We’ve had a great experience with Solar Me through the entire process (and beyond). Jon was extremely informative and low pressure, and always made himself available for questions. The service didn’t end with the sale. Smooth install and the crew was respectful of our property. Easy to reach someone and get answers around process, billing and rebates. Highly recommended!

I had Solar panels installed by Solarme, and the process from sales to installation went smoothly. However, following installation, the inspection failed due to non-compliance with township standards. Despite my persistent follow-ups, there has been no resolution. It appears that once they received payment for the installation, their concern for customer satisfaction diminished significantly. Over the past three months, I've incurred interest on my solar panel loan as well as paying electricity bills. Consequently, my electric expenses have more than doubled since installing the panels, rather than being reduced as expected.

Update: Following my complaint, the owner of SolarMe reached out to me. Currently, my issue is being addressed as a priority. I'm hopeful that my problem will be resolved soon.

Update2: My Issue was addressed and resolved. thanks for the owner to intervene and get it to closure. I changed my rating to 5 as issue handling and resolution was really impressive.

I signed up for Solar Me. The follow up and follow through of this company has been amazing. They helped me from start to finish and the sales rep was not pushy like other companies. The proposal was detailed and gave alot of information.The owner even called me to make sure things were set up properly and in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend! Nice referral program too.

I was very satisfied with my solar experience with Solar Me so far. My salesman, Brett, was knowledgeable, friendly and always able to answer my questions. There were two issues that were handled quickly. During installation, one of the guys put his foot through my bedroom ceiling. This was fixed within a few days. Then two weeks after installation, we had a very windy day, and some pieces blew off of the roof. This also was fixed in a timely fashion. Jessica, from the office, was super diligent and helpful in setting up all the account details for rebates and payments.

I worked with Bill and his team to install a new roof and an extensive solar array on my roof. While I had 1 roof problem, Bill's team came out and fixed it the next day and I haven't had a problem since. Taking a risk on a solar company was serious, but after interviewing several companies and seeing sites and references from Bill, I'm certain we made the right choice.

Solar Me is a phenomenal company! The owner Bill is incredible! He is there when ever I needed anything to do with my Solar panels! Been a customer since 2016 and one of the best experiences I have ever had with any company I have bought from!!! Great company!!!

Brett and Jessica were my points of contact at Sole Me and they extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are both responsive and make the entire process very easy and smooth. I contracted Solar Me to not only install Solar panels but also new roof as my old one was over 20 years old and would not survive the life of the panels and required replacement. The installation took 4 months and went smoothly. The installation crews were friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable. They did a great job on the panel mounts and all the electrical work required inside the home as well. So far no problems with my system and the benefits are awesome. I'll recommend without hesitation to anyone for Solar Me. Go for Solar Me.....

SolarMe has been a great decision! The information provided, installation, and follow-up service has been fantastic. The communication during the installation and any follow up questions have been promptly addressed. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm overall a very picky guy and am usually skeptical about every contractor that touches my home, in fact i try to do as much as i can myself, but solar is obviously one of those things where you need the right expertise. You can tell these guys have it down to the T. This company is truly a gem, they are very professional, explain everything, are on time, do very clean work from start to finish. They even contacted my HOA for the approvals. Did my research for several months before deciding to go with Solar Me and i am extremely happy with not only the sales cycle, but the install, and close out. Their communication, quality of work, expertise of the installers, everything is top notch, you honestly cannot get any better. Other large companies are very high pressure sales cycles with lots of gimmicks, outdated technology that is meant to maximize their own profit and prey on the uniformed. Solar me offered the best price upfront, no tactics of buy now and save or the deal expires! NO! the sales guy Brian waited for me to get back for months and was very patient with my questions. I would 110% recommend to solar me to anyone. My electric bill is down 90% or more depending on the month. Cannot be happier

Solar Me did a great job, they had the roof replaced as part of the project. During the solar install process there was some minor accidental damage to the house that they covered the cost of having it corrected. finished on time and looks great

Excellent follow up on my installation. Pricing was competitive and service was fantastic. Everything was as promised. Very professional team - and I shopped them all before I chose the best.
I have had a service call from them for a small roof leak any their tech was amazing. He went above and beyond.

Overall a great experience with Solar Me. We had a no pressure salesman, who walked us through installation. The office showed us step by step what to expect in the upcoming weeks / months for the installation, paperwork, etc. The office followed up after each step as well.
I took off 1 star because their subcontractors for the roof were not professional at all. They drank 2 huge cases of Budweiser while working. They didn't even try to hide it! They also threw their chicken bones in my yard and my dogs found them. Thankfully I got to my dogs before they choked. So far no issues with the roof so I guess being drunk did not effect their workmanship. We will see how it holds up in the coming years. But all in all, we are very happy with the choice to go solar. Thank you Solar Me!!

Very pleased with the work of Solar Me. Have not paid an electric bill in two years except for a small monthly maintenance fee. Our questions and concerns were answered completely and in a timely manner. Excellent company who addressed all of our needs at the time of installation and throughout the past two years. happy with the roof and panels themselves, our monthly payment is only slightly more than our old electric bill (now we pay $8 a month service/connection fee only).

But would have appreciated a heads up that we probably wanted to change our anniversary date with the electric company from Aug to a non heavy AC month (accrued credits with electric supplier expire on anniversary, and expiring in august meant we had net usage in Sept., we changed "anniversary" after a couple of years to Oct, so we are always well into net production when accrued credits expire).

Also, were not notified until the day of installation that our large Rhodedendron had to be pretty much cut down. mostly grown back now (4 years later), but would have moved it if we had known ahead of time.

I strongly recommend Solar Me as a provider of solar panels. At the start, they were really thoughtful about the plan and the best configuration to optimize potential energy to my home. The installation was done professionally. And now that we’ve had the solar panels for a few years the outcome has been nothing but beneficial. Anyone who asks me if they should get gets solar panels I suggest that they do and that Solar Me is an excellent company to work with to make it reality for them too.

I had Solarme install my panels 5 years ago. I had a very good experience with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Solar Me added a backup battery to my solar system. Now when the grid is out and the sun is shinning, I have power. That ISN'T the case with most solar systems. But these guys know how to do it!

Wonderful company. Installed over 80 panels on my house and have had excellent followup support since. They quickly resolve any issues that come up on my grid. I plan on using them at a different location as well. Highly recommended

Solar me installed our solar panels a few years ago. They were a great company to work with! From the install guys to the owner to the product we had zero problems. I highly suggest getting solar panels on your house and using Solar Me! It will help with your electric bill and the environment!!!!
