Chance at Armstrong construction is amazing. Very knowledgeable and professional. Always on time and left the job site clean. We love our new covered deck it’s absolutely gorgeous!!

We hired these guys to build a deck for my mom. She's getting along in age and can't get around well. Safety was a top priority for us, and my research led me to Armstrong. Boy did they deliver. They built steps with a lower rise and slightly deeper tread and a ramp. This deck is rock solid. Chance told me in the beginning that you could park a truck on his decks. After watching their build process, I tend to believe him.

I came to Armstrong for a 12 X 18 covered back porch. I am very happy with the quality of the final project. They worked around a rainy week in April and even came on the weekend to ensure it was completed during the planned week. We discovered one misunderstand in the building plans during construction. We promptly brought it to their attention and they were able to quickly remedy the issue. Highly responsive to text messages and calls throughout the building process. I would happily do business with Armstrong again. It has brought a new life to our home and a place my family will enjoy for years.

We had a 10×16 Screened in Deck done by Armstrong Construction. When I tell you the quality, workmanship and attention to detail was beyond our imagination and that would be a understatement.The Team that performed this transformation were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and kept us informed on everything. Had them install a fence in the backyard. They showed up on time, were very efficient, courteous, and the finished product is incredible! High quality wood and outstanding craftsmanship. Exceeded our expectations in every way! We will definitely be using Armstrong Construction on our next project of expanding our deck.

I had water leaking into my home and was in a pretty stressful spot. These guys came out, found the exact problem, and fixed it the right way. They did everything they said they would and stuck to the timeline they gave me. Professional, honest, and easy to talk to. It’s rare to find contractors who actually follow through like this. Highly recommend.

These guys are absolutely amazing. We'd been wanting a nice screened in patio for years, but couldn't figure out or visualize what would be best for our tricky space. Chance came over and pointed out a few different options for us to choose from. Then his team came out and built it even nicer than we had envisioned. Crew was very clean and respectful. Communication was clear, quick and concise. All around a great experience with Armstrong Construction.

I don't know if Armstrong does good work but can tell you that I found them to be unreliable. When I spoke with their intake person, Alisa, on 9/9/25, I mentioned that one of the most important aspects for us in selecting a contractor is that they are honest and do what they say they are going to do. I was told I would receive a call from Chance on 9/9/25 then received a text that he would call on 9/10/25. He never called. In the meantime, we made other arrangements to get our deck refinished. Out of the blue, I received a call on 10/13/25 asking if I'm still interested. Uh....no. For me, the first rule in business is do what you say you're going to do. I cannot recommend this company.

I called these guys to build a porch for my mom. To say they did an outstanding job would be a gross understatement. I was beyond impressed daily with their craftsmanship, communication, and professionalism. Coby, Alisa and Chance went above and beyond helping my mom understand different questions she had throughout the process. They’re coming back next month to build out her kitchen with custom cabinetry, but I couldn’t wait to post this review and sing their praises. I very highly recommend these guys.

Armstrong Construction did a fantastic job on our patio/deck/rain escape project! They are friendly, honest, reasonable and prompt. It was a quite challenging project as we live on a slope and our deck is about 15’ high. I highly recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

Highly recommend Armstrong Construction! They tore down my old rotting deck and built a new one with a beautiful pergola. Great quality, efficient and professional. I’m very pleased with the results! Armstrong Construction built a beautiful deck on the back of our house. This was a huge project and exceeded my expectations. The deck was 15x40 off of the second story and we added a 15 x 17 screened in room with vaulted ceiling. If you need to add, replace, or upgrade your current deck. Give Armstrong construction a call. They are going to give you the best price compared to most decking companies around the middle Tennessee area.

Very happy with how the project came out. Had Chance & Mike from Armstrong over for a quote and they were able to provide examples and input on different ways. We could accomplish the design of our new deck and cover patio. The craftsmanship and communication have been excellent. Hopefully I don’t need to build a new deck anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll give them a call again!

We are so happy with our new deck steps! They are beautiful! We cannot believe we waited this long for this addition. Working with Armstrong Construction exceeded our expectations. Chance, Kobe, & Alisa were professional through the entire process. They recognized a minor potential problem after initial measurements and quickly offered a solution to better fit our needs. The fix was small in nature, but they could have very well left it unmentioned and completed the work as initially designed. That immediately impressed us and earned our trust. Our project had some expected rain delays and we were equally impressed with the crew as they cleaned up the work area in preparation for the rain, securing things in place. This deck addition has already changed the dynamic of how our family moves through the house. We love it!

Armstrong Construction is absolutely amazing, I recently move from an apartment to a house and the porch was completely falling apart. I had seen many post on my FB page about Armstrong so I decided to give them a try, and I'm glad I did. They built the most amazing wraparound porch that I've ever seen. They were very professional and proficient. Thank you Armstrong Contruction you are my new go to for any other work I might need. Perhaps I'll have a deck built next.
