We were told on phone that there is no fee for diagnostic, but we were charged. Even before actually looking at the problem they were predetermined to give us a big bill throwing terms around and all was really needed was to replace the cartridge which you would expect a professional plumber to do easily. I will highly recommend NOT to use their service.

Advanced Plumbing responds so quickly to any problems I’ve had. The plumbers are very professional and friendly and explain pricing before starting the job. This is an excellent company and I’m so glad to be their customer.

At first they sent me John Colasacco. I explained the age of the house on the phone and that there was a leak in the kitchen ceiling. John didn’t use a single tool, walked in and charged me $176, while their diagnostic rate is actually $127. Apparently this is the way John operates. Instead of just testing the ceiling and cutting a small hole to discover the reason for the leak as part of a proper diagnosis, John told me that he couldn’t cut into my ceiling without an asbestos test due to the age of the house, which he knew before he left his office. Ultimately I filed a claim, had Serv pro do a terrible job removing the entire ceiling after asbestos testing came back negative and they left a nail in the driveway, leaving me with a flat tire. The company later sent Joe to do the real work in less than an hour. Joe was excellent. John overcharged me for no work, and I urge people not to use him EVER. Now I have to have a new ceiling put up, moldings, and two new tires put on my car. Don’t use John. Ask for Joe or anyone else.

Devin was so professional. He went right to work, showed me my options, and was So personable, Professional, courteous, and a pleasure to have at our home. We will ABSOLUTELY be calling you back for all our future plumbing issues. Thank you so much for sending Him to fix our issues!

John has always been polite, professional, helpful and honest. I appreciate that he has never pressured or pushed more than what was needed and was very open sharing information. He's always been very patient in taking time to answer my questions as well, which is cool, because I always have questions. 😊

Each time I have contacted Advanced Plumbing they have responded immediately and took care of significant concerns that could not be left unattended! Persons I have spoken with are pleasant and understanding and the persons who have come to my home to complete work are exceptional!

Our hot water needed to be replaced and called and they sent someone out within an hour. Joey communicated to us the issue and did an excellent job. Excellent service overall.

Had our first home owning emergency today and I’m not hoping or wishing that something like this happens again BUT if it did, hands down, beyond any shadow of a doubt I’d call Advanced Plumbing immediately. Spoke to a woman named Nicole who was nothing but kind and helpful, had someone out there within thirty minutes of calling, and then had another person (Donavan) out there within another hour who was not only able to fix the issue for us but was kind and friendly.

Always a great company to deal with. All the technicians are professional and friendly. The office staff answering phones are very helpful. I highly recommend the company. Also as a side note I was a heating/AC tech in the past and no longer in the field and I do not have one bad thing to say about Advance heating.

They did a great job removing the cracked portions of old cast iron sewage pipe and replacing it with PVC! The sump pump install was initially done VERY poorly, but the owner Mike made it right by quickly sending out Chris, who did an amazing job re-doing the sump pump and he cleaned up great afterward; Thanks Chris!! Fair pricing also!

Joey was awesome! We actually called Advanced about a temperature issue, separate from that was a leak that the previous plumber said would cost a large amount to fix and walls removed. Joey fixed not only the temp issue, but the leak as well in conjunction for a great price, no wall removal needed!

Devin was excellent! He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He fixed my toilet issue in a very timely and professional manner. He gave me good suggestion for the future. I highly recommend Advanced Plumbing and Heating.

Joey was great! He explained what needed to be done, completed both jobs and also gave a fair price. I had a toilet repaired with all new parts inside the tank and two faucets replaced.

Devin was professional and very pleasant to work with. He diagnosed where the leak was coming from and allowed us to confirm this for ourselves. He made the whole situation stress free and repaired the leak quickly. Couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

This is the second time hiring Advance Plumbing and Heating. First time was for a new water heater and this time for a brand new Furnace replacement. The installation went flawless. The workmanship outstanding. I’m one who usually does my own work for smaller scale jobs and I’m very meticulous and OCD. I have nothing but positive for the tech's, office staff, owner and of course the finished job. Outstanding. I will definitely utilize Advance for all my future plumbing heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend.

They performed an oil to gas conversion for me. The service was phenomenal! The new system looks amazing! They answered all of my questions (and I had a lot), worked efficiently and did not leave a mess behind as some companies do. I would highly recommend and plan on using them again in the near future.

Found this company based off of google and it did not disappoint. I got an appointment for a leak within two days (could have been one if my schedule allowed). Was given a window time but kept in contact with me to tell me the tech was on his way. Everyone was friendly and the service tech was knowledge and nice. Would highly recommend to everyone and will def use them again.

110% great customer service (Nicole) from the minute I called to set up my appt, to the techs (Donovan/Ryan) that showed up. I can't comment on the price since it was urgent and I didn't shop around for prices. Their service was so good I won't shop around now. In addition when I called to setup the appt, your associate answered all of my 10 questions, she was to the point (I didn't feel like it was scripted, sugar coated, I was bothering her, and no BS). She also provided me with additional facts and items I should be aware of with my drainage, pipes, etc....

The front office staff was professional and friendly. I appreciated that they were able to schedule the same plumber for me two days in a row. The plumber, Joey, was punctual, professional, and friendly. I was able to get a new hot water heater quickly. I would definitely use Advance again!

Value is in the eye of the beholder, but we always receive professional and courteous service from Advance, so we're repeat customers. As such, they do seem to take care of us ahead of schedule and with some nice discounts. Plumbers are all expensive but in my mind, if the fix works, it's worth it! We recommend them to our neighbors and friends.

I called about a leak under my sink and figured I wouldn’t get an appointment until next week. There was availability the same day, and I asked about getting another job done (replacing faucets), too. Joe showed up on time. He was polite and patient with my dog. He fixed the leak and said he could replace my faucets right then as well. (I had the faucets already, I just needed them installed.). I then asked him to quote me for another job. He looked around and took pictures and wrote things down and hopefully I’ll get a quote soon. The charge for today’s visit was reasonable. My neighbor saw his truck in my driveway and texted me asking to send him over to his house when he was done with mine for a quote on a job over there, lol.
