Ii had a hot water heater installed today. Zack and Nate did a great job. Very professional answering any questions that I had and the installation took less than 2 hours. My old hot water tank had failed the day before. I had a quote and install in 24 hours. Thank You !

This was my first dealing with WB, from Debbie in the office to Tyler the plumber that completed our job I couldn't have asked for a smoother project being completed.
Talking to Debbie was like talking to your best friend, very calm, funny and very knowledgeable estimating rates for the job. Tyler was our plumber, easy to talk too, took time to explain with patience any questions I had. Overall my first experience was very positive to the point I have them pricing out a tub to shower conversation. AND, let me end with the biggest positive, WB beat my regular companies quote by over $400. I guess I have a new plumbing company!!

We have used W.B. Dickenson a number of times over the last twenty to twenty-five years and they have never ceased to impress us. We have used them mostly for their plumbing but have also had them do miscellaneous construction work as well. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and we highly recommend them. You won’t go wrong!

Very receptive to our issue, welcoming, listened to explination of what was happening to our water heater. was looking up details of our unit model info while with me on phone, indicted he would get back to me when had info on needed part. Called within 5 minutes and indicated someone would be out in about 2 hours.
Repair man called and was here within 5 minutes of scheduled time. Very professional, got right to work was here for several hours on his knees attacking the burner issue as if it was his own unit. Very through made sure everything was working properly, detailed explination of what caused the problem and what he did to correct it and left the area clean as if was never there.
Very pleased with the whole experience and will definetly be using them for all our plumbing and heating issues in the future.

Les arrived on time went to the basement & immediately saw the problem was a filter on our water line & fixed it. He also checked our water tank/heater and told us everything he could see was OK! Everthing works great now🤞

I hired W.B. Dickenson to repair my boiler after obtaining estimates from several other companies. TJ, the owner, provided a reasonable estimate and promptly scheduled the repair after I accepted it. Zach, the plumber, did an outstanding job. During the challenging repair, Zach remained calm and collected and provided clear explanations. I truly appreciated Zach’s expertise. I wouldn’t think of using another plumbing company, and I would highly recommend W.B. Dickenson to friends and family.

We had water leaking into our basement. I believed it was coming from the hot water supply to my kitchen sink. I was wrong and your plumber diagnosed where the problem was coming from in a matter of minutes. He was extremely professional and he was also humorous. He had me laughing. It helped because I was upset about my situation. Additionally, your plumber took great care to keep my house clean. He put down what I believe to be a sheet to catch the sheet rock dust and pieces where he had to open the wall to get to the pipe. When he was done he swept the area. It was greatly appreciated. What great service!

Excellent service. You get a very nice real live person answering their phones. If it's urgent, they do their best to fit you into their schedule. They come when they say they will. They do what they say they'll do. They charge a reasonable fee. In my case, the clog in the shower drain was so bad it required two visits; they basically charged me for only one. Definitely five stars.

Chris and Long his apprentice were great. Very efficient and knowledgeable.They replaced an old water heater, fixed 2 nonfunctioning furnace zones, fixed a leaky kitchen sink drain, tuned up leaking bathtub faucets and drains in 2 bathrooms and then discovered a huge leaking water pipe in the attic.(averting a disaster). I was glad that they were able fix all these issues without scheduling another
service call.

Nate and Chris did a wonderful job. They were competent, timely, and were very skilled at their trade all while providing great customer service. The team kept me informed as they worked through my job and explained things well. These guys do not take breaks and work really hard in rhythm. I had a lot of plumbing needs since I did a remodel. Nate and Chris came in, did what they needed to do, and completed the job in one day. Great team. I am now a loyal customer. I would hire these folks again for any future plumbing needs and will encourage family and friends to do the same.

You need to learn how to drive properly / safely, or teach your drivers how to do so, which includes not blowing red lights, flying at high speeds down rt.6, riding people's rear which blinds them, passing on the right, and screaming out the windrow obscenities at cars he passes by! Extremely reckless and rude! That is not a display that will attract customers, in fact it will do the opposite! I hope whomever, disciplines this driver. Ohy, road rage is NOT attractive!

Very pleased with our experience at Dickenson Plumbing. Fast response time, well trained technicians, courteous and polite and informed us of a problem we didn’t know existed. Everything was explained to us elderly folks so we understood everything perfectly. Replaced toilet and additional parts and addressed initial issue. Highly recommended. The technicians were experienced and knowledgeable and respectful of our property. Thank you.

The plumber that did the work was excellent but some of the charges were extreme. $40.00 for the material to sweat one fitting, $5.00 for plummers putty to seat one fixture.

We are very pleased with our bathroom renovation. It came out just the way we had hoped. It was so easy working with T.J. and everyone else was great as well. We highly recommend!

W.B. Dickenson went above and beyond. They were an attentive and timely company compared to nearby competitors. We had a main line break and all other companies were beating around the bush and giving us timelines that were not convenient given the fact we need a section of the line replaced immediately to continue using water in the house.

W.B. Dickenson was used as a plumbing contractor for a repair that CT Water setup at my house today. The gentleman who did the work was extremely kind and courteous. He made short work of replacing my primary water main shutoff in my basement. He was confident, yet soft spoken. Cleaned up after himself. Made a pathway into my basement that didn't make any mess as he brought his equipment in and out. Like a real professional. This issue has been stressing me out for months, I'm so glad to have it fixed! I feel kind of silly because I needed to have this main shut off replaced because I have other plumbing work that I need done. Most of it's simple stuff like replacing my outside spigots with freeze proof spigots, removing a saddle tap and a couple other basic things. I should have had the gentleman take a look at the stuff and give me a quote while he was here!
Anyway, I inspected his work after he left: quality fittings and no leaks!
