transparent pricing would have been nice. I wish I knew cost was minimum 170 even for 5 min fix. i was tricked into thinking it was house call fee of $60 for something simple

I'm writing a testimonial for this co. and I've not even had any work done yet! The owner was very kind when I called to cancel work I had requested earlier. The plumber was already on his way but I had discovered that the problem began at the outside foundation of my condominium and so the condo maintenance staff could fix it. This was on a Sat. - I also discovered that this company does not charge extra for weekend work which is unusual. The next time I need a plumber I will definitely call West Hartford Plumbing!

Advanced Heating initially installed on (CHRISTMAS EVE) top of the line, oil boiler. Our original oil boiler was locked out ,emergency situation. Since that time Advanced Heating has been there to service our oil burner on an annual basis. I would recommend this company and give their customer service 5 stars.

I continue to use Advance Plumbing because they continue to exceed my expectations and are fair, upfront and communicative about the status of my repair and getting to me as soon as possible. Being Columbus Day I was not expecting them to come out and do my repair today but they did and now we are back to having heat and hot water.

9 degrees Fahrenheit and I've had to shut off the gas boiler AND water supply to our house because there is water pouring out of the boiler pressure relief pipe all over the basement floor. Called CNG for help only to receive an automated message that "call volume is high, wait time is over an hour, leave your number and we'll get back to you." Panic!!! Called Advance Plumbing, Tammy greeted my call on the 2nd ring. Chris was here 1.5 hours later after finishing up his previous job a little early. Chris repaired the problem AND had our heat back on in UNDER an hour!!! I could not have been happier!!!! He had everything all cleaned up and had left our home. My phone rang "this is CNG returning your call...." Thanks Chris and Tammy!!! You guys are the BEST!
