out of oil, Taylor was the only company who helped us, organized an account, a plan to have delivery asap and then education on what was really going on. Ryan delivered our emergency oil promptly the next morning, walked us through the issues and what to look for if things weren’t working. So happy to have found them and be taken care of as well as we were!

Taylor Energy is always a great company to work with. Their service tech Jeff did a great job and wants you to be happy with the work. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I had Ryan and Jeff come to my house to clean out the ductwork, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. They took their time, worked carefully, and spent their time wisely. Along the way, they even found a few issues I wasn’t aware of and helped resolve them on the spot. They truly went above and beyond my expectations, and I could not be happier with the results. I highly recommend Ryan and Jeff for their professionalism, thoroughness, and outstanding service.
