Our 200+ year old house pipes had a freeze leading to a leak from the deep freeze of early Feb 2023. Chris came out and discovered we also had a few bad valves that were leaking. He fixed us up quickly, professionally, showed us the damaged pipes and parts so we understood what work he did and why, and did it all at an extremely reasonable fee. We need a kitchen sink and faucet installed and I'll definitely be hiring them to do the job. Highly recommend them.

I called a few companies and W.B. Dickenson was by far the best to work with. They not only did what they said they would, they also worked with me in order for me to do some work for my own goals. Their price was better than the others, their Quality was excellent, and the Professionalism is the best. I strongly recommend W.B. Dickenson for any plumbing or bathroom restoration project. I have had W.B. Dickenson do work in my home since 2005. This weekend I had a problem with my water heater. I requested a quote Monday online and Tom responded a short time after. He gave me quote to fix the old water heater and a quote to replace. Both fair quotes in the range I expected. He said he potentially could get someone out that afternoon or definitely in the morning Tuesday. I opted to replace and he had people out first thing Tuesday. The service techs were professional and friendly. I have always been very satisfied with the experience having work done by Tom and his crew. Including a bathroom remodel in 2010 that came out beautifully. I definatly recommend W.B. Dickenson.

We had a substantial leak in a pipe with water leaking through the ceiling. WB Dickenson was recommended. Out of three, they were the only plumbing company that we called in the evening who answered the call. A technician was sent out the next morning. Les was excellent: very profession, knowledgeable and nice guy! Found the problem quickly; pricing reasonable. Will definitely use WB Dickenson again and will recommend to friends and family.

My previous experiences with this company had been very good but I have nothing good to say about them this time. It has been a few years since I used their services and it appears that things have changed for the worst.
They were supposed to replace my booster pump but due to a lack of parts they had to come back. I spoke to the Tyler who had done the preliminary work and we agreed on how to proceed during the next appointment.
This company did not take the time contact me ahead of the next appointment to tell me that they were not sending Tyler and they took upon themselves to decide WITHOUT any information to send someone else.
The work could not be done because the parts needed were not with the new guy and he knew nothing about what needed to be done.
They do not communicate with the customer and it looks as though they let anybody make unqualified decisions about what needs to take place.

Julie was patient and kind while scheduling our appointment. She even got us same day service! Les was super friendly, professional, quick, and clean. 100% satisfied and will stick with them for all our plumbing needs.

Another big shout out and thank you to T.J. McLaughlin, Chris & Ryan the Plumbers assigned to another one of my repairs, and the business of W.B. Dickenson for their expertise, professionalism, prompt response on Wednesday morning (2/12/2025). This particular repair involved pulling forward my stacked laundry equipment, opening the wall, and fixing a cracked section of the main pipe between the first and second floor of my home. This is the pipe that runs from the basement all the way up to the second story. Chris and Ryan were there right on time and got the job completed in just under two hours. As I previously stated...I HIGHLY recommend them and will definitely utilize their services again in the future.

From beginning phone call to office to completion of work, WB Dickenson was excellent. The technician came the next day, analyzed the problem, discussed it with me, & did an excellent job in replacing several plumbing pipes on our 36 year old boiler. The cost was very competitive too. I would highly recommend this plumbing company.

Tyler came out and fixed all of our issues. He did it in a fast professional manner. Tyler shows patience, humor and a sense of caring for his customers and does a superior job compared to other plumbers I have used in the past. We would highly recommend W.B . I have used Dickenson for years! They are always prompt and professional! They typically have adequate truck stock to make minor repairs. I had them fix two toilets, a sink faucet, a shower control, and a tub drain. They had all the equipment needed on their truck! Very professional and non intrusive. Chris did a great job!

Chris at W.B. Dickenson came to our house after work was done improperly by another heating company. The work was excellent, also very reasonably priced. Our heating system had been making awful noises that woke us up in the middle of the night several times. Now the heat works quietly, as it should. W.B. Dickenson are the ones to call!

We hired TJ and his team to do a full remodel and expansion of our master bathroom this past fall. It was a pleasure to work with them from start to finish. They had an innovative vision for what we could do with the available space and carried that vision out flawlessly. The cost was very fair compared to the other quotes we received and TJ was straight forward with the quote and what was included, what cost extra, etc. The design process was a good balance of autonomous decision making and assistance from TJ (per our request). There were plenty of design options to choose from. Throughout the actual construction the team was transparent on status and we were continuously updated on timing if there were delays which was appreciated. The workers who came to our house were extremely polite and respectful of our home. We couldn’t be happier with the attention to detail and quality of the final product. We would highly recommend using TJ and the W.B. Dickenson team for any bathroom remodeling!

Our pedestal sink was leaking, and Les came and did a fantastic job with the repair. It was a fairly small space in which to work, so I imagine it was frustrating, but Les kept at it, and our sink works beautifully now. Very pleased with all of our interactions with him!

I'd also like to thank Tyler who has been to our home twice. Once he had to repair a vent pipe that fell through our ceiling. This repair required him to work in our very hot attic in August. For the second repair, Tyler had to replace a very old toilet that was very uncooperative. During both repairs, Tyler kept a positive attitude, was polite, and did a great job with clean up. Again, we were very pleased with his work.

While she did not do any repairs for us, I also appreciate how patient and helpful Debbie was every time I called. She answers the phone with a pleasant voice, she answers questions thoroughly, and she is efficient. She gives a great first impression of the company.

Tj offered to come give me a quote after I was given a $2600 plumbing repair estimate from aiello. Turns out I only needed 2 gaskets replaced for a total bill of $155!! He saved me a huge unnecessary expense! I can't say how much we appreciate his honesty and quick repair. I have a new plumber for all my future needs!

They were respectful, on-time, knowledgeable, kind and very polite & -pleasant. GREAT JOB!!! Will definitely use this office again, and again, & again!

This is the 3rd time I have had plumbing services from W.B. Dickerson, I am just as satisfied and would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. EXCELLENT -
Debbie B., Office Manager, was knowledgeable and was able to arrange for Nate, Plumber, to assess the problem with the draining of water from my washing machine. Nate was professional and wore a mask and booties at my request. He checked out the drain system and explained where a clog could be. Fortunately, he found that the drain was not clogged and now the washing machine is working again. I am so grateful to know that I can call anytime and I am never rushed. Debbie and Nate both took the time to understand what was happening with the washing machine and remedied the problem.

The 2nd time Chris W. plumber repaired garbage disposal by removing a utensil that got stuck. He was careful and he saved me the expense of having to buy a new garbage disposal for my kitchen sink. Excellent - I would highly recommend them.

THIS 1st REVIEW WAS MARCH 2024 I called W. B. Dickerson in search of a plumber, as my plumber had retired. I was very pleased with the prompt response I received from Debbie B., Office Manager, who answered my questions, asked me to send her photos of each problem, contacted the plumber & gave me an estimate. She was so easy to talk with, and she responded so quickly to my phone calls. She made me feel very comfortable, telling me of the plumber’s experience.

Chris W, the plumber, was very kind & considerate. When I requested, without any hesitation, he wore booties over his shoes & a mask, which I provided, for my health as I have asthma. I wore a mask too. He was knowledgeable and worked quickly and steadily. He replaced bolts in 2 tanks, 2 flappers, & a flusher handle, cartridge in kitchen faucet, 2 hoses to washing machine & the Symons on/off switch.

I received a fair price for the job and hours spent.
I’m very satisfied with the work.

Nate did a great job, was very professional, cleaned up perfect and I was charged for the toliet what o was quoted, only added was we had old pipe and that was found after taking out old toliet but that was also done perfect!! Highly recommend
