Kyle was AMAZING. Tried a few things to make sure I wouldn’t have problems down the road but in the end I got a brand new hot water tank and he saved me! Not only from future headaches but from spending money on things I didn’t need! I am forever grateful and will continue to be a Diamond club member for as long as I live here!!!

If u need a Plumber then call Joe the plumber. They are fantastic. Came right away. They fixed the problem with new parts and were so quick to make sure we were happy. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend.

Mike and Anthony from Joe's plumbing quickly assessed and fixed an issue with the packing on the gas valve for our fire place insert. They ensured everything was safe and working, cleaned up before they left and were professional and courteous. I'd definitely use them again!

I found this company off a google search and was surprised to see that they were able to send someone out to my house same day for an estimate. Kyle was respectful, and gave us an appealing estimate so we confirmed the job for the next day. Kyle was prompt, arrived right when he said he would. Not only was his work neat, and thorough, but it was very clear he has extensive experience with his work. We were impressed to see he didn’t leave a single speck of debris or trash behind, covered his shoes while walking through my carpeted house and even covered the floor where he worked to keep it clean. I would strongly recommend to all my friends and family.

Hello, the Joe the Plumber technicians were knowledgeable, professional and kept things clean. They came to diagnose a disposal problem and recognized it was actually an electrical issue with the outlet. They advised getting an electrician. I appreciated their professionalism and patience and knowing when to "stay in their lane." Too many technicians try to do it all and don't do a good job. It's best to be excellent at a specialty and know when to refer to others.

Jesse and Dillon provided excellent service! They were quick to the job, knew what they were doing, were polite and kind, and went above and beyond to address the issue and leave no trace of the maintenance. Would love to work with them again and highly recommend.

Xavier was the best! Called to alert me to let me know he was a few minutes away. He arrived and diagnosed the problem and we talked about a few different options- I picked what would be best for me.
Xavier worked clean and efficiently, also stayed to test the work done and test for leaks. None detected. Top notch tech! Would definitely use Joe the Plumber. and Xavier again!

Quick account setup (needed) to get availability which was same day! Fantastic. Mike and his assistant did a great professional job. Had the parts needed to raise the flange to meet the new floor height, removing a 50 year old setup. Also reinstalled a vanity. Clean work and helped with advice on a shower repair I was doing. Will use them again.

Lost water pressure on our 25 year old water system, and had JtP down to assess, quote and ultimately replace both our well pump and water tank. Installed top-quality made in USA pump and tank, and the work looks top notch. Tech's were great - informative and thorough; they worked neat and clean, and wore booties over their shoes each time they entered the house area. That alone made the cost worthwhile, it shows they care about their customers.

The team arrived right on time and gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving. They were very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. They completed the job quickly and were in and out without any issues. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

We needed our laundry situation moved to another room, so we scouted around and got a few quotes. Joe the Plumber was the quickest to respond and have a technician out, and they were able to schedule the work the same week, which was great for us. The guys were courteous and knowledgeable; the work was performed during the scheduled time, communication was great, and they made sure our cats didn't get into the insulation they had to pull out of the wall. I'd definitely hire them again for any future plumbing work.

Jason checked our sump pump to ensure it was working properly. We knew from neighbors that after a huge snow melt in a previous winter that our basement flooded. As a precaution, we wanted to ensure that our pump was operational. He clearly explained how it works. He tested it and made a minor adjustment. He also suggested we obtain a water alarm for our pump and water heater. He was very professional.

I've used Joe The Plumber several different times now and always have been very happy with them. They have always been able to come out quicker than they originally said. Which was quick to begin with anyway. The guys have always been polite and extremely clean. They explain everything in detail and make sure it's clear what the issue is and what needs to be done.

Arrived in the window originally given by dispatch. 2 hour window. Not too bad of a window. Once arrived, professional and knowledgeable. Understood exactly what was going on and had solution ready. Helped me out tremendously. Was happy to pay what they charged. Wish it was less, (wish everything cost less these days), but worth every penny. Was back up and running in less than an hour. They Cleaned up and ensured that everything was clear which it was. Great service would recommend and will.

Dillon and Mark were great, explaining everything involved. They worked quickly, getting our service up and running by about 1:30pm, even with downtime delays waiting for the water company folks to arrive. Quite pleased.

TJ and his team always do an amazing job and are extremely quick to respond! The quality of their work is outstanding. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my plumbing, heating, or remodeling needs at my house!
