To be fair, a tech never visited. I called this company and apparently a subscription service answered. They never said they were a subscription service...just identified themselves as "Abes Commercial Electrical". They charged me $140 for the fee to come out to "evaluate" the issue. The tech called then and said it would be $250 just to do the evaluation in addition to hourly rate (plus the initial $140). Again, maybe the actual techs for the work are awesome for this company but the service sucks...Ed, the person on your subscription service tech support I spoke to multiple times, pretended to go in and out of reception when I asked about the pricing model for the company I was actually hiring. At the end, when I asked him to cancel the service, he just muted me and pretended not to hear me. I never yelled and asked him patiently to answer me me but he just left the line dangling…I could hear him typing and breathing occasionally so it was sort of a joke. When I hung up and called back and got him again he did the same. I never yelled, just asked basic questions about the cost model and what to expect from a visit (which didn’t happen because I cancelled). When I got a female tech she was apologetic, canceled the service and was responsive.

Abes Commercial Electrical Contractors came out today and did a great job of fixing our problem. I immediately got the impression that they cared a lot about the job they were going to do. I was also impressed that the assistant was the owner's son and he was such a gentleman. This company is very family oriented.

Julian is great to work with. I've had him come out for two jobs and he does fantastic work.

Terrible!! I spend a great deal of company time shopping for parts this has too be on the top of my list one of the worst. Employees were more concerned about rushing me out the door to try somewhere else.

I been in this trade for more than 30years I stopped into this location today to purchase 2 tandem breakers I was told the price for these breakers was $2xx.xx. I just walked out of Home Depot with breakers in hand at $6x.xx. Now I know and expect without an account I would pay more but that is robbery at it’s finest and no explanation will justify that pricing. I will definitely stay with my supplier.
