We switched from a gallon tank to tankless for our gas hot water & couldn't be happier ! Tammy & Nicole in the office were very helpful, organized & responsive. Devin was great in providing us with an accurate quote. Mike was able to schedule us in sooner than I was expecting. Chris & Flori provided us with a flawless installation & explained everything once they were done. Would highly recommend A+++++ 👍👍

Woke up on a weekend morning with our furnace not working. Was below freezing outside and wanted to get someone over as quickly as possible. Had called multiple places but best I could get was 24 hours from now. Called Advanced Plumbing & Heating and in less than an hour had a technician over who was able to get my furnace back up and running. From here on out, Advanced Plumbing & Heating will be my first call, highly recommend.

This company by far offers the best service! I absolutely appreciate the communication from the company telling me the technicians name prior to the visit to my home. I scheduled a routine central air maintenance appointment. Zach was professional and thorough and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with and I recommend him highly!

I had the pleasure of having plumber Steven come in to my home to address a bathroom leak . He was very knowledgeable, very respectful and more importantly got the job done . We had our heater die on us right before the winter and Advance Plumbing was able to fit us into their schedule quickly and got us up and running fast! The whole process and installation of the new boiler went smoothly from start to finish and they also fixed my main water shutoff. They showed up on time, did great work and left everything clean. I highly recommend. Definitely calling them again if we ever need plumbing work!

I called Clog Master based on a referral from a reputable restoration company. It was not long after I left a message that I received a return(ed) call to schedule an appointment. After scheduling my appointment, Clog Master’s representative (Joe), came on time, and based on my concerns, patiently explained the underlying issues at my home. Joe gave excellent customer service and I would definitely recommend giving Clog Master a call for any of the services that the company provides.

Rapid response, professional, highly skilled with great experience, and the best part is thoroughness! Our sewer line was blocked with multiple tree roots between the house and the road. Joe showed steps to minimize waste water damage, quickly identified the blockage, used camera to go over the whole pipe, and severed the roots with 3000-4000 psi water jet one-by- one, and checked with camera throughout after each pass. Because the roots were numerous, he did 4-5 passes till every potential problematic areas were eliminated. Perfection indeed! Also, gave advice and additional town- based resources and things to do (replace the line with modern PVC pipes that the town will pay) as well as things to refuse that most are not aware of for permanent fix. Outstanding service!

Super Bowl Sunday morning had a serious sewer blockage and needed someone fast. Clog Master came out and Joe spent a good amount of time showing me the issues and helping to get us functioning. Of all the plumbers I’ve dealt with Joe was the best!

I highly recommend Clog Master! This is my second experience with them for two different issues. The crew was very efficient and also careful when digging near my other pipes. Once I decided to go forward with the job the process was easy since they take care of all of the permits with the town, and they did multiple measures to make sure everything was just right.

Fast service. My tech I feel was rushing a bit and almost missed a cracked pipe. My job was a bit more then he probably expected though. That being said I had them replace a water main pipe and add a reducer. Also while he was there he tightened my water heater connections and added an (expanser?) Not sure. For a pretty reasonable price.

The team got to my house right on time, identified the problem and got it fixed very quickly. Communicated throughout the process and obviously have pride in their work. Super knowledgable and friendly as well.

I had a terrible experience with this company, including the office worker I spoke to. I asked to speak to a manager, she assured me she would call me back and never did. My house was left with a flooded basement. No filter in my water system even though a new filter was sitting right next to the filter unit.. my Rubbermaid bin was left filled with sewege..sewage... my radon system was left alarming out because it was not turned off and on properly.. I was charged over 200 dollars for a 5 minute task that needed zero parts... my bathroom was trashed and I had to throw away things that should have been moved out of the way... big 2 thumbs down as of now. I hope a manager calls me now.

Fast and Reliable Service! My Furnace stopped working, they came out same day and got it working in a few minutes! Cristian was polite and was able to explain the issue. He also made some recommendations on how to improve the efficiency of my system. I am very happy with the service!

Ryan at Clog Masters did a fantastic job. Super courteous and pleasant, professional throughout, and replaced the trap and the broken pipe
from my shower as well as cleared the clog. I called that morning and they fit me in by the end of the day. It’s expensive but I didn’t have to wait a week for the other service I called and it would likely have been the same cost.

We had a clog in our main sewer line and Joe was at our house fixing it in an hour. He was very thorough and quick! We were expecting a much higher price than we paid. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues!
