I bought 10' of wire but they gave me 9'10.5". i posted a image of the short wire. the salesperson said he measured the wire with his arm. i guess an arm is not the same as a ruler. to their credit a second red wire was 10'.

Super service, vast selection and trade knowledgeable staff. One stop shopping and they will order that hard to find item for you.

Jake is hands down the nicest and most helpful person that I have ever spoken to. Kudos to him for giving such great customer service! Totally offsets all of the other bad experiences that I have had with Platt.

Really snobby & intentionally not helpful. They're happy to just cut wire for you & let you leave. Zero care for what you're working on or effort to help you make sure what you're getting is right for your project. Fellow customers were more helpful than staff.

Great place to get parts. Never out of stock on things I've needed. Usually pretty quick. Most of the guys know enough to give good fast service just stay away from the younger ones if your in a hurry.

I had a great customer service experience when I came in there to get by business name changed. It was entered incorrectly and i was always having a hard time with my orders because of that. The manager Mike Rivera stepped up to the plate and took care of it for me within five minutes. He could tell that i was frustrated and fixed the issue on the spot. Great customer service!
