I have used Joe the plumber for a couple of projects.Now they are always very accurate , polite, courteous and on time. Today , I had a young man Xavier who was exceptional.

This was a recall because the first work done did not work. Xavier came back and so far so good. He is young, enthusiastic, and willing to please. There was no charge for him to come out and and repair the issue again.

We have been using this team for over 8 years and never once have they given anything but 110% to the job! From fixing a shower faucet to replacing a well pump, this team is thorough, knowledgeable and professional!!! 10 out of 10 every time!!!!

I can’t thank Wayne enough for the outstanding job he did on my leaking boiler system. From the moment he said hello at my door to the moment he said goodbye, his professionalism truly stood out. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining what he was doing as he went, walking me through what he discovered, and showing me exactly what needed to be fixed.
I asked a ton of questions, and Wayne was endlessly patient, taking the time to make sure I understood everything. His dedication and friendliness made a stressful situation so much easier.

Replaced flange wax ring water hose and bolts. Did very nice job. Very pleasant snd informative about what needed to be done. Avoided having to replace wood underneath.

I called Joe the Plumber when my toilet started leaking this morning and I couldn’t turn the water off because the valve was corroded. They sent Mike out and he replaced the toilet and valve in no time. Very courteous and efficient and I would highly recommend.

I try to leave reviews on every business that I’ve been in contact with. I can say that this company, “Joe the Plumber” in CT (a Perras Family Co.) is simply awesome. I had used them years ago on my first house here in Glastonbury. They were great then. Maybe 10 years later (this morning) we woke up with no water on our ‘new’ home (24 years old), also in Glastonbury. I called the first number I had on my iPhone at 7am (spoke to a very professional person named Willy) and within 3 hours Wayne Perras (the service tech) & Co were here addressing the problem. After 24 years, the well pump gave out. It was in a 400 feet-deep well. They completed the job in 5 hours. I didn’t have to wait until Monday, which was one of my concerns. Wayne was very straight forward. No BS. Gave me the quotes. I agreed, since it sounded reasonable. I had changed the pump on my other house (not as deep & smaller pump) so I knew around how much it would cost. Wayne was great, knowledgeable and had a friendly and respectful disposition. I will certainly use them for another related project this Summer. I truly & honestly recommend this family company. It was a Godsend that the first number I had on my phone was for Joe the Plumber (the Perras)! THANKS GUYS!

Very professional and high-quality service provided. Really appreciate the extra time that was taken to walk me through what they were going to do and allow me to watch as the work was done, Answering all my questions along the way. Possibly pricier than most, but they were able to diagnose the problem and had the parts on hand to make The Repair quickly. I understand and agreed to the Service visit charge $88, but Given that I accepted their estimate for the work, I feel like they could have given me a break on the service visit charge.

As I have already said, the two men were complete professionals. The spoke if trying one avenue but found out it was successful. They th3n sid a new tank would arrive in a few minutes as it did. They wasted no time and immediately went to work replacing the old for the new. Great job.

I really like that they are certified by the Better Business Bureau. Xavier Voss was the plumber that was assigned to my account. I wish I could give him 10 stars. What a wonderful plumber and an effective educator. He explained everything that he was going to do during the appraisal. He also kept me informed as he was doing the work and then when he was done, He thoroughly explained the finished project. Also, I really feel that he went above and beyond talking to me about plumbing and Winterization of pipes and valves. It sure is peace of mind to have signed up for your yearly contract knowing I do not have to worry anymore. Thank you for a job well done and received very appreciatively by myself and my son.
