The installers were amazing, especially Chris. The couple that came out to do the sales presentation was very knowledgeable, explained things well and answered all of our questions. this is a top-notch company!

Jaiwah came by today in grain valley and was the sweetest little salesman ever! It was great talking to him and it suck's I don’t qualify since im moving in a couple months, would’ve love to do work with the new American solar. Jaiwah is your guy to go to!!

Overall I’ve had a wonderful experience with these guys. They shot me straight and were very helpful. The install went great and Brett their salesman was awesome. He answered his phone with any questions I had and was great to work with. Definitely recommended ask for Brett and he will help any way he can!

Scout stopped by my father’s house who recently got Solar through New American Solar. Scout dropped off a goodie bag of presents, my father wasn’t here so I accepted it for him. This company has been working with my family very closely through the entire process of going solar, and topped it off with a present. Scout, Joseph, and Brett, really care!! Would recommend these guys!

New American Solar has been fantastic. Brett has been there for any questions I have had throughout the solar process. Very fast with the installation process, and called to verify location of solar panels with me before they were installed. Highly recommend Brett and New American Solar.

While now is not the right time for me to get a solar system installed, Kasidy was a very professional salesperson. She was very kind and seems very knowledgeable. I will definitely be referring my friends to her.

Scout was very nice and informative on the process of going solar. Unfortunately, I’m not eligible for the tax credit so he explained that solar would not make sense for me. If I did I would go through New American Solar they are a trust worthy local company!

I had the pleasure of meeting this company the other day when Jacob knocked on my door. He was super attentive in answering my questions. He gave me a lot to think on. Not one question was left unanswered. He was polite and courteous the whole time. When I’m ready to move forward I will definitely be calling him.

Scout came out on a cold contact and presented us with the system and explained the system and benifits along with the tax incentives. We set up an appointment and Bret and laura came out, analyzed. Our current usage to determine if the system would be of benifit. After the demonstration, we decide to apply. The install was relativley easy. Took a coupkr weeks and another to get system activated. Waiting to see how much benifit system will provide. All employees were helpful and nice.

Jacob, Jiawa, and Scout were very helpful with my questions and concerns. Their knowledge of their product was very very top notch. They've convinced me to invest in their product immediately after seting up a convenient area.
I look forward to dealing with them in the nearest of the near future.
I'm so excited and can't wait.

Scout originally stopped by the house and explaied Solar well to me, he was respectful and knowledge. Brett and Laura then came by to see what I would be able to qualify for, they explained solar and the process of going solar very well. My solar was installed in a timely manner, and anytime I had a question or concern they answered it. Great to work with. I reccomend.

I appreciate that he took the time to answer all the questions I had. I'm a new homeowner so I have to wait awhile to establish an average bill to get solar but when we're ready to think about getting solar we'll reach out to Jacob.
