Best in class service coordination and responsiveness. Paul in sales rushed this job on Xmas eve and saved us when heat was out. Entire team professional and clean and very efficient. Super knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. And their prices are fair.

Overpriced, the details price to labor ratio is 1 to 5.
Why?

I've asked Air Solution to check an air conditioning system. They charged me 169$. A technician came and spent about 10 minutes in the apartment. Put thermometer into couple of vents said that HVAC is not cooling. This was known without thermometers. Took photos of the specks of the system. I asked to get me information on repair and full replacement so that I can decide what I want. Technician make couple of calls to their sales representative in private (why, is there any secrets). I asked a tech what is the issue and he never answered. He promised to send me report next day but he never did so. Finally I was able to receive full replacement quota but I still don't know what was wrong with the system.
Outcome:
1. I got charged 169$ for analysis of the issue.
2. Tech came and did NOT do anything useful.
3. I've never received report on the issue. Only Quota for replacement. Ration of parts to labor is 1 to 5. There is no need to drill anything or make any custom movements. They need to take old block and insert new one that is it. Screw and unscrew nuts and bolts.
4. Air Solution falsly claiming (see their responce below) that they don't see me in their system. I still see transaction I paid to Air Solution on my Credit Card statement.

Air Solutions always comes thru when you need their help. Their staff is wonderful and makes everything easier for you. I'll always call them before anyone else! First it was Jesse and today it was Billy. Both friendly, capable, and knowledgeable. Thanks Air Solutions for making my life easier!!

Experienced and very professional service on a complicated repair.

Warren was cordial and professional. He was courteous and answered all my questions. I was delighted with the company, as they responded much quicker than I expected. Thank you for your excellent service.

Air Solutions service was top notch, from the initial phone call my wife made to request service, to the work done by Kingsley repairing our thermostat and checking our system. Jessica, who took our information down, was professional and thorough.

Air Solutions completed the demolition and removal of our old heating/AC system and installation of the new system in one day. The team was professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable, giving us a thorough explanation of the proper way to operate the new system when the install was complete. Having moved frequently and worked with many HVAC companies across the country, this team was the best!

Kingsley provided excellent service. However, I was disappointed by the scheduling problem. I was told I was the first appointment 8-8:30 am. No one showed up until 9 am. Kingsley advised that there are no 8 am appointments on Mondays, as everyone is in a meeting. Why did the scheduler not know this. I had to rearrange a later appointment I had twice. When I called to find out where the service tech was at 9 am, I was still not advised about the meetings. Very disappointing.

This service and company are extremely disappointing. They incorrectly installed the units in our condo unit even tho they have done work in the complex before and had all the specifications. Took no responsibility and we had to chase them and pay an additional fee to correct. But that’s not the worst part - the worst part is that the units do not cool the houses. Some are okay but worse than AC and some rooms are hot even tho there is a unit. Every time we reach out; we are told additional fees only to look at the work and we are left spent thousands of dollars and contemplating just getting AC units because the rooms are unbearable. Stay away. Maybe they do good work for big houses but definitely do not use them for a condo. Huge disappointment.

I did get in touch with the company as the units were not working at all and it was a heat wave. I was told that there will be a fee to have someone just look at the units that cost thousands of dollars and an additional fee to come on a Saturday, even tho this is not a service - I only wanted what I paid for to work. I’m left with a whole system that takes up space and does absolutely nothing. And no one is interested in repairing or taking any responsibility. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this business. It is a scam.

Olivia called me back immediately after I booked an appointment online to let me know that they had availability due to a cancellation the same day which was wonderful. She went out of her way to help and it made all the difference. Then Kingsley and Amir visited my home today and successfully fixed an AC system issue. They were polite, punctual, professional and methodically narrowed down the issue so that they could fix it in a timely manner. Thank you, look foresee to working with you all again in the future.

I needed emergency same-day service, and Kingsley was able to come out, diagnose the problem, and get my heat pump up & running in only about an hour! It was my first time using this company (my old service no longer does residential work) but it certainly won't be the last time! Knowledgeable, Professional, and Punctual!

During a recent 95 degree heatwave our AC units broke down. Air solutions was luckily able to come out quickly on an emergency visit to our home the next day. Unfortunately they were not only unable to properly diagnose or fix the issue during the appointment, but they then wanted to come back out a second time during the week and be paid for an additional 3 hours just to call the manufacturer and figure out the problem. Needless to say, we called another service who was able to come out, immediately diagnose the issue and resolve it within 2 hours. We essentially paid Air Solutions $970 just to tell us that we needed to pay for them to come back out a second time. I would suggest using a different company if possible.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism I experienced with Air Solutions. The owner Donna and Dino were nothing short of amazing. They know their trade and then some, what a breath of fresh air it was to hear them explain everything in detail. As a Realtor, I work with countless service providers but not many earn a 5 star review in my book. Air Solutions certainly does and I would happily add them to my list of preferred service providers.

Paul from Air Solutions was knowledgable and informative. He really went the extra mile in assessing my daughter's new condo. He provided suggestions for enlarging a return air duct to reduce heat stratification and make things cooler upstairs. He also helped fix a missing vent cover. We also had the ducts cleaned, since it was an older house, and they included the dryer vent as well. They even improved the connection between the dryer vent and an old dryer. Air Solutions is an incredible company and very responsive to questions and issues. I would highly recommend them.

I am so pleased with Air Solutions. I’ve used other companies and switched to Air Solutions because I wanted a professional company that will handle my concerns with care. They’ve done that and more. I’ve been a customer since the beginning of the year and each time I sing their praises after they are done. Professional, polite and informative without making you feel like you’re asking a silly question. They go the extra mile to explain the work and what’s needed moving fwd. The technicians are mindful of cleanliness and make sure they leave the space the way they found it.

Tonight, Jesse assisted me with my AC. He called first to ask questions before visiting. When he arrived, he checked the unit and made sure that before he left, he reviewed the work and next steps. Personally, it felt like advice from a friend more than a person fixing my problem.

Warren did everything he could do short of replacing a circuit board for carrier who is notorious for having their own systems. Couldn’t have been nicer.

The Follow Up- my two 15yr old units needed to be replaced. Dino and his team gave me a fast quote and we worked out a price that worked best for me. Him and his team were able to replace them over two days which was fine as one still worked. The team could not have been more professional, knowledgeable and most important nice and respectful. Would 100% recommend them and continue to use them for service contracts.
