Hired Willamette Valley General Contractors to build a deck off of our new HiLine home in Oregon. Because of the moisture from the coast, I didn't want to deal with maintenance, so I did a TON of research on different composite decking material and finally landed on TIMBER TECH. These guys truly make a superior product that I am thrilled with. Of course, when you buy a great product you need a great installer. Rich was more than professional from start to finish. His price was competitive, and everything he said he would do, he did. It's hard to find loyal, hard working, family oriented, honest companies like this these days, so I'm thrilled to have found Rich. I highly recommend his company for your next deck or other project...YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

My mother had Willamette Valley General Contracting build her a backyard fence this month. The fence is beautiful, the quality is great and it was reasonably priced. Rich and his crew were on time and they kept on task, working hard until the job was completed. We feel we were treated professionally, respectfully and honestly. We will definitely be using them again.

Excellent customer service and quality work. In three days, Rich and his crew ripped down our old fence, put up a new one, and built us a shed. We are very happy indeed.

I'll never ever be able to say enough Thanks to Rich and his crew for a beautiful front/back deck and saving us from a dreadful mistake hiring another company. Before Willamette Valley we hired another company who falsified themselves. We thought we did our homework on their skills and were wrong. We gave them half down .. 3 mos later had a mess if you could get them to work. Rich and his crew came and were extremely professional, efficient, knowledgeable and amazing. They communicated every step of the way. They are truly the real deal.

WVGC fixed leak damage to my front porch in record time for a pretty high price. They failed to do their part to fix the cause of the leak which is what I hired them to do, in tandem with a roofer, in the first place. I'm still picking old nails and wood chips out of my rock driveway so post job clean up wasn't great. The front porch paint job wasn't completed and the owner Rich Hubbard failed to check for completion of the work said he would do. For the amount he charges he could and should do better. I feel really let down..

In the last two years, Willamette Valley Construction has replaced one small deck for us, refinished a larger deck, re-designed and replaced two deck railings, and added lattice to an existing fence. We have continued to use his services because he does such high quality work. We especially appreciate his design recommendations, the excellent products he uses, and the skill and reliability of his crew. Highly recommend!

Rich and his crew recently built a fence and later a pergola for us. They were friendly, used high quality materials and did a great job on both projects.

We were extremely blessed to have WVGC replace our deck. Rich, Mark, and Andrew were all etremely profesional. We could not be happier with how quickly they worked to complete the project to meet a deadline to close on our home. Rich was so helpful and honest from beginning to end. The deck looks amazing. All new materials from the beautiful black powder coated steel handrails, composite decking, posts and beam, even the bolts are new galvanized. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all your decking needs.

Extremely happy with Rich, this company and our new deck! Everything he promised he delivered, from quality of product, (Timber Tech) the time line, the design and the price! (We had 3 different bids & WVC was lowest) Andrew & Mark showed up on time every morning in the rain and even snow they worked everyday until the job was complete. They dismantled the old deck, replaced all the stringers, hauled away all debris installed all new decking and railings and we are very satisfied with how it turned out!

Needed Jewel to finish some basement fireproofing and other miscellaneous tasks around the house. He and his workers were professional and gentlemen throughout. Will definitely use again.

I love the finished product of how my back yard turned out. All of my ideas were heard and incorporated. Mr. Jewel is very accommodating and knowledgeable and all the workers were very good, fast moving, hard working and polite. I would recommend this company to a friend!

As a new home owner, I was skeptical about construction contractors, but Jewel Construction Company showed me what professionalism in the industry looks like. They installed pavers and gravels in my backyard in Staten Island and did an excellent job! My backyard looks amazing without me breaking the bank. If you need an A-rated construction company that will also make you SAVE money, I highly recommend you hire Jewel Construction. They're also family oriented and work around your schedule. Trust me, you'll never regret working with these pros.

2nd time using Jewel Construction- had outside work done- porch repair, roofing adding a back yard patio- Did a great job as usual and is always responsive to concerns and quick to rectify any issues that come up.
Jewel is my guy for any of my contracting needs- recommended!

Please do not utilize this construction company. Jewel comes off as a nice guy but he isn't supervising the workers that work for him they don't speak English so there's no way to communicate with them. I hired them to do a deck roof, deck ovwr roof and stairs. They damage and cut up my pavers and fail to mentioned it to me until I went outside to see what they were doing, when I asked the owner Jewel what happened he states my pavers were like that which they weren't. They put tar on my pavers also from when they did the roof on deck, he also claim the workers didn't do it. When they did the the stairs to the deck they were crooked. When I questioned again the owner Jewel he got upset packed up equipment and told his men to leave the site. Than a week later he emails me stating he wasn't going to finish the job. Very unprofessional, he came back but continued to leave stairs crooked. I spent thousands of dollars and he never fixed it. He is very unprofessional he was more concerned with my relationship asking me if I'm single or married always questioning me about my love life. I was like you are here to do a job just do it.

Please do not use this company for anything. He is a liar. And now I have to spend thousands of dollars on material and labor to get someone else to fix what his workers damage and didnt do good work. You have been warn don't use this company.

I am so happy with the work Jewel provided for my husband and I. It was exactly what we were looking for. He’s an excellent contractor with very professional personnel. We’re looking forward to working with him in the future for all of our home improvement endeavors. It helps that he’s nice and engaging.
