I hired CM to install a curtain drain. I chose CM given their reputation, despite other quotes being less expensive. The purpose of the project was to prevent water from entering my garage and pooling at the base of the driveway. Only nine months later, portions of the concrete they poured (light gray in photos) is severely cracked and breaking apart. This is occurring where pooling persists: at the lowest point of the driveway, where the drain should have been installed in the first place (dark gray in photos). Despite clear evidence, and multiple attempts to reach CM to find a solution and avoid this public review, CM refuses to take any accountability and has since stopped responding to me.

Even more frustrating, CM has claimed they foresaw these issues but never disclosed that risk before taking the job. I was also told I “should have known.”

I expected better communication and integrity. I won’t be using CM again and cannot recommend them based on this experience.

The quick response and service was essential. Their serviceman, Andy, was fantastic. He kept me informed of the situation/progress and kept his work area clean and tidy. Highly recommend

If I could do zero stars I would. I hope I get a email or phone call from the owner and a refund after I send this.
Called them around 11am my main line was clogged. 1 tech arrived around 1-130. Tech had a 1/2 inch snake for my 4 inch line. (Previous drain companies arrived with 2 guys,5/8 augers and unclogged in less than 2 hours)there was a big amount of wipes in the line like usual and the 1/2 snake wasn’t strong enough to break thru, it took several hours of pulling stuff out little by little. When he originally got there first thing he said is it’s 795.00 to snake a drain, but after 2 hours he said that only covers the first 2 hours then it was an additional 250.00 an hour that. 1350.00 dollars later I had to call it because I realized it wasn’t goin anywhere. Needless to say I went to Home Depot the next morning and rented a 5/8 drain auger and broke through the first try. Would not recommend them at all. I feel like they were unprepared tool wise for the job. Other companies I used in the past had multiple people and the correct tools to get the job done both even jetted the line afterwards to fully clean it. Funniest thing is the add I saw online said 88.00 drain opening. Yeah right!!

I called the office late morning and a friendly woman set up my appointment for 2pm. Cory arrived early and went right to work after I described what was going on.
Problem completely resolved an hour later. He was also very cordial and did neat work.

My boiler heater developed a problem, and I had to shut it off, leaving me without heat and hot water in the middle of winter. I called Clogmaster later that day, and they showed up the very next day and did an amazing job. Fast, professional, and reliable — highly recommended.

Had Andy and Brandon come out to find and fix a leak in the basement the day after a massive blizzard. They arrived within 2 hours of me placing the call and found/fixed the problem before lunch. Absolutely incredible service, 10/10 would recommend.

Gave Clog Master Plumbing a call as we had a main line drain blockage. I had called the office and Tom had stopped by not even an hour after making the call. Tom was professional, explained everything that needed to be done, and cleared the line in less than an hour. Everything has been working great and I could not recommend Clog Master Plumbing more. We had a clogged drain that affected the laundry sink and washing machine. Clog Master has an $88 special for first-time service. CM cleared the drain, were very professional, and quick. The great part, there were no hidden or added on fees. We highly recommend them.
