Service man Warren was excellent. Just not happy that I will have no heat for weekend due to part needing to be ordered.

Furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. Jesse, the technician showed up about 10:30 and had it up and running in half an hour. Well done!

I scheduled appointment two months ago and received confirmation last night. This morning, I was informed by text that my 8:00 a.m. appointment was canceled due to the technician’s illness. After waiting two months for this appointment, I was offered only a replacement time on Christmas Eve, which is not an acceptable alternative. I am sure Air solution has more than one technician. It was really bad.

We just moved into a new home and discovered we have a heat problem. Not being familiar with the area, we called Air Solutions and they accommodated us with a quick service call. They sent the best service professional ever!! Nestor surveyed the situation and was able to fix the issue in record time! Not only did he do it quickly, he was the most pleasant person!

Used air solutions to install a new hvac unit this summer. Last weekend the pump failed despite only having it for 6 months and we were left without heat. Air solutions came out to “fix” the issue, and it was broken again within a week. Called this evening and was told no one is available to help us until the next business day. It is 5 degrees outside. I would recommend working with an hvac company that treats their customers better.

Excellent service. The techs were professional and friendly, worked quickly, and did a thorough clean-up after removing the two mini-splits. I really appreciated their care and efficiency.

Paul was sent by Air Solutions to evaluate the heating system in my office in Stamford. His approach to the problem was appropriate and the problem was fixed. As for his bill he deviated from what the office was told me and he did not explain to me about a diagnostic charge and did not ask me to sign when he arrived. However he was appropriate and accepted responsibility for not doing so. The contact with the office following his departure solved the problem I was happy with Paul’s diagnostic ability and very happy with the office since the dispute was revised and solved with honesty and tranquility. Good company!

I heavily recommend Air Solutions! They've installed two systems for us and also are working on fixing another pre-existing system. They have a professional back office working on scheduling, paperwork and parts sourcing and are highly communicative around appointment timing etc. - a breath of fresh air from dealing with uncommunicative contractors I had to chase via text.

HVAC work isn't cheap; I found their installation quotes to be about right compared to others and their maintenance is a touch more expensive than our previous guy. BUT I've always walked away from an appointment glad I called them and their techs always leave everything extremely well engineered, neat and tidy. No regrets.

We have been a customer of air solutions for a number of years. They have always been quick to respond and provided excellent service. Last September a problem with our cooling system (ac/heat pump) resulted in a fairly costly repair.

Our service person told us that our system was well past its life expectancy, and should be replaced. We received an estimate for replacing the entire system. After recovering from sticker shock we decided to put it off until spring and gather other bids.

This January our system died. Reviewing our bids and reading company reviews we opted to stick with air solutions, even though they weren’t the lowest price.

We are happy that we did. The installation occurred just days after a large snowstorm and at the outset of a bone chilling cold snap. Mentally I did not see how they were going to be able to install.

Their team of 4 arrived at 8 AM and completed by 4pm with the new system successfully installed and operating.

The installers were pleasant and upbeat even in the harsh conditions. Half of the team dug away the snow and removed the old unit and pad. At the same time the other half removed the air handler from our third floor storage area. They were careful with the interior of our house laying down drop cloths along the entire path to the third floor.

Following the installation they vacuumed after they removed the drop cloths.

The icing on the cake was 18 months interest free financing.

While no one likes spending a chunk of money on home repairs, their professionalism, politeness, and quality of work soften the blow.

I have an issue with our heating system when I was out of town and they sent a tech very quickly to diagnose and fix the issue. Pricing was reasonable. Everyone I interacted with from dispatch / office to tech was great. Highly recommend especially considering the wide variety of quality in HVAC companies out there.

We’ve used Air Solutions several times in the past year and their work is terrific. Most recently, Carlos was able to successfully diagnose a problem with the gas heater and fix it immediately. I highly recommend these folks!!

Air Solutions did a fantastic job. They did a mid-December emergency installation of a new HVAC system and attached it to the existing ductwork. They were very professional, on time, efficient and neat. Calvin was great. The whole team put in a long day and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Air Solutions was great and a pleasure to work with. They are my HVAC company now and forever. Highly recommended them.
