Clog Masters are great. They come within a day of calling them. They are down to earth, fix what is needed without trying to add more then you actually need. Love them, will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

We had a chronic outdoor drainage issue that was deteriorating over time. I feared the worst - that we would need an excavator to dig up and replace the buried drain pipes in the backyard - at a cost of thousands of dollars and leave us with a muddy mess, just as the summer season was approaching. Thankfully, a Google search led us to Clog Master and we decided to give them a try. Joe and Dakota arrived promptly the next morning. I had already done some troubleshooting but they were thorough and checked all the branches to pinpoint the location of the clog. They cleared the problem in about 10 minutes and then went through the whole system again to ensure everything was in order. We have already had a few rainstorms since and the system is draining like new! We could not be happier with the service: prompt, reliable, courteous, and very professional. Thanks, Clog Master!

Clog master provided an over the phone quote to replace a shower valve for $189. The technician arrived a the price was $1300. We fortunately did not allow him to earn our business but it was a waste of our time. Stay away from them.

They did a great job. After 6PM when we called and the drain was clear less than two hours later. The tech was good, efficient and fast. I’d give five stars but it did cost $450. A lot of money, but as I say, competent. And he gave me the price up front.

They came within 2 hours of my call the technician Joe explained everything clearly as to what was wrong as well as what he was going to do to correct it and gave an accurate estimate. Honest, Professional, and good people. Joe with Clog Masters came to help us out with an issue and told us the service we thought we needed wasn’t one we actually did saving us hundreds (which with clog master was cheaper by $300 than another competitor I reached out too). Super cool guy will only use them for future needs. Receptionist was very informative and great to work with as well. EASY 5 STAR !!

Super easy to get an appointment and then reschedule it due to illness. Brandon called ahead to let me know that he was on his way. Arrived exactly when he said he would and asked pertinent questions about what we wanted. He replaced our leaky valve, ran new piping in the bathroom, re-routed the piping to fit the new sink, installed our sink and vanity along with the new faucet and made sure that everything was firmly and cleanly anchored into place. Very friendly, very professional and the cost was a fraction of what I thought it would be. Would definitely call Clog Master LLC again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Thank you!!!

Called for a sewar line clean out. Said they need to come out to give me an estimate, but that the most expensive service they had was 199.00. They got here to do the estimate and told me it would be 995.00 for the first hour, and some hundreds of dollars per hour afyer that. What a waste of my time. Other places are under 100.00

Even though the technician (Joe) determined it wasn’t the right time to proceed with cleaning the pipe, he still provided excellent service. He carefully examined the downspout drain and shared a lot of valuable information and suggestions with patience. Joe also identified potential issues that weren’t part of my original request and gave thoughtful recommendations on how to address them.

I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience. Called for toilet service a within 2 hrs CM was at house. They fixed our toilet without much issue. Professional and friendly. Would highly recommend and call them no question.

We worked with Clog Master to rectify a truly devastating situation at my daughter’s new home. The 85 year old cast iron sewage pipe was revealed to have been totally rotted under the basement floor and into the yard. Through Connecticut Water and the linebacker program, we met with Clog Master. Joe came out to look at the job and provided a wealth of information and advice. The true heroes of this job are plumbers Orgen and Brandon - I can’t say enough nice things about them.
