SDR has been a competent, reliable and trustworthy company. Having used them multiple times the quality has always been great along with timely and responsive feedback. I continue to recommend them and use will use them for my plumbing related issues. Every visit resulted in the problems being fixed the first time.

I've used SDR Plumbing & Heating for many years to replace old/deteriorating water valves, install new toilets & upgrade old toilets, install sinkerator, and recently to replace a 50+-year old boiler ($$$). They are top-notch, professional, great with communication and consultation. Always pleased with their performance.

Once again SDR Plumbing came to my rescue with a very fast response. My hot water heater left a puddle on the floor. As soon as I called Steve he said he'd have someone there ASAP since most of my basement is carpeted. Sure enough, an excellent tech came and quickly diagnosed my problem...I needed a new expansion tank. The part was on the truck and within a short time I had a new expansion tank. SDR Plumbing is simply the best: top quality work, super fast response to an emergency situation. Excellent plumbing service, they really know what they are doing. They are honest and fair. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I can't say enough nice things about S.D.R. Plumbing & Heating! From the person who answers the phone to the technicians who make the repairs, everyone at S.D.R. is friendly and knowledgeable. We are extremely impressed with the service we received from SDR Plumbing. Our tankless hot water heater suddenly stopped working, and SDR had a plumber at our home that same afternoon. He quickly identified the problems, and even though the unit was over 10 years old and out of warranty, he went the extra mile by contacting the manufacturer to explain the issues he found—issues he felt went beyond normal wear and tear. Thanks to his thorough explanation and advocacy, the manufacturer agreed to cover the cost of a brand-new unit despite it being past the warranty date. The SDR team immediately scrambled to locate a new unit and had it installed in record time. The work was done efficiently, the labor pricing was fair, and they left everything spotless. From start to finish, the communication and professionalism were excellent. We highly recommend SDR Plumbing to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and truly above-and-beyond service.

I am undergoing some major renovations and SDR was recommended by our real estate broker. We have not been disappointed. Steve Rozmus and his expert crews are real professionals. They are super reliable, responsible, friendly, always willing to explain jobs and options and - not to be overlooked - clean and respectful of household activities. I found their prices to be fair and reasonable and really appreciate the ability to pay as we go with this extensive project. Truly, how many techs would be willing to stay late into the night to finish up a job so that we had adequate heat? With additional backup provided. And still maintain their good nature and sense of humor. SDR is the best.

My 20 year old HVAC system failed. Tony came out and gave me a very fair quote and so I also decided to replaced my old furnace before it failed. Trevor did an excellent installation. Site was kept very clean. All old equipment was removed. All my expectations were exceeded.

Atmosphere is highly responsive, professional, dedicated and affordable. Our HVAC unit had multiple issues and stopped working late one evening in March. Tony and team resolved the problem that night to ensure my family could leverage the heating that evening and the next day. His attention to detail to identify the problem while educating why it happened ensured we were getting top notch service. Highly recommended for anyone who needs cooling, heating and or ventilation .

I recently had an unpleasant experience with another company, so I already knew what was wrong with my unit. I needed to get the unit fixed or replaced asap because I have a newborn at home. I called Atmosphere Cooling and Heating LLC expecting to have to wait a day or two to get an appointment. I spoke with Tony and he was able to get someone out to me the same day. Talk about service! Trevor arrived and got right to work. He had my AC Unit up and running within the hour. He gave me his advice on potential future problems that could occur and what future action I may want to take. I really appreciate the advice, service and honesty. If you want someone who actually cares about the customer and the work that they do, then these are your guys! Thanks again to Tony and the Team!

I paid $500/year to have AirSolutions maintain my generator. The power went out in my neighborhood last night and my generator didn’t work. I have small kids and no power. When I called them to ask to come fix it they wanted me to pay another $280 to inspect it (not including any potential cost of parts). What a joke. They (rudely) claimed the $500/year was for “maintenance, not service.” What were you maintaining if the generator doesn’t work when I need it?? What a waste of money. I immediately cancelled my “SERVICE” agreement.

Edit after Owner Response on 2/25/25: Thank you for this long-winded and innacurate public response instead of returning my request for a phone call from a manager. The only thing you refunded me was for the cost of work you hadn't even completed yet. Thanks?? On 2/17/24 I had paid your company $1,650 since September of 2022, and I had a broken generator. And, your company wouldn't even come to my house without me paying you an additional $280 to just see why. I even asked if you could forego the 2/28/25 "maintenance" visit and come sooner just to inspect it, and your company refused. You wanted MORE money. Other service contracts that I have are with people who stand by their work, and if I'm a member, they come when there's a problem for free. If something is objectively broken and needs to be replaced, then it's completely fair that I have to pay for it. But, to demand $280 to just show up after I've already been paying you a membership fee, is truly insulting.

The men were both very professional and kept me updated as to what they did. They also walked me through what needs to be done.

Great service by Nestor! Very professional, personable, communicative, and thorough. Nestor texted us when he was on the way to the house and covered his shoes before entering; very considerate. He diagnosed our issue (capacitor died), provided a quote, replaced the part, and made sure the unit was generating cool air - all within about 30 minutes. Nestor also let us know what to expected in terms of how long it would take to cool down the house from 90+ degrees. As usual, we are extremely satisfied with our experience and highly recommend Air Solutions and technician Nestor. One last note: accompanying Nestor was a young gentleman named George - possibly an apprentice. He did a great job answering one of our questions and I very much appreciated Nestor’s mentoring approach of using empowerment and treating George with consideration and respect. Well done!!

My family has been customers of Air Solutions for many years. We have our air conditioning and generator services with Air Solutions. Just this week, Willie for air conditioning and Mike for generator maintenance came to get my home ready for the summer. I have the utmost confidence with the company and their technicians. Dylan came to service my air handlers. He was very polite and professional and prompt. I have been dealing with Air Solutions with a few problems in my house and they always have been professional and thorough and fair.

Jesse completed the Fall "tune ups" on both of the HVAC units serving the first and second floors of our home. We enjoyed meeting him. It appears that we are prepared for the winter months ahead. The "membership" maintenance fees are assessed annually. We paid extra for any maintenance products that we did not have on hand.

Air Solutions offered us a quick service response. Warren was polite, knowledgeable, thorough in his assessment and worked efficiently to resolve the heating issue. Excellent service and so friendly.

Well, it took about four hours
But I was happy to have them fix it
