I am so happy with the work done by Decksperts! My deck is absolutely beautiful and extremely well crafted. This deck was an addition to my home and really is like having an extra room. The crew was timely, very professional , and everyday the 'job site' was thoroughly cleaned up. I would recommend Decksperts to anyone for sure! I really love my deck and the recommendations of a "picture frame" border and the rail lighting really makes it "pop"! I highly recommend Decksperts.

The finished product was great. Very pleased. The communication however needs improvements. Signed off on the project and was told we were booked 3 months out (to be expected) with no exact date to begin. I had reached out looking to narrow down the time window so we could prepare the area. Received a response the day before the demo was to begin. Once the work was done, nobody really told me that it was completed or checked in to get our feedback. I kind of figured they were done when they cleaned up and stopped coming. With that I had questions that I had hoped to cover during a follow-up. With a few emails we got the information we were seeking. Again, very pleased with the end results but communication from start to finish could have been better.

A terrific experience from start to finish. From Craig, to Adam, to our fantastic build team led by Samuel, we couldn’t be more thrilled with our deck! Decksperts is a perfectly fitting name :)

Adam from Decksperts was an amazing contractor in all aspects. He was very knowledgeable in the Deckorators Decking material and in explaining best and up to code ways of doing things. Our deck was a complicated project with boulder walls and unknowns about what’s underneath the previously poorly built deck. However Adam came in very confidently, and there weren’t any unexpected things he couldn’t handle. He even redid our gutter routing to look aesthetically pleasing. He’s incredibly detail oriented and takes pride in his work. He definitely is an all inclusive excellent quality contractor with the additional customer service excellence and satisfaction. We had at least 5 quotes and his was by far the best quote! His responsiveness is amazing too. We have a front porch and if we contract it out, it will definitely be with Decksperts again. Adam and Zach built a hell of a deck. He uses a deck b board from Deckorators, it is a composite decking that is mineral based so it does not get hot on the feet. He also uses helical piers instead of concrete bases. Overall I would think this deck will last 50 years or more. He is very detail oriented and fair in pricing. We added an optional Hanso pergola to top it off. We ordered it and they installed it. Looking forward to years of enjoyment.

Adam and his crew are top notch! Highly recommend them for any of your decking needs. Here are some details of our experience:
1. We received quotes from ~12 different decking companies and Adam was one of the most knowledgeable people we met with. Plus, his price quote was the most fair one we received. We were thrilled from the start.
2. Decksperts uses top of the line products: deckorators decking materials. These are some of the industry leading materials that stand up to Wisconsin winters.
3. We were thrilled to find out Decksperts uses helical piers for more stable deck footings. These create an engineering quality footing that places a steel pier 7 feet into the ground. No digging up the yard and no additional inspection needed.
4. Adam worked closely with us on the design of the boards and the railing to ensure we have a cohesive look. I never had to tell him something twice and he was always on top of managing our project. I'm not easily impressed yet I was impressed!
5. We were fortunate as the timeline Adam gave us was moved up by about a month as another project fell through. That meant we got our finished deck a month earlier than we had planned.
6. During the deck building process, Adam kept us informed of the progress and when his teams would be conducting work. His staff was professional and very knowledgeable. They would explain different elements of the deck to us and help us understand what they were doing. I really appreciated learning along the way.
7. Adam also created a custom inlay in our deck as well, which looks amazing! See the picture.
8. The project was finished on time, on budget, with high quality. We are thrilled with the result. We would recommend Decksperts to anyone looking to add-on or redo a deck. Cheers!

Highly recommend Decksperts to anyone that is looking to build a deck. Adam and his crew are great to work with. We had a friend recommend that we get a bid from Decksperts and I am so glad that we did.

We wanted a unique deck and Adam was extremely helpful and patient while we figured out what we were going to do for a design. Adam had several suggestions and pointed out a few things we could do differently to enhance the final product. The other companies that gave us bids were much higher for just a basic deck with no design. Check out the pictures of our deck. We LOVE how it turned out.

The only reason I knew about Decksperts a couple of years ago was because I saw a couple of their previous deck projects in my neighborhood. I never considered any other deck contractors after that! The quality did all the talking!

And man did they deliver that same quality for our deck. My wife and I haven't had that much of a "kid in a candy store" feeling for a long time. We still can't believe that deck in our backyard belongs to us!

Adam and his team did an amazing job, and Craig was amazing to work with during the estimation process. Our neighbor friends liked our deck so much they got their own quote!

It felt Adam went above and beyond to ensure inspection passed with the city and then he came back to help us add extra wood blocking under the floorboards and secured our new gazebo to them.

We went a little bigger than our previous deck, opting for 2 staircases and railing lighting. We love this thing so much and are very excited to add furniture and enjoy it this summer with friends and family.

We needed our cedar decking and railing removed because it was failing on a medium-sized, raised deck. Decksperts offered the best combination of clarity, communication, quality materials, flexibility of payment and design options for the price point. They also were highly recommended by a neighbor.

We are very satisfied with our choice of Decksperts and the new composite deck surface and metal railing system completed recently. Their crew was conscientious and respectful, and exceeded our expectations for a resurfacing, including taking care to ensure the sturdiness of the newly resurfaced deck. All cost contingencies were specified beforehand, and meant improving the structure at a minimal cost over the estimate.

I highly recommend calling Decksperts if you need a new or replacement deck.
